This business has had consistently poor and surly service. I will drive several miles out of the way to avoid it. There’s a similar company on Bryant Irvin that’s not run and staffed by people with such terrible attitudes. What’s amazing is that I’ll try again after about a year and the faces may Change but the attitudes and sour effort remains the same. They must pay people for positive reviews.

I have been using this location to email, fax and print for years since i live nearby but past few months I’ve been going to another farther location due to lack of customer service. If i could give no stars i would.I had asked if they could print a document for meAnd they quickly replied come back in 4 hrs by the manager saying afterward, im busy. When i saw multiple employees just standing around.They need new leadership very badly, i know im a manager myself and they need to start some kind of customer service training its absolutely horrible and there computers are junk they freeze up all the damn time and work slower than the employees.

The employees here never greet you when you walk in, they never have a smile on their face, the wait is longer than it should be and there is usually some issue with the way you’ve packed/addressed your package. And the shipping speed is unreliable. Quite the opposite of the UPS Store nearby. I only ship FedEx sometimes because it’s cheaper than UPS, but maybe it’s not worth it.

We paid $62 for overnight shipping on an envelope with urgent documents. After they pick up the package we get notified that it will be delivered one day late. We call customer service to figure out what to do, since this is an urgent package. After 70 minutes on the phone the supervisors say they found our package, and would be able to expedite it to a ship center so we can pick it up there instead. Once we get there the next day, we’re told the package haven’t arrived and won’t arrive for another day. We then call multiple different representatives and supervisors and they all say different things. One said: “It shipped this morning at 5am”, another one “it says it already arrived”, another one “it hasn’t shipped”, “you only paid for 2 day shipping”, and “no that’s impossible”. It’s as if they all work for different companies.

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION! I came in with 3 documents to ship. I was standing in line exactly 10 minutes before they closed, with 2 people in front of me. The man working the shipping counter was very friendly with the 2 customers in front of me, but when he called me up to the counter, and asked how he could help me, he then started acting really rude. I told him that I had 3 documents to ship overnight express. His response was “oh well we’re actually closed now”. I thought he was joking for a second, because they were not closed (6pm) yet, and they were still letting people in. I paused, and then he said “can’t you just come back tomorrow?” I was nice about it, and told him that I couldn’t and the documents I needed to ship were important and needed to be sent. His response was “you can’t come back in the morning?” AGAIN!...Then he says “well can I just ship one today?”. I’m thinking are you serious?! I’ve been in line this whole time. What kind of response is that. I awkwardly paused, and then he slams the papers on the scale, sighs and says “fine, I’ll go ahead and do it”. All the while there is another customer behind me. He was short with me and had an attitude the entire time. As I walked out, he went to great the customer behind me with no problem and was nice. I think he was actually the manager too, which makes it even worse, I really wish I got his name. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. It almost seems like this guy was just racist I don’t know, but what a D bag.

These guys managed to lose a package in their own store. Upon showing up to pick it up I was told it was not there. The Shipper could see where they had even signed the package in. When I called back I was kept on hold for twenty plus minutes. I had time to drive all the way back up to the location and stood there in line and watched them toss my 350.00 PA system on the ground in disgust, arguing who had put the box in the wrong place all the while. It was embarrassing to watch from a customers standpoint. They weren’t aware I was in the shop and watching them the whole time. The people who had sent me away earlier, adamantly denying it was in their possession slunk away, not a one of them offered an apology after I had made my presence known. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and a nuisance. I have rarely experienced such unprofessional behavior and am alerting the store that uses them as an alternate shipping location now. I will also be contacting this location’s district management. Please avoid this circus of incompetency and grossly unprofessional behavior.

I was a bit concerned to be working with this FedEx based on some reviews, but I had a great experience. I was printing several thousand booklets and had to work every part of the order over the phone and email. Shaniqua was very easy to work with, helpful, responsive and patient. I wouldnt hesitate to go back here with another large print order.

First time ever sending a package, these people completely messed my shipment up from address to delivery date. Not to mention this location is not a people friendly atmosphere. In terms of service and quality, this location is easily five stars. Theyre always friendly and professional, and theyve never gotten my order wrong. The lower rating is entirely based on the parking situation as well as other customers, as the parking is so small that its reminiscent of Miami -- door dings included! -- and other customers appear to have no awareness of others around them, no matter whether or not they are walking or in their car.

These guys were amazing!! We had a consonant event and needed A LOT of donate printed. With a Skelton crew in a Sunday, last minute, they got 30 pieces of signage printed for us same day!! Not only that, we came by to pick up the items and had to get a couple last minute signs printed. Not only did we get the signs printed but Lane let us stay late to get our job done. Huge thanks to both Matt and Lane for 5 star customer service.

