I’ve always had a great experience here personally, however, my mother stopped by to pick up new exhaust for my dads bike, because we cannot make it there in time after we get off work and it was raining outside. My mother requested help carrying them to her car, from the parts department because they were so heavy. They told her no. As plain as that. And it was Phil and another “man” that refused to help her. This is after it took 3-4 months longer than quoted time to receive the exhaust. My mother then had to drag the pipes to her car in the rain where she struggled to get the pipes into her car. Fort Worth Harley will not receive another penny from me nor my family or friends. And we regularly showed up and purchased items and all parts for our bikes. What kind of “men” not only don’t offer to help a woman carry a heavy item, but refuse help when asked? Pathetic. We will not return again.

I just bought my first bike here from and the whole staff was amazing! My salesman Peg Leg was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I got the right bike for me. They have a huge selection of bikes at great prices.
Worked with salesman for week. Called on Friday 4 pm, he was at lunch I was told. Left message for online salesman at 4pm and gave info of bike to work numbers and call. Was having new tires put on truck. After 5:30, I called back and told salesman wanted to come put money in hand, I got sent to voicemail, left message. Never received callback until this week. Next day went to Texas Harley Davidson and rode a bike home. Go to Texas HD if you want to be treated important and special.
Awesome dealership, good sales team. Good employees altogether. They took their time with me as a new rider. Just finished the riding academy and both the instructor and Causon a sales representative that I have been talking to for two months now help me through it all. They go above and beyond to help people even if it means I dont buy anything. They are very good people.
Amazing dealer experience! Even though this is a big store, it operates like a smaller old school motorcycle shop.. low pressure, not intimidating, a bunch of folks who love motorcycles, are super knowledgeable, and who want to match you with the one you want or best fits your riding style and budget. No surprises or games, very straightforward, and treats their customers like they are buying a luxury product instead of just a powersports product. Highly recommended!

I was searching for the Willie G skull license plate bolts. They had a set but wouldnt sell them to me because Ive never purchased from them before and I asked about shipping. They said since I hadnt purchased from them before they couldnt ship to me because of previous fraud! The parts cost $27.95!! If Im paying with a card and it clears whats the problem. Im in Texas! Parts guy said he would ask his boss and call me back. Never heard from him! As a business you should have fraud protection but yet you treat customers this way. Will not be visiting your store! PS....found them else where that would take my money!
Their showroom is as large and clean as any high-end car dealership. In a non-pandemic situation it would be an ideal place to shop for and buy motorcycles and motorcycle parts. However, my serious concern was that neither the employees or customers were wearing masks. Its their store and they can certainly run it the way they want to. And I certainly dont have to ever go in there again. Be forewarned.

I bought my 2020 HD here, and always used them for parts/service. Since I had my bike up there for 5k service and was thinking about trading. The service advisor recommended Pegleg. The guy wouldnt even get an appraisal done, he told me depends on what Im buying new or used depends on the trade value. Then he says they are doing retail for trades. I asked for numbers on a road king he sends me a low ball trade offer and tells me I owe too much on my trade. I put $10000 down and bought from Texas Harley in Bedford.

Great place, great people. Got my back tire changed and they informed me my brake pads were low and replaced them. They even replaced a missing bolt they noticed was gone.

Bought a 2020 Road Glide Special in November 2020. The purchase price was good, but that’s where the customer service ended. The license plate came in and I was notified, so I rode back and they handed it to me (no offer to install). I walked over to the parts section and asked about the Wireless Headset Integration Module (WHIM), and they wanted $50 over the online price listed at harleydavidson.com (for just the parts).I showed the parts rep the “official HD price” on my phone and he said “the price has increased but the web site hasn’t been updated.” I walked over to service to ask how much to install (because departments at that dealership don’t talk to each other), and he said “4 hours labor.” I had already looked on line for other estates and realized it was a ridiculously high price. I told the sales rep who sold me the bike what happened and said I was disappointed with the service, and left with no fanfare. I rode straight to Adam Smith’s Texas Harley Davidson (the owner is reportedly the brother of Ft Worth Harley dealer owner), and they installed my WHIM the same day for $500 less than Ft Worth Harley quoted. Adam Smith’s Texas Harley Davidson service department also installed my license plate because I told them about my earlier experience at Ft Worth Harley—I didn’t even have to ask and they just did it.Earlier today, 5 months after the sale, I called the service department at Ft Worth Harley to ask for assistance on how to program the PIN in case the FOB was lost, and I told them the instructions in the owners manual were not working as advertised. The service department condescended to me then hung up.Bottom line, I got the bike I like at a fair price, but thank God for other dealers that support the Harley name. Fort Worth Harley Davidson customer service sucks!!!

