My Apollo Z20 arrived without a scratch. Orion Powersports was quick to respond to my messages on Facebook and Email. The company seemed very willing to help and correct issues if they came up. Ive been slowly breaking my bike in for a week now and had zero issues. Maintain your bike and do a pre ride inspection and youll be fine. I would buy from Orion again in the future.

Horrible received a broken motorcycle and they have done nothing to fix it they giving me the run around they have no contact number you can only reach them via email got the bike March 24th and still to this date they have done nothing to fix the issue yeah they reply by email but no resolution they even have gone as far as to blame the shipping company as the bike was not even in a crate my recommendation is buy elsewhere so you dont end up with just scrap metal in your garage.Look at thier response if they approve for parts thier should be no if about anything I received a damaged bike. It should be fixed or replaced regardless as it came damaged not if they approve as I did not approve to receive a broken bike 08/27/2021 and still nothing from them now I get the runaround like they dont know anything AGAIN I AM WARNING SHOP ELSEWHERE...

Free shipping on all home deliveries. After we scheduled the delivery, I took off work to receive it. They were a no call no show. Come to find out, it was because orion powersports did not pay for lift gate service. Then orion told me I had to pay $40 to get the box off the truck. What good is free delivery if you have to pay to get it off the truck? free shipping on all HOME deliveries. They know good and well no one has a loading dock at their house. Nowhere on their website does it mention anything about liftgate service. Whats next? Free delivery! ....except we will bill you later for blinkers the truck had to to use while turningIf you made it clear, it wouldnt say free delivery at all. Who (hypothetically) would actually have free shipping? If its on your site, why dont you show us?What you are doing is legal, but that doesnt mean you are not trying to take advantage of your customers. Hence, one star.Please show us a screen shot of where it says that on your site. And then please show us a screen shot of the red text free home deliveries and then explain why those two bits of information are not in the same place!

In it’s current state they aren’t the best . No phone lines, excuses on delays without compensation to customers, little to no follow through, (sometimes misses important things AKA bad attention to detail) and unwilling to rectify mistakes made without further inconveniencing the customers.That being said for a smaller company - they do respond quickly to email and chat. I want to see companies like these grow. However this won’t happen without acknowledging that they have alot to improve upon.

I want to give a review after a season of ownership of the 125x.. It is extremely simple and has been reliable. I immediately changed out the chain to a high-quality chain. I put a Mikuni carb on the bike. I did have some flat tire issues. The original tubes and rim strips are not that great. I have since put in some high-quality tubes and good rims strips. Absolutely no other problems. The bike is holding up well. I ride on gravel roads and some very light smooth trails. It is a fun bike to ride. It has plenty of power for riding through the woods. I am starting to trust the reliability of the machine and I am willing to venture further. I definitely think Orion is selling a very good product for the price point. I am impressed.

Everything went okay, for some reason lift gate service isn’t included and I didn’t even see a way to add it so I did have to drive 20 minutes to pick it from the local carrier. Also the free oil and spark plug only comes with the bike if you have them put it together which to be fair for someone with no knowledge it’s a good value but it took me maybe 20 minutes to get it together and then another 10-15 just double check everything on the bike. All in all I’m very happy with the bike and if I were to order another one I would use Orion

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Orion. Had to send them a few documents from the state of Indiana in order to get my bike registered/plated. Each communication was handled extremely promptly and efficiently. From what I have experienced, I do not see how all of these negative reviews could be legitimate. Remember, there are always two sides to every story, and just because a customer is upset does not make them right! They clearly define expectations and fully disclose everything before shipping their bikes. All I have to say is thank you for the amazing bike and exceptional customer service. Im very grateful. There was not a single email that was not answered (and trust me I sent A LOT). Happy customer here!

I received my order in good time after a few emails back and forth to straighten out some of the pre shipment details. I opted for the works put gas in and go but not sure gas had ever been put in before unless the break in is done some other way? Other than that I have had to make a few minor adjustments; chain, clutch and idol within the first couple hours of riding which made me suspect of the extra money I spent for break in and adjustments. Not to make solid accusations this is just what it looks like to me that’s why I still give 4 stars. If the breakin wasn’t done as I paid for then no stars!!

Great to do business with. Hawk 250 was assembled, tested and shipped. It arrived in perfect condition. Since out of state purchase, did not have to pay sales tax. Bike runs flawlessly since it is EFI and has a fabulous bright digital instrument panel. Max speed is 67 on roads, but purchased for riding on the dirt 4-wheel roads here in Colorado.

