I use this store to return things to Amazon and mail packages. They are polite and very helpful if i dont have what i need i can pay less than $2.00 to either print out label i lost or buy envelope if needed. When i mail packages it is a low cost and very helpful and gets to destination on time.

Great staff! So quick and helpful, and kind. They made us smile, feel welcomed and even helped us out when we were supposed to have gone to USPS, instead of UPS, lady at front still printed out label and taped up our box for us and just made every swift and easy!

Amazon website said that my package was supposed to be no boxes no labels necessary to drop it and drop it off. These guys refuse to take my package and ship it back to Amazon! And I then proceeded explain to them what the website said, they said that they didn’t care what the Amazon website said that they are UPS they’re not Amazon, And that they don’t have to take my package! I’ll never do business and I don’t recommend anybody do business at this location ever again.

Never an issue. Everyone here has been courteous, friendly, helpful, quick, and knowledgable. I willing drive past another ups store to use this particular location.

If it had not of been for Autumns complete lack of professionalism, I would’ve rated this location with 5 starts. However, after being talked down to and given the worst possible attitude by this employee I don’t think I will be going back. If a person isn’t willing to be nice and respectful to others, than I don’t think they should have a job in customer service. This store would do well to replace her.

Needed just a box - 5x5x42 inches - quoted $18. Yeah, go elsewhere.

I started off with a really negative review a few days ago because I was frustrated. Mistakes happen but it’s the way it’s handled that makes all the difference. The manager at this location, Thomas, did everything he could to right his employees’ mistakes. Long story short, my package was labeled incorrectly it was sent to the wrong location (twice). Thomas entrusted his employees to do their job correctly and they failed so he stepped in and corrected everything. I still think the employees should be reprimanded (if they haven’t already) so that this does not happen again. They should be focused on their job so that the package gets to the correct intended place! But thank you Thomas for helping me, I know you were super busy last weekend but you still managed to make time for my issue. I have edited my review and I give this location 5 stars, only because of Thomas. Thank you.

Stephen has dealt with me over the phone as I live in Minnesota but am moving to Texas this Wednesday and he has helped me tremendously with setting up my mailbox and keep packages for me-including the huge packages that came today!

Exceptional customer service from the staff!

Ive rented a box here for almost two years. They always call me by name whenever I go in. Ive rented boxes from other places but ended up here and Im glad I did. I can drop off my shipping with an address and Im out the door and I can call to see if anything has been delivered. Im very happy UPS made this type of service available.Thanks Guys!!!

Always helpful. Being a AT&T U-Verse customer Ive had to return about six pieces of equipment from two households over the past five years. Ive also used this location to ship items to my daughter in the Navy. Every time the staff have been more than helpful and even suggest the least expensive method of shipping. I do not go to other locations.

I have been a customer at this UPS Store location since 2016. When I first relocated to TX in the DFW area I was looking to rent a personal mailbox and I am so glad I decided to go with this location. Jason and Draye have always been so courteous and attentive and have always gone above and beyond with their customer service. Even after settling into my apartment I decided to continue doing business at this location due to the stellar customer service I have always received! These gentleman are a wonderful asset to this company. Thank you for always going above and beyond and being so patient and always making me feel welcomed. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. By far the best service I have ever received at a UPS Store location and I will definitely continue to do business here. :)

The lovely ladies at this store are so friendly and helpful. I love coming here and talking to them. They always help me ship to my grandson and pack everything up really nicely.

Very fast consistently anytime or day of the week

I went in and asked how much it would cost to print a shipping label. He did not answer me, he just asked if i had it electronically and to email it to the store (so Im assuming there is no cost). AFTER he prints it for me he tells me its $1.66(for a half sheet of paper mind you) Really?!? Just be upfront and honest dude. Ill go to staples next time and to another UPS store.

Returning a sleep number bed was a great stress for me, but Will and colleagues knew exactly what to do and made short, efficient work of the problem. The packages were received intact with no problems.I think their customer service here is fantastic.

They told me to delivery my package 6-10 days and charge 41 dollar to send document (international) but it is been more than 20 days still not delivered.. when i asked with post office they told it is normal delivery so it takes up to 1 months.. they charged me priority mail fee just to do normal mail.. customer service is also not good.

Really nice friendly staff at the Camp Bowie location. Never had any issues, the representatives are very polite, and helpful any time ive had any questions regarding packaging or pricing. I would recommend using UPS.

I was in a huge rush to get to my local UPS store before they closed. I got there less than 10 minutes before they closed. I expected I would walk in to an annoyed employee that was angry because a customer was walking in right before closing time (I am guilty of this myself working in retail for 10 years) BUT I WAS WRONG! A gentleman by the name of Draye greeted me with a smile and was with a customer and told me he’d be right with me. Not only did he have a great attitude, he went above and beyond to help me! I was rushing and frantic trying not to take up his time since it was past closing time, but Draye was calm and collected and happy to help! I had to write this review because there aren’t many employees out there like Draye that are genuine, courteous and more than helpful. Good customer service is hard to find and very rare it seems these days so it’s refreshing to have a pleasant experience! I will DEFINITELY continue to do business in the future specifically at this UPS store just because of Draye. UPS you have one fantastic employee! And Draye thank you so much for everything! Great fast and friendly service

I had to return an item to a company that sent the wrong part. I didnt know how to print the shipping label from the email on my phone, but they did. Got er done. Google maps had me pehged as having gone to the cash store.

Great customer sevice and very helpful reps. I came totally confused by AT&T and these guys here helped me cleared out my shipment returning issues.

The staff members at this location know exactly how to do anything and everything you would want to get done through UPS and the cherry on top is that theyre super friendly about it all, too.

I have used UPS extensively and know the rules.These folks are dishonest about UPS requirements and when I called them on it they were rude and refused to do business with me. I will never go back to this store and recommend you dont go here either.

Brought in at&t router. I had it in the original box. They pulled it out of the box and told me that I had to throw away the box myself. I asked if they had trash that they could put it in. They said no. Poor customer service!
