Lousy service.... Went all across the metroplex to look at some motorcycles on Saturday morning and the store is dark and says by appointment only. Would be nice to mention that on their web page or google page. Wont be going there again....
Salesman was great. Experience was great but it all became stupid at the end. After purchasing a motorcycle annoying mistakes came at the end. They of course received my registration and license plate and when i got it in the mail first I notice it was registered it in the wrong county and second there was no plate in the unopened envelope. Which I will now have to take time off work which will cost me money and then they told my wife we will have to pay for that ourselves. Which isnt much but absolutely annoying. Bobby whatever his name is there is an absolute douche to work with and has been a jerk to my wife since day one. His customer service skills arent just lacking they are dam near non-existant. So avoid him and go to the other salesman. What a joke. Bike is good though. But something so simple as a plate ends up an absolute blunder.

Thought i was getting the bike i had been wanting for ages, but turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. Purchased a 2013 Harley Davidson roadglide from here. Bike has been at the Harley Davidson dealership for 2 months with over 5000 dollars worth of engine repairs. Havent even put 200 miles on the bike since purchasing it. Now i know why i wasnt able to demo the boke before buying it. But thats my mistake for giving small business owners opportunities. I will stick with reputable business from here on out. The price for trusting people is too expensive!!!

Great service. Called ahead of time and then dropped off my motorcycle. Diagnostic, maintenance and parts were of exceptional value here. The employees were awesome and knew what they were talking about. No questions here when it came to problems. Service was quick and convienent. I would recommend Royal Enfield to anyone for their great service.

I ordered a part for my Bullet 500, the site didnt say it wasnt in stock. After 3 weeks of not getting my item I call and find out its back ordered, but should be shipped soon. I wait another couple of weeks and call on 1/9/18 and an told its just about ready to ship so I wait-again. I ordered in on 12/7/17, its now 1/24/18. I Still have no item and no update from the company. I call customer service this morning and a young lady tells me to call another number and I get Tims voicemail in the parts department. I call her back and she says shell take my number and Tim will call me back. Worst experience Ive ever had. Poor website and customer service. Hitchcock actually has the item in hand. I couldve gotten it in the mail twice from England, but cant get it from Texas. I was told they called India to get the parts they needed and are waiting for them to arrive. So just know, order from these guys and youll just get the same parts available at half price directly from India and you will actually get them quicker. One star is too many.

Great experience with the team at MJ starting with Stephen. We negotiated a trade for my Yamaha Stratoliner and got a great deal on a Honda Gold Wing all done over the phone. Once settled, I rode my Yamaha 350 miles and met the fine folks and the whole transaction went smooth, just like the Gold Wing. Rode the Honda back home without any difficulties. Great job everyone.

I made a deal with Michael over the phone and over 300 miles away. I couldnt be happier with the deal and the condition of the bike when I got to put my hands on it. Michael, didnt come close to describing the bike as it was almost perfect, and much better than I expected. The staff made the transaction quick and painless. I bought it, loaded it up on the trailer and started back towards the gulf coast 310 miles away. It was a good day and I would buy from Michael again without any hesitation.

I have purchased 3 motorcycles from MJ Sales. All were purchased long distance and the units were delivered to my home. Even did my trade-in that way and got a fair price each time. The units were exactly as described when delivered. I passed through Ft. Worth and went to the dealership to see them and their store. I was blown away. I have never seen so many pristine bikes anywhere and the owner Michael and the general manager Brian were awesome.
Great place to buy a bike. I bought a 2006 vtx 1800 from Derrick. The over all exeriance was great. They where really friendly, and well versed on the bike. The process from start was really easy. It was a really clean place, my wife and I felt really comfortable being there. The one thing that stuck in my mind was really low pressure to buy. It was like buying something from a friend. I would buy from them again
I live in an area that the has no local Enfield dealer. These guys always take care of me. My bike is my daily transportation and they keep me going.

I had a fun job at Royal Enfield of Fort Worth for a short time the Summer of 2015. When I left (July 7, 2015), the business was in disarray after losing (firing, etc.) their entire sales, finance and marketing staff. They still had their bookkeeper. The owner Michael Baker was a nice enough guy though disorganized. Mike plans to hire a whole new crew. That is the plan. Here is some advice if you are in the market for a scooter or motorcycle. You will get a better deal if you are preapproved by your bank or even better … pay in cash. Mike has been in the motorcycle business for 30 years, be prepared to negotiate ... hard. Good luck.
Bought a 2002 VTX1800S in June 2015. Although the bike is overall in good shape I was not happy with what I was told about the bike. I was told that it was completely serviced and ready to go for the next 5000 miles. That all service items were performed.Well this just was not the case. The clutch fluid was filthy, the spark plugs were fouled, the front fork seals were leaking, the baffles in the exhaust system were loose, the rear differential fluid was not changed, the brake fluid needed to be changed, the values needed to be adjusted and the air filter was dirty. To me those are service items. I think the only thing that was done was the oil and filter.When I tried to call them after the sale, my calls and texts were not returned.I would not buy from them again.

Bought a 1800 Goldwing trike from Brian, awesome bike better than I was told. Bought it over the phone the bike was just like I was told. Delivery was on time. Came all the way to Georgia.
Can not belive this place its like a scam. I bought a travel trailer from them. Thay took my money and sold me a major water damaged unit thay covered up with carpet. Unit is rotten with mold and nothing works. If there bikes are like there trailers DONT BUY!!I called thay said as is, 2 days later said not my problem call finance company. Finance company said call dealership??? Now me and my son stuck with flooded trailer. BUYERS BEWARE
Im an out of state buyer who in late August purchased a motorcycle from MJ Sales. They are very experienced in dealing with out of state buyers and helping with inspections and working with transporters. I would recommend them.

False advertising: leak-free, completely inspected motorcycles, and showroom quality. Delivered a H-D Deluxe to Illinois with a leak, dirty oil, and chipped paint. Would not reimburse/honor the repair for the oil leak. Did not return calls/emails. I will not buy again from MJ Sales/Royal Enfield Fort Worth!
