We had an amazing experience this last Friday. We worked with Jimmie Hall and Kenny in Finance. Jimmie was friendly and refreshing. We actually had some time restraints and He did amazing for us. Our buying experience was great. Our salesperson Ricky worked with us and was very diligent. Financing was okay as well. I will say that our buying experience at Moritz wasn’t bad at all. HOWEVER, my opinion is slightly different now. After we bought the vehicle and needed assistance with our warranty we quickly noticed that the customer experience changed and we were no longer treated the same. It felt as if, the dealer made the deal, now anything after that is unimportant. I have reached out to our finance manager several times with a mistake made on our contract. We were promised a resolution within a week and as of week 3, emails are going ignored as well as phone calls. I have emailed at least 10 times, including an email to the sales manager and I am getting no assistance. I really wanted to give 5 stars to the dealer due to our buying experience but at this point Im left disappointed. For whoever handles these reviews, im asking that you please provide me contact information for someone that can edit my warranty contract that was submitted incorrectly on behalf of our finance manager. Im not the type of person that believes in bashing others, therefore I will not name the finance manager directly. Please help!

I saw this truck on the net and went to the dealship. I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Ed Mack. From the min we started talking, I loved this guy! Not pushy, very knowledgeable on the ram 2500, and extremely kind. Treated me like we have known each other for year. I loved the truck from second I saw it and Ed made it happen with a very simple easy process. Kenny in finance is a Rock Star! Went over every option, warranty, and terms without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. Bubba in finance is also a Rock Star for finishing everything up for me. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or a better truck. We will be back to this dealership to purchase future vehicles!!!!

Ricky was the BEST! I trade my vehicles in about every 2-3 years and it seems I always have some sort of regret once I leave. Not this time! I found the vehicle I wanted and it was 3 hours away in Ft Worth so I needed everything ready and agreed upon before I drove up - especially with my trade-in. Well, Ricky had everything ready and the whole process was super fast and easy!

Hi, I recently had my SUV in for engine warranty work. I just want to say how much I appreciate Moritz and their used vehicle warranty the SUV was sold with, as well as my service advisor Terry. My car received a re-manufactured engine and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Terry kept me up on all that was happening. Still cant believe the warranty was honored as described at purchase and no attempt to weasel out of it. I am a big fan of Moritz now - and greatly appreciate the professionalism Terry maintained through out the process. Thank you so much! I purchased my vehicle with a lifetime powertrain and transmission warranty - this is what Moritz provided on all used cars.