Got an X-Pro 250cc dual sport bike, needed to upgrade the exhaust to something without a cat. Behold, Orion Powersports had exactly what I needed. I now have more power and torque thanks to their catless exhaust pipe!! I did have to custom fit the muffler - the new pipe is just about 2 inches shorter than my stock one - found a 2in. exhaust sleeve that was perfect and works flawlessly. No leaks, grab a Honda 250cc exhaust gasket when installing. Heat up the exhaust, then retighten with heat. No issues, great sound too! Im making a spark arrestor, but other than that, I dont need any other upgrades to the exhaust side now. 10/10 - Perfect!

I am pleased with my experience with Orion Powersports.I had a couple of questions for them and each time I contacted them they replied quickly. I would recommend them to anyone because they actually do business with customer service as a priority. The pit bike I purchased, was delivered in Brand new condition. After changing the oil, as recommended, the bike started on second kick. I followed the suggested break in procedure posted on their website, and now the bike runs great !I am very pleased with the quality of the bike I received.I am looking forward to many fun days with my little riding buddy. Orion was great to work with every step of the way! From the online chat verifying the bike I wanted was in stock to the delivery, everything was seamless. Ordered with “pro prep” so it would come assembled and ready to ride. Bike got here, I gave the bolts a once-over, and the bike fired right up!! My son loves his new bike!! Ordered a gas throttle cable for a dirt bike 6 weeks ago. No one answers the phone or emails. Should have known better when I saw how unprofessional and plain rude the automated email response is when you ask a question. All I wanted was one throttle cable. I ordered from another parts place 3 days ago and it arrived today.Lost a good customer here bcs once I find a place I like I stick to it for all of our dirt bike Four wheeler and motorcycle needs. Now I’m having to send multiple emails to get a refund. On top of all of that, I live in the same dang state as Orion Motorsports is located in.The website now says ….NOW -HIRING ..well,( for any future customers) just maybe .., it’s a new management team their hiring.Bright side of this story is..I did find another cool place that doesn’t mind me sending more than one email and they reply to the ones I do send.Good Luck 🍀

Like the bikes, had issues in shipping. Maybe they could use bubble wrap if they assemble the bikes. Was given a dual sport instead of the dirt bike I ordered. Missing some stickers, I would recommend to anyone to assemble the bikes yourself. My big bike came assembled and was far from perfect, my wifes little 125 came in a box and was perfect. But both bikes run really good. For the price you cant beat the bikes.

Orion is a professional shop that stands behind their product. My son ordered his 125cc and unfortunately, it took some damage during shipping. I did just as Orion said (document the damage with the delivery man, get a claim number, take pictures). I sent information to Orion. They worked with the shipping company, and sent me parts. New protaper handlebar, protaper grips, accelerator assembly and clutch handle assembly. My son and I got the bike running with minimal effort. He loves it and Im looking forward to hitting the trails with him soon.

The bike came in great condition, no damage or loose bolts. The carburetor was very dirty but after a quick clean the bike ran perfectly. I will warn future customers that it can take up to a month to get it bike but mine was well worth the wait. I will most definitely be returning to Orion Powersports in the future.

I have purchased 2 bikes from Orion and I am very happy with them. They always respond promptly and treat you like family. Orion will always be my familys go to when it comes to a good bike at a fraction of cost!

My experience was pleasant via website / mail order of an Apollo x-18 pit bike.From order to receiving it was about 2 weeks time. Packaging was acceptable. There was a bolt missing that was needed to complete assembly and Orion sent me out the replacement ASAP at no charge. I would recommend Orion powersports to anyone looking for products they sell based on my own experience.

It was some what easy to buy the bike. I got in about two weeks built. I know It was not Orion powersports fault but the bike came in damage. I have been trying to get a hold of them to get parts for it but they might have changed there number and they dont answer there email or there message. That was my experience.

Some of these negative reviews had me worried for a bit. Im glad I choose Orion for my bike purchase. I ordered a hawk 250 DLX with the works and pro prep options. Everything came as it should. No damage. Good Deal. Slow Shipping. So far Im impressed with the bike. Money well spent.

Bike arrived just fine. The air intake was crushed and it has been very difficult to get a response to fix it. So I fixed it myself and that is why not 5 stars. Otherwise shipping and ordering was fine.

Ordered a bike that was shown to be in stock. 2 weeks later, Orion reached out to let me know that the bike I ordered was no longer available and offered a substitute. I agreed, they refunded the difference immediately and the next day I received the tracking information on the bike! I opted for the bike to remain unassembled to save a few bucks, in my opinion is worth it to know what is and isn’t lock-tite already. Once together, changed the oil with the oil supplied and it fired right up! The only complaint I have is that the bike ships in its steel caged box via freight carrier. This crate is not on a pallet and provided nowhere for the freight company to maneuver the bike during shipping which led to a damaged box and shipping cage and also misplaced/lost items during shipping which were probably from manhandling this large heavy box. If the bike was placed on a pallet, it would probably be less likely to incur such heavy damages. We followed up with Orion and had everything photographed and documented (AS INSTRUCTED ON THE WEB SITE!) and they were happy to provide the misplaced components. The best way to contact them is email and they always responded within their posted window! All in all, we got what we payed for and Orion maintained a high level of customer service. It’s a great bike at a great price! Thanks!