Antonio helped me. I walk in and he says be right with you. Me: okay thanks Him: what can I help you with? Me: I just need to mail this piece of paper. Him: we dont do any mailing at all, only shipping. My thoughts: okay clearly thats what I meant. Me: okay sure that works. Him: when do you need it there? Me: how expensive is the fastest option? Him: tomorrow would be ~$30 Me: wow okay what if I just want to spend $10? Him: we dont have any options for that. Me: you cant ship a piece of paper for $10? Him: no. Me: so what if I just want to buy the envelope? How much would that be? Him: and ship it? Me: no just buy the envelope. Him: there are some over there. Me: how much are they? Him: theyre over on the shelf. Me: okay so I could buy this envelope for $2 and put stamps on it and mail it next door? Him: yes. Horrible customer service.Ordered a 15 page, black and white print service online. Estimated time of completion was 2.5 hr wait! I called to see if it would be any quicker because I needed to be in Dallas before then. He said no because of all the other jobs they had to do. I had no special requests or anything!I ordered from another FedEx closer to my destination. It gave the same estimated wait time. I got an email 5 minutes later that it was completed!! Im thankful that other locations are able to multi-task.

I came in to do a print and go, but their machines weren’t working. I was told to wait because they had to scan a large stack of boxes. I understand having to wait for another customer, but there was no one else in the store. After saying that to Shaniqua in calm tone, she respond with attitude. Then she raised her voice at me for simply and calmly asking how long it would take until she could assist me. I had only asked once. I understand some people have bad morning, but this attitude was very inappropriate.

I showed up to scan and print some documents, plus use the workstation for a good 45 min. Its a clean place, and once I was in line waiting for my turn, another member asked to helped me so I wouldnt wait long. I didnt know how to use the scanner, so they helped me during all 4 pages, plus how to email them. I knew how to do that part but I appreciated their staying every step of my process because it was kind customer service. A while later, I couldnt figure out how to print some a certain way, and looked around for someone.. a little bit later, someone else showed up asking how they could help me. They are all attentive, polite and I would return again.

This is the worst and slowest location that I know of I rather drive out that way instead of the convenience of it being down the street because the people are extremely slow and have no sense of urgency I came in several days early and I sit and wait for way too long to where I have to leave and just go to a whole new location I do not recommend this location at all

Went in one day and staff was cheery and helpful. One week later after promising my photos could be scanned and turned into JPEG the same cheery worker, fingered up all my photos, removing them from plastic and letting out a loud sigh with each one informed me could not scan due to copyright issues despite a signed release I presented him. Bottom line, he didnt want to do it. Im sorry your workers appear to have issues but when it comes to customer service, your employees should keep a smile on their face whether the sun is shining for them personally or not. Yep, I wont be back.

Im not one to get upset or leave a bad review... but this was worthy of it. This location seems to not understand what boxes it can take and the one Downtown does. I walked in to drop of a box to this location and they proceed to tell me it has to be reboxed and that they wouldnt take mine.... but go figure, this same type of box that my firm has sent through fed ex for years (and received back in the same packaging when returned from other end) was HAPPILY received with great customer service and a smile at the Downtown location when I drove back down there. Whoever is the manager at the camp Bowie location needs to call the Downtown location and ask how to run the place.

The thing Ive noticed are customers. Its as if they decide to get mad before even walking through the door.This is a very busy place. The staff is very busy. The trick is knowing that all FedEx Office Print are like this one: very busy. If youre a print customer, you know this going in and can plan accordingly.If all you want to do is ship a package, choose a different FedEx location, one without the printing business under the same roof. Youll be in/out much faster and hopefully much happier.

Very helpful the day I came in. Both ladies were polite and obliging (Jana and I forgot the other ladys name). I was having brochures printed and returned the next day to find them not in the best condition. But Antonio (I believe the manager) was assertive and apologetic, re-printing them for me. Then I was not charged for the brochures. Blown away and quite pleased. They have my business.

I have never written a negative review, but I have to agree with others. The customer service here was horrible. I went in to send a letter overnight and it took nearly 20 minutes. I had a question, but the woman at the counter shoved a piece of paper at me without any explanation of what I needed to do with it. Then, while I stood there, she began waiting on other customers. I still am not completely sure my letter will get where it needs to go. I have used the Fed Ex office on Bryant Irvin (just south of I-20) many times and its fantastic. Ill never go back to this one.

