Made the mistake of purchasing a 3rd party product on Walmart.com. I purchase an XL pair of pants. I myself wear a 1x to a 2x, so if anything I was expecting these to be a bit smaller. Once they arrived, they were HUGE!! A solid 4X. I am curvy and they fell right to the floor. So there is the first issue, the sizing was COMPLETELY wrong. So when I contacted them about an exchange, they said they do not do that and I would have to return the item at my own expense, even though their sizing was completely misleading, so therefore the product itself was inaccurately described. I went to return and the return cost was around $13, the pants were only $17. So basically I would be getting a $4 refund for a $17 item that was not what it says it was! Not ok. Be very aware of their return policy.
Their website boasts satisfaction guaranteed, however they don’t answer the phone or return email messages. One item received was advertised as having a single blemish, but when I received the item, it was very dirty with flaws in the fabric, I can’t even imagine a company thinking it was ok to sell something like that. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
I recently fractured my shin bone and needed pt for that and a torn meniscus. I ordered multiple items through Walmart and one of those items offered expedited shipping for $28.00+. I decided to pay and receive this item by the time of my first appointment.I did not receive the item and contacted Phoenix via Walmart Customer service. The person, Jeffrey, was definitely a poor customer service agent. All I wanted was my expedited shipping cost refunded..bottom line he advised me to deal with the USPS. Huh? In fact, I received all other items days before the one I paid extra for. I will make sure to check Walmarts vendors in the future and will never buy anything from Phoenix Trading Company again.
Absolutely terrible to do business with! they do not communicate with their customers nor care about them at all... I had purchased from them on eBay then returned the item! 2 months later I still dont have my money back PayPal and eBay have to intervene in order to get them to issue a refund. I have messaged them many times about trying to rectify the situation with the watch, eBay contacted them! I sent it back after they requested that I return it to them and still did not issue a refund or contact me, yet they blocked me on eBay from contacting themh! They are absolutely crooked and will steal your money! Do not trust them! Im telling you you will go through the same Hoops I had to jump through!!!

Do NOT buy!! The items are unsanitary and gross, there was a smell of MOLD or some kind of nasty perfume stench and some kind of white human?!! hair all over the item and items were extremely wrinkled as well. Overall disgusting and nasty experience with this company! AVOID.
This company is a JOKE. I order an item in APRIL 2017 and it its now AUG 2017. Still NO COMMUNICATION from them via email or phone as to where my package is. And they will not issue refund.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I would leave ZERO STARS