Crate was pretty beat up when it arrived which busted open a jug of oil which then soaked the graphics. Aside from that nothing else was damaged and it runs good. Definitely needs taller gears tho. 1st Is in all accounts worthless its so slow.

My packages did show up a couple days later than expected and I did miss a couple of items, but I contacted Orión and they mailed my parts right away! I ordered the Apollo Z20 Max and it has been great! Honestly worth it and it’s a great bike!

They are horrible with there service for one . Two they don’t even have a number you can when you don’t get anything in the mail. Three they never return an email or a call when you send one in. I recommend going else cause seeing I feel they should only be rated at a one cause still don’t have the money I payed for the bolts or even an email explaining the issue

The whole experience has been a nightmare.. Tank received was not the same as what was pictured. then i was told that the pictures dont match the products, yet there is no disclaimer stating this. Then i tried to return the wrong tank and paid return shipping only to have the tank returned due to the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS provided. The number provided in the emails isnt even a number that goes to the store. you get a recording stating this number is not manned and do not leave a message.

Only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because I am still waiting on some missing parts and will update the review upon recieving said parts( passenger peg and bracket). I ordered my hawk 250 on a Saturday and it was in my driveway Thursday afternoon. There was some minor shipping damage but nothing I would file a claim over. Chip in gas tank and scuff on the front wheel hub. Bike went together smooth but dose take some time to get running right. Stock carb is garbage just get a 30mm makuni and save yourself the hassle.

The Orion Motors that I purchased for my SSR was an upgrade from a 110 to a 125. The motor has plenty of power. easy to install. I am 100% happy with this purchase.

They are not helpful or liable for any of their products. I bought 2 bikes from them (one dirt bike and one pit bike). I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.My pit bike had scratches n stickers looked like they were put on by a 5 year old. The customer service said I shouldve unboxed it on the dock where I picked it up at the trucking company. I do not recommend them. Took 3 weeks for it to come when it says within 7 days.

Ordered a pitbike through them. Absolutely loved it! Paid for them to break it in. The only downside is it took a little over a month to get delivered (from Texas to Michigan) and when it was delivered it was damaged. (Grip broken, bolts loose, and case was chipped, meaning the bike was dropped on its left side) other than that I love it!

Shipping speed is pretty slow but other than that quite happy have bought a couple bikes through them

Received the bike assembled with the starter pack within a reasonable amount of time. It has ran good so far besides a minor idle issue but ill work the kinks out during the break in period. Glad I ordered from Orion.

I got the bike on time with some damages during the shipping. However, Orion was very helpful in helping me to handle the situation and within a week I got the replacement parts. Customer service wise, it needs to be improved, they have the chatting service on its website however, it looks like it is very limited in helping its customers. You need to use the email in order to get help when you had a problem with your purchased products. So it will take little bit of time to do that. If the chat service could do more, it will make everything more simple, easier and faster.

Bought my first vader 125 when they was located in joshua tx.. Any thing that went wrong with it they fixed it... Time for a 2nd one...

Orion Powersports is a top notch, solid company. I purchased an Enduro and was very pleased with the whole process - I believe a lot of the negative reviews are from people who dont read the instructions/ documents (to which theyve signed) and therefore dont follow the process in place. For a volume business, this would be frustrating. Other companies charge the same price but youll receive your bike in a crate. I opted for OPS for their assembly but got good customer service too - very happy.

Just read how this company responds to its reviews on here. Nothing is their fault ever. Customer service is non existent and had been the worst to work with getting a title for the bike. Excuses, excuses and they prove that right here with their responses. All you get is an attitude from them. Terrible for a newer company trying to grow.

We were nervous ordering online because you never know what your actually getting. When the motorcycle showed up we expected it to be damaged but it was not it had some minor damage but nothing that we couldnt live with. Bike got slightly delayed, but with pro prep services and fully assembled the bike arrived in Oregon in a month and three days. There are some reviews that make you unsure about purchasing from Orion powersports but my experience was fantastic. The bike arrived with no damage and in perfect working order. They had everything properly assembled, greased, and locktighted. Customer service was helpful and I think a lot of the bad reviews come from people who were expecting a little too much their bikes that are cheap and Chinese. MCO came with the bike on arrival. I had ordered a RXB-125XL motorcycle. The motorcycle was delivered to my house within 1 1/2 weeks of my order, and arrived in perfect shape. It was exactly as described by Orion Powersports, and looks fantastic. I am quite happy with this transaction. Assembly is complete - now its time to ride!

