Great customer service! Bulb prices better than most big box stores. I can exercise the bulb warranty at this store instead of shipping them out which is a pain.

I bought a car battery from this location three years ago. My car failed to start today, so I got a jump start and drove to the store. They tested the battery and discovered it needed to be replaced. While I stood there, they took the old one out and put in a new replacement. The old battery still had two years left on the five-year warranty, so I expected to pay a pro-rated amount on the new one. Nope, no charge. Wow, never heard of that. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes with a new battery, didnt even get my hands dirty, and no cost. I will continue to do business here for a long time.

The place is small. But well stocked. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are moderate...but comes with a warranty. Would recommend it!

Store manager Drew was rude and uncompromising when I returned a dead gate battery 3 weeks after purchase. Stated warranty was 2-weeks - no replacement, no partial refund or store credit, only a free recharge. Same response from corporate. Will never shop here again.

Was the worst service I have ever gotten bought a battery that I was told had a 3 year warranty come to find out it was a 2 year warranty and because I was a week outside the warranty date they were not going to exchange it called the customer service number and talked to the rudest person on the phone asked for a manager and was told I was unable to speak with one would not recommend this store to anyone

Throughout the years, any time I go into this store, the employees have been very helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable on all their products. Recently, I went in for a new battery for my iPhone and they have a plan in place for social distancing and were prompt and courteous as always.

Of all things there, they had my motorcycle battery. Ordered it online picked it up at a store near me. Took 10 minutes including drive time and my motorcycle is back on the road.

The management needs to pay them well, treat them well, update the store and support their talent.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. If I could rate it a 0, I would. The manager was demeaning and allowed the fact that I wanted my battery replaced. I had 9 full months of warranty left and was told that they would not replace the battery. It was clear that my business or common decency was not a priority. I would not buy ANYTHING else from Batteries Plus this location or any other.The warranty is flat out a FRAUD. Go anywhere else. Save yourself the frustration and disrespect.

The only reason Im giving 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. Warranty here is worthless! I had 8 months left on this battery. When I bought the battery, I was told ‘any problems and it would be a full replacement warranty’. Now it won’t hold a charge, I bring it in, they test it, tell me it won’t hold a charge (no kidding!) and that’s not covered by warranty. Call the toll free number (which claims ‘we want you to be satisfied’) and get told same thing. Obviously they couldn’t care less if you are satisfied, as long as they can steal your money.RIPOFF!!! Go to NAPA, Walmart, anywhere but batteries plus!

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I bought a battery and a warranty to make sure that my wife was taken care of. Fast forward 2 years and the battery that they sold me was too small for my car and wouldnt hold a charge. I called them to figure something out and they said that I had to bring the battery to them for any warranty. Luckily I work at a car lot and my mechanics are honest people. This place is garbage with terrible customer service

On this day I came into this Batteries Plus Bulbs location in order to replace some UPS battery backup module batteries. I had three different models of APC battery back-ups. Fortunately they all take a similar model battery. The salesperson was able to verify that the batteries that I already had were no longer functioning at capacity and suggested three options for me to purchase. The service was quick professional and courteous. The store was well-kept and the employees in view appear to be well-groomed and dress appropriately for work. This is my second visit to this location and will not be my last.

Went to my smart phone provider and listened to the sales pitch about getting a new smart phone because seemingly I was eligible for a new one. All I wanted was a new battery installed in my phone. They estimated to change my battery out was going to run between $185 and $200. Battery Plus here I come. $59 and less than 15 minutes. $12 for a new faceplate shield and I was out of there. Great customer service, the battery I needed was available at the price suggested on their website. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

I placed an order online for some AAA rechargeable batteries, paid for them and went to the store an hour later to pick them up, in order to get a 10% discount on the order. When I arrived at the store, the order was not ready to pick up so went to get them off the shelf and noticed they were marked $2.00 per pack cheaper that what I had paid online (less the 10% discount). When I questioned the price the clerk just flippantly said, that much be an old price label that needs to be changed.Overall, NOT really impressed.

Horrible customer service experience! The sales clerk Adrian was rude and belittled me. His behavior shouldnt even surprise me because he just watched me struggle to open the door to the business as I was juggling carrying a heavy battery, a car seat with my 5 month old in it and keep my 2 year old close while he was standing outside talking to some friends. I went in to return a battery that has a warranty and not to mention a 24 month free replacement clause on it with a reciept and all he did was be rude to me and tell me I would have to talk to his manager. He told me it was my fault that the battery ruptured and that he wouldnt even touch it because he wasnt going to buy it. I then had to ask him to talk to a manager and there wasnt even one available for me to speak to. Ill be the first to admit I am not mechanically savvy but that is no excuse for someone in a sales position to treat a customer the way I was treated.