This has to be the worst Fed Ex I have ever dealt with. The two African American girls there are completely rude. They do not want to help you! One 80 year old woman was told the copiers were self serve she had to beg for help. The other girl rolled her eyes at me when I told her I need some color copies! Im so shocked the owners dont get it! Ive been driving to the one on Bryant Irving an extra 15 miles so I dont have to deal with this one! Ugh! Stay away, it will save your patience, I was also charged $15.00 over on the copier for blanks! I was told I could be reimbursed but to avoid the lengthy struggle I paid it and left!

Well I was in line at counter and the male employee was smooshing with a lady behind me and tried to wait on her first!! Then told me I had to pack the envelope myself and asked a girl to ring me up while he waited on Miss butt kisser!! And he helped her with her box!!they were all rude and snotty. So I go over to mail my package and she tells me to put it on the scale which I do. She doesnt smile or look up, very rude!! Ill never go back there. The best fed ex is on S Hulen by Starbucks. I sent in my notes for class to be printed and they messed up the format and messed up my notes. I paid to have the notes hole punched in my notes, it was not done. Shipped a package and all I got was attitude from the lady behind the counter, and they tried to over charge me for shipping a package that weighed nothing. Customer service is garbage. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue at this place. Take the time and drive further down the road to the next Fed Ex office. Oh and I waited for 10 minutes before the workers acknowledged me needing assistance as they chit chatted in the back. This place needs new management.

Young man employee was very helpful and cheerful. My box was pretty heavy and he lifted it for me. I have had several experiences where shipping companies did not do that for me. I understand a policy like that but too many employees today throw around nos without trying to solve the customers dilema. I would recommend this location.

I have had to amend my rating to one star. Lots of problems here. They will not give you an envelope beforehand therefor you have to pack it with clerk watching and everyone in line sounding like gila monsters while you pack your mailer. Sure would be more efficient to have the envelopes handy so things could be sped up in line. also, if you have an older ID or an ID with an address other than your home, you have to step out of iine, go get a utility bill and bring it back showing your current address or they wont take your pkg. So many little hiccups here this place is not user friendly.5 Stars. I went here few years back and service was terrible. I took a chance and a friendly young lady Laquita helped me and went the extra mile. It is refreshing to see such dedication in this day and age. Thank you/.

Came in to do a word doc.. Had to move like 5 times bc the computers freeze up out of nowhere and you have to pay to use basic word doc. I had to pay $20 for literally nothing. I couldnt even accomplish what i came in to do bc the computer kept freezing.. I advised all staff..and the 2 blk ladies said they couldnt do anything. The one white guy was only being helpful to white customers. Not making this a race issue... But had i been white..i might of gotten some help. Spent $20 and LITERALLY got nothing accomplished! Dont waist your time. Lesson learned! Ill never see those $20 again!! I LITERALLY donated them to Fed Ex was never able to do my page or print it! Total waste. DO NOT GO TO THIS FED EX. The main answer you will get is we cant do that and they will nickel and dime you. I spent hours building a business plan with a grumpy employee and manager who were complaining about things that I could step around the counter and easily do myself. After all was done they never saved the business plan on their 30 day we save everything server. I had to resend the plan. Then it took the 3 DAYS!!! to get them printed . The employees seem like they hate their job and are burdened by you. I hated my experience with this FED EX…

Printer at self service station was out of ink, got charged $2.15 just waiting for the thing to warm up and then it just said paper jam. I considered asking for help, but if the staff is to incompetent to check the printers ink levels from time to time, I figured Id be just wasting more time by talking to them. Shipped 2 fragile items from Illinois to Texas. When I received my packages they were broken up like they had been dropped. I had insurance on both items and they are refusing to honor my insurance that was through them. Be very afraid to ship with them. Customer service was very nasty with me anytime I called.

I had not taken a peek at the reviews before going in for services to this particular shipping center, and now I see why so many negative comments/reviews pop up immediately.Came in to drop off a box to be returned to Dallas MEPS, the agent helping me had no issues with what I had at hand, he even helped with some tape to close the box, the other agent, helping someone else, yelped and said he couldnt take the box the way it was, (I brought it back to them exactly as FedEx had delivered it to me two days prior from Dallas MEPS, except it wasnt taped-closed) The grumpy guy had the other worker get me a box, so that I could get my box into it? I got a bit upset at his nonsense and asked for him to get me the box back and the return label so as to take it to another location, he even refused to do so and asked him to explain his nonesense to me, I admint, I bacame a bit rude myself and asked him if he was hi, then this heavy-set woman came into the conversation and told him to get me out of the store, as if I was the issue?...One thing for sure, on a personal note, I WILL NOT be dealing with this store in any future dealings!V/rJoe