Star rating is pending upon the tire pressure sensor they put in working or not.Came in for an oil change and to replace a tire pressure sensor ( just under 200 bucks for just the sensor).Was told it would be about an hour or so. Ended up being about two-ish ( got there around 2:15 and left at around 4:30)Once the car was out, my service provider tells me that the NEW tire sensor isnt syncing up to my car for some reason, AND he also tells me now a tire sensor we both witnessed working ( 3 of my 4 sensors were reading 30 psi and one was reading -- he stood next to my car when I showed him the readout while I was in the car) is now reading 10 psi after they rotated the tires and filled them to 34psi.So I either way I will have to come back and have the other sensor fixed and possibly have the new sensor fixed.I will be updating my review as this situation unfolds. Either increasing or decreasing depending on the outcome.The picture posted is shortly after leaving with the new sensor in place.Update : Setup an appointment to come back since the old tire sensor that was working is not NOT READING AT ALL like the new sensor put in.At the appointment the very nice receptionist ( the best part of this entire experience so far) informs me there is a recall on my car and they have the parts. I setup an appointment for the following Friday at 7am.A week rolls around and on the following Thursday I get a call from the receptionist who tells me the parts they had got used from underneath me and wanted to reset the appointment for the following week same day same time. We get the appointment moved.When I come in today Im greeted and told that the sensor in the back will cost me $145 just to check it out?!At this point I have informed Justin of my of my displeasure. I expected that when I bring in my car and tell them just check it out to make sure it works that Im not coming back with a vehicle with MORE issues then when it was brought in.On top of this I inform him that Ive spotted what I would call a massive coolant leak. I have no idea how long its been there but from what it looks like and how low my coolant was Im assuming it has been there for a while ( see attached picture for what it looked like). You didnt even need to remove the engine shroud to see this large red stream of dried coolant.I honestly have no idea what sort of multi check inspection this place does to its cars when being brought in for not only replacing some parts, an oil change AND tire rotationBUT IT APPEARS TO BE NONE.Ive gone into this fully expecting to have to fight for my money back on the tire sensor when it fails to work.After bringing up my displeasure and lack of faith in his team to get me fixed up Justin said he would ask his manager to see if they could check out the old tire sensor that stopped working right after they brought my car out.Im currently waiting to see how this is going to turn out I will have an update/conclusion coming soon.Quick update : Justin came and showed me some diagnostic room they use. The good new is the new tire sensor is working BUT is NOT showing up on my dashboard. He tells me that the old tire sensor on the other tire that WAS working prior to me bringing my car in(that he saw working) and that is now NOT working has somehow caused the new tire sensor not to show up. This makes little to no sense to me somehow they are affecting each other but not the two other tire sensors that are still working?I just asked that either they get it fixed or I get a refund. I told them I couldnt have expected them to hold on to my old tire sensor from 3 weeks ago but if they cannot make this work then to get me a refund on that part of the work I had done ( I had originally gotten a tire rotation and full synthetic oil change on top of the tire sensor). Even with a refund Im currently in a worse spot than I was when I 1st came in. I will have to find someone who cam fix not one but TWO tire sensors. At 200 a pop.

What is the point of having an appointment if you vehicle will not be serviced at that time; I brought in my Jeep at 7 am and it’s 2 pm and I am still waiting. For my Jeep Terry was courteous and prompt but Nick sure isn’t! 2/4 bad experiences so I think I will going somewhere else from now on.Oh and the Chevy service department wasn’t any better, first time I brought my Camaro they got mud all over the driver’s side interior.

I first spoke with Brian over the phone and headed to the dealership. He was super busy which meant it was going to be a long wait for me. He was kind enough to give up the deal and hand me off to Ed so that I would not have to be at The dealership longer than needed. It was such a pleasure to buy a car from Ed Mack. He’s so personable and funny and really made car buying a fun experience. If you’ve ever bought a new car, you know how stressful it can be and finding a sales person to take the stress off of you is super important. I would recommend Ed Mack to anyone that is looking to buy a new car. Bubba was my finance guy. Going to finance to seal the deal is the most stressful part of find a car but Bubba’s good nature temperament made it a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership

Very frustrating to drive 4 hours to buy a truck but when you get there it’s gone. We talked with them about it and expressed concern about driving that far and it being sold. But we were told it was available. When we got there we were told it was sold. No talking just sorry and that they had tried to contact us. Nothing else to look at. On the way home I see the truck still listed on their website and proceed to purchase it online. Of course I get a call and an email quickly trying to help with the purchase. The email even had a picture of the “sold” vehicle and stated this vehicle is available. I know they don’t care about losing me as a customer. I’ll stick with dealerships that are more sincere and have integrity.

A quick recap of the process it takes to get a new vehicle. I met with a sales man, named Shelley, that was super nice and down to earth. I tried to negotiate a price with him on a vehicle, but he always needed to review with a manager, which makes me wonder, why cant I deal with the manager directly. Once you agree on a vehicle, and if you are financing through the dealership, you will then be shifted to the Finance Department.Personally, I never got the ability to review the final numbers with the sales team and was directed to the finance department and they werent too pleased with the sales team, thus shows a little disorganization. Ontop of this, when I asked to review a full itemized list of charges from the beginning, they noted unfortunately, not till the very end, is that possible, of them trying to sell you as much as possible. I kept asking questions, what is this charge, what is that charge, and what are the final details, the finance person(forgot his name), asked me what was I trying to accomplish. I noted, I just wanted to make sure I am as detailed oriented as possible... Made me chuckle, that not too many people try to see every detail...AND WHY? Because eventually I found that there was roughly 1k dollars missing from the discount off the vehicle. Both persons seemed super nice, and I am not sure if it was done in dishonest or an accident, but Make Sure You check ALL DETAILS, before you sign anything!!! They did correct the mistake, and I had no other issues with them. But I could have easily walked out of there missing 1k,and no matter who you are, that is not satisfactory business, no matter how good your team is...Otherwise, Just make sure to review all aspects, and you should be good.

