Was excited to finally find and get a nice clock since I’d never thought I could afford one. Took 3 attempts to get to me. First attempt FedEx delivered it to the wrong address, broken. Second time delayed for three days arrived at my address, broken. Third attempt arrived at my OLD address, broken. They broke the clock all three times. I guess I’m not meant to own anything nice that isn’t broken or second hand. ;-;
In put the tracking number in the FedEx tracking system showed it would be delivered on 11/06/2021. @ 12:44 pm today, I checked again to verify delivery status this time it said it was attempted . Ive been home all day so i called, so I ask where did the driver put the door tag. Customer Service had no clue what I was talking about. So my husband has worked for FedEx for 10 years I learned all the ins and out. There system show on truck. Customer service says package never left the building. So for most FedEx contracts there routes to Contractors, then contractors hire drivers. So everyone likes to pass the issues to the next person .
The manager Rick is never there in the mornings & refuses to help people in need, he literally tells people do not to call him for help as well during orientation. How can someone be a manager with these qualities, it’s beyond unprofessional & someone needs to step in to do better. Also, you will not receive the raise like they promise you, trying to obtain your badge after 30 days is impossible because the manager is never frickin there!!!!
Came in with 2 big packages that I printed out the wrong labels for. Marcus helped me get the correct labels and even printed them out for me. Marcus went above and beyond to help me! You da man Marcus!!
Convenient from Rhome, just wished they hadnt missed my package and delivered it on time.
Missed a shipment and came here to pick it up. The ladies working the shipping room/counter stopped what they were doing to help me as a walk-in. Couldnt have asked for better service, thank you.

In and out place for me because my load was drop and hook. They have a staging area for trucks to park overnight. It is a truck stop down the road about 3 miles

My house has had over 7 packages misdelivered by FedEx. Our last one was signed by someone, who doesn’t even live in our neighborhood, and FedEx denied our claim and reported it was delivered because “someone” signed for it...don’t know what to do at this point to get packages to us through FedEx. We haven’t had this issue with UPS, Lonestar delivery, USPS, or DHL.

So, FedEx delivers 3 of my wheels. I wait 4 days for the for fourth wheel. I say F*%k it and go to Fed Ex, 2701 Ft. Worth, Texas. Go in circles with people trying to ask for help, finally use their phone to call the WH for them to look around. They do. Guy brings out wheel and i have curb ta rash without even driving.. I hate FedEx.
Good luck getting your package. If the driver says they delivered it, thats that. End of story. Even if they dropped it off in the middle of the woods, he delivered it, so no questions asked. If it goes to the wrong address, doesnt matter cause they delivered. Morons..
Ok. They really need a place up in Denton or Frisco for pick up. Just not Fort Worth.At least UPS has several locations
My package was from the United Kingdom sent signature only. I work all day, missed the package and it was sent here. The staff was very helpful and had my package in my hand in a matter of seconds. Great place!

BEWARE: The GROUND SERVICES last pickup time is posted as 5pm on website and at location (below), but they routinely do the last pickup 30-50 minutes early. The driver said this on 11/27/2019 to the Fedex staff i pick up early so I can go home early. BAD SERVICE (by Ground Service) and costs my business money and time. Sent a package with living creatures in it and they didnt lable it as having live animals. Im glad they got to their destination alive, having taken 2 days to get there! They way overcharge you on shipping (paid $95 to have it sent OVERNIGHT and it took 2 days!) The lady at the counter was extremely unhelpful!
Currently as i type this i have been sitting here for 2.5 hours waiting on an important package. Since the driver decided to purposely pass up my shop and just say i was not there to receive the package. I know this because the manager actually told me that alot of drivers are doing it because they got used to the laid back situations of covid-19 since alot of business are closed they just say oh covid they are closed and take off ..... been sitting here a little before 5 and i do not even know if they will give me my property or not today.... its 7:09 and the texas sun has no mercy .... tried to get water... and nope no water for me .... FED UP WITH FEDEX

My friend works there. Theyre ok as a business, but when u look at them as an employer, they could improve in a bunch of different areas; especially on making their schedules for the employees. Because there are no schedules. U have set days that u work; but do not find out what time u go into work until the day before, and it changes everyday. And then most days u will receive a text message anywhere from 1 to 2 hrs before your clock in time pushing back your clock in time anywhere from 1 to 3 hrs later after theyre already starting your shift 2 to 3 hours later than what u should actually be working if u base it off if what they told u the hours were when u was hired. U would think being such a big name company they would be more professional when it comes to the employees that they hire to truly make out a schedule and post it up somewhere where everyone can see a well or more before that person is scheduled to work that shift. They dont think about the single parents who have to have babysitters come watch their kids and they have to call the sitter at the last minute just less than 12 hrs before the sitter is needed and pray to God that those few hours is enough notice that you need them and hope they can be there to babysit for you even with such short notice, rather than saying oh Im sorry, I wont be able to watch them, you didnt give me enough notice and they had already made other plans or just flat out can not make it in time before u need to leave to work ur shift; the one that Fed ex refuses to post in proper schedule form with at a weeks notice before you have to be there to work that shift during a typical work week. Lets learn to be more professional; for the employees sakes.
This FedEx-staffed Service Center stays open later than many other locations because it is located at a FedEx airport hub. It is fairly easy to get to off of interstate 35 and you can see the FedEx facility sign from the roads leading to it. Packing materials are readily available and the staff is helpful.
Fed ex is the worst shipper... They have lost thousands of dollars of merchandise... If you have to use them remember to use insurance!!!

These guys were busy when I walked in but they were quick, thorough and polite. There are plenty of supplies here if you are in need and things seem to be kept in stock. FedEx is not meant to be the cheapest method of sending a package but it certainly is friendly and quick!

Reliably the most over priced, DELIBERATELY SLOWEST (theyll HOLD YOUR PACKAGE to avoid it getting somewhere before a service level youve paid for) -- and -- absolutely . break stuff more than USPS.USPS is the CHEAPEST and FASTEST service available in my opinion, and exposes just how poor the service from FedEx truly is.
Box was broken and computer inside damaged. Where is the work ethic of the guys handling packages?!Then there is no answer or just a hang up when you try to lodge a complaint. Where is your customer service?!I don NOT recommend your services!

Went to pick up a missed delivery here. The staff were friendly and kept me updated while I waited for the driver to get back. Driver actually took the time to explain the situation.
They just toss packages and break it ALL THE TIME! I had a bottle of cooking oil in a glass bottle that was labeled fragile.. glass inside AND when I picked up the box, all the oil was just pouring out of the box. Its because they just whipped it at my front brick steps.

How can a company give such poor service and still stay in business? Last package was a big white envelope that was a large comp. safety screen, it arrived with a big gray work boot print on it and had been bent in half. So obviously damaged yet no mention on delivery. How do they keep going??

Dealing with this place is like a movie about Big Brother. Once you find the proper building (just ask security...save your self a lot of trouble)...you find yourself in a closet sized white room with a service window locked shut and a telephone. You call on the phone and get a voice mail. Then you sit uncomfortably close to alot of other folks. Nothing happens. No one speaks to you. No one calls back. After 30 minutes an employee who was about to be off duty opens the door...he had a shocked look on his face. It was only his sense of customer service that got any of us packages. He took it upon himself to serve us. FedEx ground seemed to have no interest in taking care if us. At one point I even called a 1 800 number. They could not get anyone in Fort Worth to answer the phone....their advice....call back.