First, it felt like it took forever for the dirt bike to arrive, even knowing during pre-order it would take at least two weeks before being shipped, took about 3 weeks but no big deal. Can’t say I was pleased with XPO logistics shipping.Overall the bike came in good shape. Having both a RFZ (bought from local dealer) and now having the RFZ Max with additional performance carb, I can absolutely say the performance carb makes a noticeable difference and was worth the xtra cost. The RFZ with normal setup struggles to lift the tire off the ground even with smaller wheels where the RFZ Max from Orion with performance carb wheel ride a wheelie on commend without the need to slip the clutch.Overall my experience with Apollo has been good.There is one thing I have noticed with both bikes, the kick start sometimes won’t catch! If this happens, I have found, just put the bike in first gear, Slowly push the kick start down and the kick start will catch pushing the bike slightly forward, then place bike back into to neutral and kick start, problem solved. Just a heads up for anyone else who has come across this issue :)

Ordered the hawk 250 on March 26th, and received it on April 22nd, overall a very easy experience and the bike came fully assembled, with only having to attach the fuel line, add the battery acid and charge the battery(recommend having a trickle charger) and add oil, would definitely buy from them a second time

We ordered a 2019 250 for our sons birthday. Had to wait additional 10 days for handlebars to show up which did not come with the bike. Had other missing items such as bolts, valve stem caps and the wiring was broken off of ignition to name a few problems. Also had to buy a spark plug, the one in it was no good.Jason the owner, refuses to deal with the problems. This attempt to block a legal complaint against Orion powersports is not cool. No warranty or instructions arrive with bike. Only shipping papers came with bike from Japan.....never went through Orion powersports... buyer be where.David

I had a couple minor issues. Thankfully I am slightly mechanically inclined, so these issues were a breeze to fix. Simple things like carburetor adjustment (the carburetors are pretty cheap and need tweaking, or purchase an upgraded carb), and the fuel line on my bike was too short, and was slightly pinched. Caused the bike to shut off after half throttle. Once again, easy fix!! Yes, waiting on shipping sucked. But be patient, its worth the wait!! Happy riding

Arrived much faster than I expected. Shipping crate was damaged, but bike was just fine. Mine was shipped with incorrect graphics color, but they quickly mailed me the correct graphics.

Bike was damaged during transportation. Every couple of rides something either brakes or falls off the bike. I wasn’t satisfied from the start because of how I received the bike and now things aren’t starting to work anymore such as the blinkers, headlight and speedometer every now and then.

Arrived with all parts and professionally wrapped box with additional plastic wrap to insure the bike would not be damaged during transport and retain all parts in box. DB 36 DOT street model is a great affordable entry level bike with a dependable motor and suspension for multi purpose use. Decal kit installed on DB36.

Im only giving it a 4 because the bike FKN SCOOTS. Handle bars needed adjusted, fr brake and throttle were in the incorrect positions, the clutch needed loosened and repositioned, the suspension was on the loosest setting it could be. All after having bike filling assembled and pro prep. I meam it is what it is the bike runs like a top now and I love it. Customer service is very responsive and I was even able to pick it up from the shipping company directly when they called to set up my delivery.

Now i have 2 wheels i cant use. I guess getting the order is all that matters. There is no customer service after.

I bought a RXB125XL for my son. And the bike is great. Its his first bike and Ive taught my wife and son how to ride with it. Now my wife wants one for each of our kids and bigger ones for us. But I needed some parts (chain, clutch) and the customer service was very helpful (unbeatable) they answered every question and gave suggestions and were very polite. I will definitely be buying more from them!

Took them over two weeks to email me back about the parts I ordered. Was told it would take two weeks to ship not two weeks to confirm shipping. When I tried to reach out the only way I could get a response was through the live chat or email. Absolutely ridiculous when my order was over $300 and I can’t even talk to a live person about it. I finally got an email back 3 days later after asking about my order. It’s still not here and now I need to change my shipping address because they have taken so long. Don’t order here. They’re the biggest joke of a powersports company you can buy from. I will be buying from a dealer now on. Service like this is just unacceptable.

Bike came fully assembeled and not damaged. Pretty amazing given the way things are handled by carriers nowadays. I have yet to start or ride due to the extremely inclimant weather.

Bike showed up a couple days late but this was expected because of covid delays. Took me a couple hours to get everything set up. I purchased a new pair of black plastics from amazon and swapped them over and it looks great! So far no complaints!

I opted to assemble myself. The bike arrived on time with no damage. New to dirt bikes, but with a couple videos I had no problem getting it together. Adjusted valve clearance, re jetted for sea level, runs like a beast.