Went in with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle. Walked in and told them I wanted to see what they would give me trade in snd not discuss anything else until we got a number and that guy I spoke to wasn’t very friendly. The people on the used car side who got the value of trade in were great. The sales lady was great but we couldn’t come to a deal. Ended up leaving after they denied my offer and went to autonation ended up getting a better 2021 ram 1500 limited for cheaper and spent a quarter of the time at autonation.

The sales staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was competitive and when we expressed interest in another vehicle about 70 miles away, they alerted us to the pricing tactics of that dealer - which we verified. This kept us from wasting our time.We were disappointed with the financing department though. Even with very good credit and +10% down payment we were not offered the 0%, 72 mo promotion. When I called back to ask why it was not offered, my call was never returned. That was the only disappointment in the experience. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.

I went to get my BMC fixed and they ended messing up my Usb connections. I been calling my service advisor since they open and he still can’t answer. I asked to speak to someone else that gave me no solution to the problem like if they didn’t break it. My car spent nearly 3weeks there for me to be taking back and forth!

There are some shady people that work here. Do not come here. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I cant give zero stars. I came here looking to trade in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler for a 2021 Grand Cherokee. I bought my last two jeeps here, so I had no hesitation coming here to purchase my next Jeep. I came in too late on a Saturday night to find something that would work in my budget. So, I get a call at 9:02am the following Monday morning from my sales man that they have a lower model than the one I test drove. This model had everything I needed/wanted. He said Jeep was offering a 0% interest but there wouldnt be any rebates. He said it would put my payments at $551.00 a month. Is this something I want to continue with? I said yes, that was almost near the monthly payment I was trying to get at. I texted the sales man all day and received three different texts, two including pictures, that it would be 0% interest and no rebates. I texted the sales man that I could put down $2,500.00 down to get my payment as close to $500.00 a month.. The last text I received at 3:43pm was to get to my target $500 monthly payment, I would need my Wrangler as a trade in and $3,000 down. I texted my sales man that I was on my way at 4:04 when I got off work. I arrived there at 4:26 and immediately was excited and took pictures of the car I thought I was getting. I walked over to the finance building and the guy in finance told me that the interest rate would be 6.5%. My payments would be $565.00 that is with my trade in and $3,000 down. He said it changed. So it changed since 3:43pm from that last text, to when I was sitting down with the finance guy at 4:30pm. I drove 30 minutes out there to get to this dealership, wasted my whole day dealing with this sales man and getting my hopes up for nothing. Absolutely nothing. They didnt even try to make it right or cared. As a single mom and teacher, I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I hope this review helps anyone thinking of coming to this dealership and I hope they strongly consider going somewhere else.

I took my car in because the engine light came on and my car is still under warranty. Nick the service person called me after a few days and said he had called the warranty place and he was on hold a long time and he could just not call back and stay on hold. I called the warranty company and they told me the dealership has to call them. So needless to say they could not fix my car because they did not have time to stay on hold with the warranty company. It cost me $150 for them to just tell me what was wrong with my car.

