Very convenient local pharmacy. Staff can be a bit thin on the ground depending on when you visit -- be prepared to go hunt down a staff member. Has an ATM machine by the check out which is super handy. Pretty good parking though can be hazardous getting in and out from School Street.

Scheduled a PCR covid test here and they told me itd take 3-4 days for results (already twice as long as cvs). I checked the patient portal where they said Id find my results, it said tests usually ship overnight to the lab, but the lab did not receive my test for over 2 days. Its now been 6 days and I still dont have my results! I know theres an influx in people getting tested but 6 days with zero updates and no resources to contact for help is frustrating.

I just got a covid test over there and my results still havent came in. When I call, it goes right to the operator which wont give me the option to speak to a pharmacist. Half an hour later, I get a call back saying they dont know what happened to my test sample and that I need to get tested all over again!

Ive always had great luck with this pharmacy and will continue to use them as the pharmacists are awesome but beware of automatic refills. One of my prescriptions changed and this pharmacy has my new prescription and has filled it but when I hit yes to a refill on a text for something else they filled 3 scripts one of which I dont even take anymore and you cannot return or get a credit for what you paid. Check your refills if you text with them.

I went to Walgreens in Framingham and found the items I wanted. I had 3 paper coupons and several digital coupons, plus their booklet of coupons. When I went to register to check out. The cashier did not know why digitals and paper coupons did not work (his comment to me was)Im a college graduate but cant tell you how to get the coupons to work.. How frustrated I was at this point. He did not care at all. Just wanted me to pay.told me to keep my receipt. I think they need to TRAIN this guy. He did not get anything from his college education. What a horrible deal this turned into.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE ANTIBIOTICS, RECEIVED BLOOD THINNERS INSTEAD THAT COULD OF KILLED MY WIFE!!! STAY IS EXTREMELY UNTRAINED AND RUDE. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE!! THIS PLACE IS ALL OVER FACEBOOK TOO NOW FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE NOW. USED TO BE GOOD!!

I have gone to this pharmacy for years but the staff has changed in the last few months and they are awful. Issues every time I go including giving me someones elses medicine. dont go here

I do not recommend this pharmacy to any friends or family as we have used this pharmacy 4 times and 4 times we have had a problem. Each time we have used this pharmacy we have had a different pharmacist who blamed the pharmacist previously on duty for the reason we could not fill our sons prescription. Very unprofessional and will be switching pharmacies because of the reasons stated above and per recommendation from our doctor who also stated that there is another problem again.

Only cuz its close but will change locations tired of being on hold all the time and problems with phone and dont care to much for pharmacist kind of rude
