Picked up a Hawk 250 today. The guys at the shop were extremely nice & helped me load it into my truck & tie it down. They had the Cert. of Origin & printed receipt all ready before I arrived. The google maps pin puts them in a field, but they are in the little building just north of the pin point. Id buy again from these guys. Thanks!
We have purchased 3 quads from KM in the past 2 years, a 110, 125 and my canyon. 2 for our son. (He needed more power), lol. Everyone of them is top notch. We have had a couple minor warranty issues but KM was right on it for us and the parts arrive very quickly. The shipping and delivery are out of this world. Front door service literally!!!!They come ready to ride( for small fee we had service put together for us), just add fuel and off you go.The one that we didnt have put together first all we had to do was put the wheels and handle bars on. Simple. I would recommend for anyone. I have to say they run as good as my husbands Polaris 570. Thanks you guys!!!!!!!
Wont answer phone, ordered bike a week ago. No shipment notice, poor customer service. Just answering your phone and communicating with your customers can go a long! Such B.S.!
My experience went well. I ordered the Coolster 150 ATV. It arrived in a crate. I had no issues putting the machine together. However, I do suggest some lock tite on the nuts and bolts while assembling. The ATV runs fine. Survived a up north trail ride. I would order again
I dont know why everybody says this website is bad. The customer service is pretty good and my Coolster 70cc came in on the day it said it would. It only took 3 days and I live in Virginia. I would suggest this website for buying things.
Called 6 times over 2 weeks, left message every time. Never got called back. Lost my support. Shame.
I had a great experience with Killer Motorsports. I needed 2 quads basically overnight. I went with the Coolster CXC 150 and 125. The staff Jackie and Ricardo were able to get them rush shipped to the warehouse for pick up the next day. I am super pleased with the quality of the Coolster. Compared to Yamaha and Honda of similar CC, the quality and features are better not to mention 1/4 the price. I have already recommended Killer Motorsports to friends and family!
These people have done the best costumer service to be expected from just hand full of associates for the whole USA I am really happy with my experience btw I bought a rps hawk 250 awesome bike
They fixed the problem with the wrong MCO. Heres a hint, customer service will take forever to call you back. Youve got to go through their sales. The first wrong MCO took over 3 weeks. After I put in the complaint, I had the correct one in 3 days. But I hesitate to purchase from them again. Its pricey for assembly, taxes in Texas, and shipping. A $499 49 cc Moped ended up costing over $1100 when all was said and done.
My experience has less than great, their website is terrible and never updates. The customer service reps were friendly enough.The service in a timely manner is subpar.The product itself was as advertised but their company needs help.
I purchased a four wheeler and when I received it the thing wouldnt start I called an they said it was the stater so they sent me a new one I received it few weeks later they said it would be expressed mailed. Well took two weeks anyway they sent me the wrong part so I called again they said they messed up the numbers so they sent me another one then again two weeks later got it an it was the right one but still nothing so I called again they said it was the battery haha no battery checked good so I asked to get my money back or send me a new one they said they dont make those types anymore yea right within a month they dont make them then I said I want my money back they said they cant do that so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the issue. Please dont buy from these yayy hoops they area joke!!!
To begin with Killer Motorsports shipped the item in a very timely manner, It was out the door the next day, and arrived within a week. 5 stars there.MCO and paperwork came 3 weeks later.If it wasnt for the shipping company damaging my item this would be a lot shorter review. Saia damaged my bike during shipment. Looking like they ran over it with a fork lift or dropped it off the dock, they put it through hell. When the opened the box screws rolled down my drive way... the handlebar brackets had vibrated off during shipment. That is not good, that means I cant drive it. Ok, no big deal, Ill just get them to send some parts over....they dont keep parts in stock.I contacted KMS and they assured me the parts would be taken care of, It was mainly cosmetic, no big deal.This took quite a while.Ok so here is where the cons come into owning a china bike.Nobody local will ever have parts.Hardly anybody online will have any parts.Apparently my parts had to be ordered, and was done so the day I contacted them, but I was told everything ships directly from the importer of these bikes.It took 3 weeks on the dot to get these parts. which feels like forever when you are looking at your bike you cant drive. So from the day I ordered it, to the day I could drive it was 29 days.I has some issues during this process but as soon as my matter was brought to the attention to Jacki it was resolved in a very professional manner.I would order from these guys again. No problem.Update- Im 800 miles in with the hawk, no major problems yet.

It all began with the first purchase, delivery and ordering was a hassle. First time my payment was denied then it finally went through. Then delivery fot messed up. But I decided to buy another one. I wanted to give them a second chance. I ordered a second one and the order was messed up again. They thought it was an error for a duplicate order so it got deleted. But they recovered the order then sent me a floor model. Still good shape not driven. So then I did a MCO request and it took over a month for the first one and needless to say the lady that filled the back of the title out didnt sign her name fully so I have to send it back to them so it can be fixed and then I can register it so my son can get to college classes. On the second one I filed for a MCO immediately after Matt sent me the VIN# and that was in march. I have had to make several calls and was assured that it was sent out and should have been here Friday June 12th. Well still no title ans my son starts school tomorrow. I am contacting Registration and sales authorities tomorrow and will be contacting the B.B.B. maybe they can get thing done in a timely manner in the future. But I assure you that I will seek my future purchases elsewhere. Calls are just like the others have said. No returned calls. Their hours are supposed to be till 5pm well at 4pm no one answers the phones.
BAH HUMBUG! Horrible customer service. Bad attitudes. Stay away! I was a little concerned by the look of their antiquated website straight out of 1999. However, against my better judgement - I purchased an ATV on December 12th for my son. Was well within the shipping time and even received a confirmation receipt showing ship as 12/16. Starting on the 18th I began to become worried and placed a call. Lady answered and stated they tried to call me but I do not have voicemail. LIE. I have a iPhone with great VM. She put me then into customer service voicemail. I left a message - no response. I called back the next day. Left voicemail - no response. I called again... got voicemail, then hit 0... spoke to same lady as before only to be told that the ATV is stuck in customs and they have no idea when they will receive it. So she knew this on the 12th. They had my email address AND payment for 8 days. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CARELESS PEOPLE. Bad attitudes - no customer service!

They misrepresented the product I purchased a fully assembled unit they send me a unit that was not assembled and did not help me much in the sense of support I told him I wanted what I purchased they said they would charge me a restocking fee plus $300 shipping and then they would send me what I purchased run dont walk from this company

Inventory is not accurate. Its a waste of time to order items only to receive a refund. And, not only a partial refund but full refund, meaning they had 0/10 of their advertised available stock.
Still waiting for side cover that was damaged during shipping 10 month now. They sent cover for 50cc I have 150 cc. Never again.
I honestly dont like this place we ordered a bike and kick start fell off motor locked up we got it fixed tire stem broke we ordered new tire still not here called customer service over 4 times and no one answered