The buying process was great... although the Service center and technicians seem to have no idea about what happens to vehicles when something is noticed by a customer upon picking up the vehicle. No inspection of the Jeep was done and the keys were just handed over. Found parts from my back seat laid out on the floor board, a missing door handle of my Jeep and a loose screw (along with 2 packets of ranch from jack in a box.... I don’t eat there FYI). No one can give me an explanation and the tech said no one was in my back seat... hopefully this issue gets resolved after I take off yet another day of work to get my vehicle repaired. I have tried THREE times looking at the same Jeep. First visit was in August then September and most recently in October. The first time the dude I was working with got fired and no one followed up so I did and would not give me the same price offered and trying to even make a deal and let me walk away. I waited almost 2 months and the same Jeep was available so I thought 3rd time is a charm even sought out the female who tried taking my business the first time I went..... no contact! Gave her everything, pictures, vin, etc etc for my trade and few days after sending all the requested info I personally followed up and she gave me some excuse about haggling to get more money for my trade...... that was two weeks ago! Does this dealership not want to sell THAT Jeep or am I just having bad luck in general??? And I still want the Jeep but at this point I don’t think anyone wants to sell it!

And they refuse to give me a loaner vehicle cause it wasn’t bought here. Such a joke to allow someone to run a dodge sign and not support all owners getting work done.

Had an excellent experience at Moritz Chrysler. Went in with an idea of the vehicle I was looking for. Quickly worked through the test drive, financing and paperwork and drove my new Jeep Wrangler home that evening. Great people to work with and excellent vehicle selection. Highly recommend.I have had to lower my rating. 2 months after purchasing my vehicle have yet to receive my plates and have made about 8 calls to Moritz. Was either told incorrect information or told to leave a message to which they never bothered to call back. Disappointed in the staff at Moritz for lack of customer service.

I had to take my Ram pickup for some recall items. Service was excellent. I got a rental no problem and was in and out quickly. I had to go back a few days later because the ABS was disabling the cruise control. Jimmy Pool got it fixed in a few minutes and now Im back on the road. If Jimmy Pool isnt the highest paid service manager there, then its just a crime.

This was my first time buying a new car and Rena was absolutely amazing. She was the first person I talked to when I started looking and I ended up going back when I decided to buy. She walked me through the process from start to finish, and gave me a great deal on my brand new Jeep. Originally I was a little worried to go to the car lot on my own - since car salespeople are notoriously pushy and rude - so I brought my parents with me. I went in expecting not to be able to get into anything and I drove out in a 2020 Jeep renegade with all the bells and whistles! I knew it was time for new car, but was dreading the whole car buying process. I requested info online regarding the vehicle earlier in the week. A response was received quickly. I let Chris know I wanted to do as much online as possible before coming to dealership. I also made him aware of my reservations regarding the whole process. I didnt want to come and just be sitting in glass room waiting. Chris took good care of me through that week. I think he was just great. Personable, and was able to answer any questions i had. I live a little far from dealership so with work was not able to make it out til that Saturday to actually see car. So I finally got an appointment for the tune up Ive been waiting for on my Dodge Ram, but I also requested another service. I paid and picked up my truck to find Meador has better customer service. To have requested other services and confirmed it was complete on the invoice, it has not been completed in 5 hours! I take full responsibility for not asking up front since I had to drop my vehicle off for service that took 5 hours, if it will be returned washed and vacuumed. Nope, not a service this location provide to show loyal customers their service is appreciated and valued. Inconvenience is not a positive feeling, so now Ill have to take time out of my busy, busy schedule to take my vehicle back to the dealership again to have done what I requested the first time. Moritz is the type of dealership where you’re sold a vehicle and then complete ignored after the fact. We were told we’d receive a follow up call 2 days after our purchase and never received it. We reached out to Rodney for over a week (phone and email) and never received a response until we spoke with John from Chevrolet. We were simply needing to schedule a few things to be done with the truck and to figure out how to make a payment since we never received information on this. We have been given the run around from day 1. We were told to contact Chrysler Capital and when we did, they stated we don’t have an account with them due to a hold up on Moritz’s end. Then after calling Moritz finance, we were told “it’s not on our end but ok...” and Richard said he’d call me back to put Chrysler Capital on 3 way - never received a return call! After explaining our frustration on multiple occasions Rodney has brushed us off and stated “I’m sorry you feel that way.” It has nothing to do with how we “feel” but has everything to do with their lack of customer service, communication, and follow through. As someone who is in sales management, I could never imagine giving a customer the experience that I’ve received at Moritz. If I could take the truck back and get it from another dealership, I would do it in a heart beat. After buying the vehicle, I gave Katelyn a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I’ve had to update it to this. Sad, disappointed, and frustrated to say the least. Take your business elsewhere.

