I was greeted by Jessica upon entry and that was the start of a fantastic experience! This was my first time there and she was super friendly, warm and took me through my quick sign in. It was such a welcoming vibe and a great indicator of a pleasant customer experience ahead.. then Christine took me in for my service. And Christine, too, was awesome -- answered all my questions I had about aftercare and very helpful, especially with recommendations to treat things I was insecure about. Theyre such a great time and was super clean and safe so Id recommend them to anyone!

Najat is my favorite wax specialist working here, and welcomed me very well with my first visit. She is amazing at her job, and very polite! I love the experience of walking in to the Framingham location and everyone working there is extremely considerate and super nice! overall a 10/10 experience!

This place is amazing. I get my service with Michelle. Michelle is so sweet, kind and funny. She takes her time doing her job and make sure to take off all hair that she can. I live in Springfield which is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from this location. Even though, we got one close by that is 30 minutes. I would rather do that long drive as a well job she does. Definitely recommend this place, with special shout out to Michelle.

European Wax Center in Framingham is extremely clean and are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep their clientele safe during the Pandemic. Ive been going to this European Wax Center location for a few year now. The store is always super clean. The front desk staff members are always very friendly and helpful. I see Emmy for my waxing services and shes fantastic - very professional and informative regarding processes, EWCs wax, and their product line. Shes never tried to force product on me, just super helpful when Ive had questions. We always chat during the service and usually end up laughing, which makes the painful parts seem to go by faster!

Just overall bad customer service, but a great wax experience.Was told one price for a service, and checked out and I believe it was the manger or someone higher up and argued with me that the esthetician gave me wrong pricing, thats not my fault. I refused to argue over a $20 difference, I would NEVER enter this location again. Although, I love Christine, she was great, but whoever that women was ruined my experience.

I have been seeing wax specialist Michelle for almost three years now and she is not only phenomenal at waxing but she is my favorite person to catch up with every 6 weeks!. Michelle was recommended to me by a friend and I have since recommended her to several other people who all agree she is the best! She gives me the smoothest, longest lasting waxes and is super detail oriented, even going back in with a tweezer for any stragglers! In general, this location is always super clean (even more so with the pandemic) and the check in staff is always very friendly, on time and knowledgable. I always renew my wax package (12 waxes for the price of 9) which is the best price around at this level of quality and service. Highly recommend this location of EWC, and especially Michelle.

European Wax Center in Framingham is great! A new one opened up closer to my house but I refused to switch because how friendly and kind the staff is. The girls at the front desk are absolute loves. Whether I’ve had difficulties booking online, running late for an appointment, or even general questions about waxing they always put my mind at ease and fix whatever the issue was in about a half of a second. I met Christine about 3yrs ago and had never been waxed. I was a nervous wreck. She explained everything thoroughly. She told me what and what not to expect and has given me so much advice on how to deal with my skin type including suggesting certain products the store has. She’s funny sweet AND great at what she does! I, without a doubt recommend her.

I have been seeing Christine for over a year for my eyebrows and bikini. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. I was recently having issues with sensitive skin and Christine was able to recommend the right products without making me spend an arm and a leg. She genuinely cares about her clients and I look forward to seeing her each month. I totally recommend her! Very clean, sleek, professional salon. Went in to get my brows done per the recommendation of a friend, and turned out the first brow wax is free, which was a nice surprise. Front desk employees were extremely helpful, kind and professional. My brow wax wasnt the most painful nor the least painful Ive experienced. I wasnt too crazy about the way the beautician shaped my brows, nor the way she filled them in, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

A very convenient place to get all your waxing done. Their wax is really great that it doesnt leave you red after and all of the technicians know what theyre doing. Clean and organized which is always a plus.

I am a regular of the Framingham location for over a year, and Ive never had an issue with them until yesterday. I scheduled my appointment and arrived 15 minutes before as it is expected anywhere from anyone. I didnt see the big stop sign at the door because someone else was going in at the same time as me. The receptionist literally yelled at me to go out and look at the instructions. I was not expecting that at all. People usually are nice to me at EWC, well not this time. I went outside shocked about what had just happened and checked in through text message. I went inside my car and received a message that my appointment was at 6:15 and it was only 6:00 or something. So i waited for 20 minutes inside my car until i left frustrated. I received a text at 6:25 that my specialist was ready for me. Okay, i understand being precautious about the covid-19. However, i do not understand yelling at clients for simply walking in and making them wait for almost half hour in their cars boiling in the summer time. The lack of organization and the rude receptionist are the reason why i am never coming back to this location, and as soon as i am done with the wax pass i had purchased, i am looking for another wax center do get my brows done. They have lost a loyal client!

This has been my wax home for the past year! I love how flexible they are with scheduling. The wax package is such a good deal and I make sure to get it whenever I run out! Ive come to love the staff here - Monique, Jordan and Melissa in front are always incredibly friendly and easy to chat with. My Esthetician, Christine, is an absolute doll. She continues to do an amazing job every time I see her. So much so, that Ive expanded from getting just brazilians to my underarms and eyebrows as well. If you have fast growing hair like me under your arms and were shaving every day just to keep it from looking like it had been growing for a week, then you should seriously consider getting your underarms waxed. I have incredibly dark and thick hair, and Id have to shave every day but would still be left with a dark tone to my skin. Waxing has thinned the hair out so much that I only need to go in once every two weeks to get them cleaned up. I always look to these lovely ladies for recommendations, and they have yet to let me down. Kudos to you gals! Keep up the awesome work!After reading many reviews about Christines work here, I scheduled an appointment to see her for my brazilian. The last couple of visits at a different location were unsatisfactory, so I had high hopes that Christine would take care of me. And she very much did that! She was very thorough and talked through a couple of products she suggest I try to make my experience with waxing less painful in the future. I will 100% be visiting her regularly. It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and I was super nervous. I looked at all of what to expect from a Brazilian wax and kept hearing it was super painful and one of the worst pains. So I had no idea what to expect, but when I got into EWC, the women at the front desk were super welcoming and made my experience less stressful and nerve wracking. The waxing itself wasn’t that painful at all, I definitely expected to cry if I’m being honest because I usually have sensitive skin, but it wasn’t bad whatsoever. However, I would recommend taking some Advil or any painkiller beforehand. When it was time for my wax, I had someone named Michelle wax me, and she was overall friendly and made the experience so comfortable and actually enjoyable!! Best part is, when you get your first wax at EWC it’s 50% off! I would recommend anyone to EWC in a heart beat and I will definitely be a regular customer there.Just a little update: 5 months later and I’m still a loyal customer of EWC, yesterday they had a problem with the AC and weren’t able to wax anyone, however they rescheduled me right away for the next day and gave me a very generous discount for the inconvenience. This place really cares about its clients and I will continue to recommend this place to anyone :)