I placed an order for a 09 heritage manual a month ago tomorrow, I was told before I paid that the manual would be a week or two at the most before it came in.I have went in person and called twice, each time I was told I would be called back with some sort of information on when to expect what I paid for, yet I have NOT received a call or any idea of when I can expect the manual.Amendment:I went back after a month of waiting and they wasted my time for 2hrs telling me they were getting an answer of where my item was, i finally gave up n left, went back the next day and got a refund and emailed the manager twice about this experience. To date he has not replied, they just dont care.Theres more that I have experienced through this dealership but whats the point, just avoid them at all costs.

Went to another dealer and they held me up for about a week and no commitment. Fort Worth Harley-Davidson took 4 hours and I had my Harley. That simple! Everyone from the forklift operator to the sales force on the showroom floor was super helpful and friendly. I was shown a scooter the same color and the sameyear as my second Harley, this one had been well taken care of and more along the lines of one I saw as a kid, a Heritage Softail Classic. Top-Notch! Love IT!

I really like this HD dealership. Its large and clean and the ladies in the merch area are always beyond helpful and sweet. The salesmen up front are welcoming but never pushy. I have not brought my Street Glide in for servicing yet. So I will update this with a service note after I do that. I have no reason to doubt theit skill and customer service at this time.

Where do I even begin? The absolutely stellar customer service? The incredible bike selection? The friendly staff and sales people? The deals? The genuine Harley guys? After having a terrible experience with my local Harley dealership (Kents Harley-Davidson in Abilene, TX) I turned to the next closest. After having a phone call with Randy, I knew my experience would be different with them. These guys are the best in the business. Went there and was treated like a million bucks while getting the deal I wanted. Unsure about buying a Harley? Go talk to these guys and ask for Randy. My next 10 purchases will be at Fort Worth Harley.

I own a 2019 road glide special that burned a quart of oil in less than 3000 miles go up drop it off for warranty repair they tell me its perfectly acceptable Im upset about it and the manager has an attitude his name is Gary not the greatest manager that you can have in a service department I do not recommend this place bunch of asshats
I dealt with the parts department and the service department and cant say enough wonderful things! Philip in the parts department was great to work with in helping me find some new parts. The service department is just AWESOME! Not only am I very satisfied with the work, Greg went out of his way to educate me and answer all kinds of newbie questions. I cant comment on the sales department because I didnt purchase my Harley there, but I highly recommend them for service work and purchasing parts.
Monica in Motorclothes went above and beyond to help me find the helmet I wanted. It was out of stock but she called around and found it in Houston and had it shipped. Many dealers will NOT do that since they are all independent but she didnt hesitate to do whatever it took.

Heres my experience so far, I have a 17 that only has 632 miles and the chain cam fell off back in March. Immediately take it to them. Guy tells me its gonma be May 29 till the part ships. Now its 6/13,no call no nothing. I go up there, the guy oh Ive been meaning to call. The part is back ordered till October. Mind you this is a 17......not a 1945. So ot takes 7 months to make a chain. No wonder Harley is going under !!!
Bought auxiliary stop turn signal wiring harness with red lenses for my Anniversary Heritage Springer Softail. Installed in less than 5 minutes changed lenses and everything. Bright w new turn lenses Awesome to brighten the back of the bike.