I bought a 2019 RAM from Moritz. I originally went to them because I thought they had a good reputation and they had the RAM with the options I wanted on the lot.First disappointment was the low ball on my trade. OK, I sucked it up and just wanted to get going.Second disappointment came with the tint and nitrogen package that they say they install on every vehicle. I didnt want it, and they took it off the price. OK - they made up for or so I thought.So we agree on the price and all that. I wait and wait and wait. Finally off to the finance office. I found that they hid the tint and nitrogen costs in bogus fees in the bill of sale at finance office. The finance person laid this I dont know what your talking about attitude on me and said there was nothing that he could do.So exhausted after sitting in the dealership so long, I just ate it and went on my way.There is no after sales service at this dealership. They never called or emailed me after delivery. In contrast, we bought a used car off another dealer in the area before this truck and that dealer called my wife 3 times to ask how she liked the car and if there was anything they could do.When it came to getting my plates, they never called me. I called them and they told me ya theyre sitting here, come and get them. When I asked if they could mail them to me, I got attitude on the phone - but eventually Mr. Attitude must have got the ok from the boss, because they showed up in the mail.I have such a bad impression of the Moritz brand, I took all dealer labels and licence plate off this truck.I love my Ram 1500, so that makes up for a poor dealer. I dont think I would ever buy from Moritz again.

Update: After this review was posted, I received several phone calls. The GM, salesman, and service department. They quickly fit me into the schedule to try to figure out what was wrong. Apparently, they’re not sure what the exact issue is/was so they replaced the entire radio unit. As disappointing as it was to not receive any help until after I left my original review. I’m glad that Moritz stepped up and handled it. For now. I will continue to give Moritz opportunities to service my Jeep, and my husbands Colorado, as long as they continue to strive for excellence.We recently bought 2 brand new vehicles from Moritz, (Chevy and Jeep). In fact I was so impressed with our experience at the Moritz Chevy that I decided to get my Jeep from the Moritz next door. The sales experience was much better than I’ve encountered before, points to them on that. However, not even a month into having my Jeep I’m having what I’m assuming is an electrical issue with the radio. So I called my salesman, to let him know what was happening and find out who I should talk to. 1) He acted like he didn’t even care that the car he sold me in September was spazzing out.2) He also acted like he didn’t even have time to have a conversation about it. If you’re busy just say so.3) He then sent me an email with 3 numbers “I could try”While I was waiting for him to send the email I went ahead and called service. I was put through to an advisor and got their voice mail. Then left a message and have heard NOTHING.Finally decided to email the salesman who sold us my husbands new truck. Since it’s in the same “dealership family” I figured maybe he could help. He said he was on it. But I haven’t heard a peep from anyone. Overall I love my new Jeep! My husband loves his new Colorado. This dealership?? Not so much. Very disappointed in customer service once they have your money.

Although I bought my Ram in Dallas, I get my services done here because it is right down the street from my home. After calling the dealership I purchased my vehicle from multiple times for new paper plates since my permeate ones had not arrived, I stopped by Mortiz to see if they could assist me. They were to worried about who I bought the vehicle from instead of attempting to assist me. They could have easily picked up the phone and contacted the other dealership and printed the plates. Given the fact that the truck I bought was literally one of 2 in the DFW they obviously did not have it at the time of purchase or at the present. We’re in the market to purchase my wife a new vehicle, if they would have taken 2 minutes to assist me, they would have earned our business... if they had the vehicle. I gave them an extra star because the receptionist was going to attemptTo assist me until the “manager” that walked up shut her down.

Stopped by the dealership to test drive a new car, and then sat in one on the show room floor. Spoke to Rodney Smith, sales manger. Reached agreement on car, price, and transaction. Next day, got a call from a sales person to explain they sold the vehicle I purchased. Tried to reach Rodney by phone. Took a trip to the dealership to meet him directly. Indicated it was a mistake. Too many red flags, so left to believe they sold it to the highest offer. Questionable integrity and reliability at the dealership leadership level.

I ordered a mirror from the other Jeep dealership 2 weeks ago. Everytime Id call I had to leave a message and a day would go by before i heard anything back.I decided to try my luck with Moritz, went into the parts dept. the guy looked up my mirror, they had one in the warehouse. It was ordered the same day, and I didnt have to wait for it to be shipped from Detroit. Next day I went back to the dealership and had my mirror installed in less than an hour. Thank you Moritz, if only I had went to you first.

It’s taken me a few days because I debated on whether or not to leave a good review or a real review. I thought I had a great experience, until it came to “signing day”. I’m not sure if I blame the sales person or the finance dept. Simply stated, I was lied to. The experience furthered my negative feelings toward the car buying experience. I came to Moritz knowing exactly the car I wanted to see. I was greeted by Warren Wade. He showed me the car, answered all my questions, and was not pushy in any way. He was completely kind and helpful. He walked me through every step of the decision to purchase the vehicle, again answering all of my questions courteously and completely. After that, I met with Ron Reed. Again, in what could have been a stressful situation, he made me feel at ease, and went step-by-step through the process so that I was confident in the decision I made. When I came back to pick up the car the next day, Mr. Wade and Mr. Reed were once again there to help me happily drive off in my new car. Great people! And a GREAT experience!

Ive purchased several jeeps here within a 4 year period and have had subpar service post-sale. With servicing your vehicle its always first come first serve and if you dont get in early youre generally waiting. You have to call days in advance to get a loaner, and loaners are always dirty.This vehicle had 6 warranty issues, 3 of them with the suspension system and more than 9 recalls in a two year time span, thats 40+ days out of a vehicle!Ive filed a lemon suit against FCA and I was awarded a settlement from FCA for the loss in value. Thanks FCA! Stay away from this brand and most of all this dealership if you care about post-sale service...and stay away from anything Chrysler unless you want a WRANGLER.Ive since taken my settlement check and migrated back to Toyota!

Cal was absolutely fantastic. We had a great experience. A family member recommended this place and we are happy we came. Cal came out to meet us, offered us drinks because it was 100 degrees, and was very transparent and professional. He also was able to answer questions without hesitation since we were new to the car buying process. I have just had the BEST ever experience in purchasing a new vehicle. After visiting 3 other dealerships I went to Moritz and was so fortunate to get Lyn Sheppard as my sales associate. She worked hard to get me a good deal - but more than that, Lyn is an amazing person and understood that this was the first time I had entertained the idea of purchasing a vehicle since losing my husband. She was so understanding and to say she was nice is just an understatement. Moritz is VERY VERY lucky to have her on their sales staff. I will definitely send my friends to see her anytime they are in the market for any of the vehicles Moritz sells. I would be lucky to have Lyn as a friend and will return to Moritz solely because of her friendliness, professionalism and compassion.

This dealership experience with customer repair service by far the worst experience I had with the dealership will getting my vehicle fixed .I was told that the problem was solved, I came into the dealership pay full price. Truck still having the problems,I waste $591.34 for a repair that was in fix and y’all wasted my time and money I had a big event plan with my kids this weekend I was unable to attend because of my vehicle.I have a 2015 Dodge Durango My concerns is 1. Can y’all erase the store code on my vehicle 2. My remote start do not work 3. My Durango battery keeps dying 4. AC do not work so now feels like you’re diagnostics are wrong y’all are all about up selling on the wrong problems just to make money, can my concern get fixed please my car is still at your location this is my third time coming up there for a concern with my vehicle and by far yall didn’t fix anything and I’m Holding y’all to a higher standard because you’re a certified dealership

Great service area, welcomed as soon as I pulled up. Gary Davis is my service advisor, he listened carefully to my requests, made me feel confident that all would be handle. Offered shuttle to home or work. Driver was polite and a good driver.
