The alternator on my 2006 F250 went kaput during the most recent snow storm. Eddie quoted me a very reasonable price for replacing the alternator & serpentine belt. The reviews are amazing. So I called because I’ve recently relocated to the Fort Worth area. The phone call was very professional. Honestly, I thought that I was finally going to get my car fixed. Nothing major just spark plugs and coils. When I got off the phone went directly to the site to order parts. Sent screenshots to make sure I was getting the right parts. No response. I would have just preferred for him to say that he didn’t want my business. Instead of being misleading. I’m not sure why he didn’t respond and at this point I’m not sure it matters. All I know is people are not people anymore. I just really need my car fixed.🤷🏾‍♀️

Eddie came to work on my Stealth twin-turbo which I am very particular about!! He was very patient and helped troubleshoot problems. He was able to replace the alternator and a brand new aftermarket radiator/fan assembly. Did an outstanding job!! I wont hesitate to call him in the future!

He came out and fixed our brake line on a Sunday and even went to a scrapyard to find the parts so that we could get back on the road after the nearby parts store didn’t have anything in stock. Find out later he started using MY TOOLS. Also he started arguing with my wife and again DEMANDS A LOCK SMITH TO COME OUT AND HE WILL STAND RIGHT HERE. Alot more happened but point is find someone else. DONT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL.

What a great experience with Eddie! Our daughter is living out of state while in college and had car trouble on I-30. Ended up getting the car towed back to her house in Fort Worth because it was late at night and found Eddie the next day based on his great reviews. The self declared Master Mechanic that showed up 5 hours late to install a distributor was more concerned about liability and getting sued than just doing what was asked. He seemed like he just didnt want to work on my vehicle, as he showed up after midnight. My issue is the lack of consideration for the time he showed up and then to not want to do the job. It was a major waste of time. Your rebuttal is ludicrous. You quoted over the phone $125.00 to install a distributor. INSTALL! not fix my truck. You should learn how to comprehend the English language. Ill get my distributor installed. And have someone more deserving earn my business.

Thanks for the really great work. I have an old car and my AC kept cutting out on the way to work. They came out and upon inspection they saw that the thermostat was stuck shut. The pod was out so I couldnt tell that the car was over heating. They changed the thermostat and it is great now. They have also started my car a few times when I left the lights on and my battery went bad. They are really great!!! I have their phone saved on my cell. Will most likely always use their service. They are also real big on not cheating people and they dont. Really great guys.Again, this company did a great job repairing the horn on my car. Dont consider any of these reviews that are less than 5 stars. They have consistently done a great job at a great price.

Needed some immediate help with our VW Tiguan. THe engine light came on and we inadvertantly added too much oil, The car was running rough and smoking very bad. Eddie came out after I had an appointment with ASAP mobile mechanics and they never showed. Eddie called me and even started to help me troubleshoot befor ehe even came out. He was here for about 5 minutes and pretty much diagnosed the issue and got straight to work. I called them after reading the reviews and Eddie came out on a Saturday within the HOUR!! Extremely fast, in fact I was at the park with my son when I called them and HE beat ME home! I needed my starter replaced on my truck, I was looking through many options when I came across this company online and after reading some of there reviews (Because you cant be to careful who works on your vehicles) I decided to send them a message at 4.am to see if they could help me repair my vehicle. They contacted me as soon as they opened and asked a few questions and then instructed me on how to set up the appointment. I followed there instructions, there was a slight miscommunication which I believe may have been my fault. I contacted them again and was told since I had tried earlier they would keep me in line where I was originally 😁. When they made it to my vehicle the mechanics where very polite, respectful and ready to work. It only took him 30 minutes to complete my job. I had a great experience with this company. Eddie did a full on site inspection for a Ford F150 we are looking to purchase and the experience in dealing with him was the most pleasant, quick, efficient, and professional Ive EVER had with a mechanic. He was readily available within a few hours of us calling him. He communicated when he was on his way and was on time. He did an extremely thorough inspection of the vehicle and then called me and explained everything to me in detail. It was obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable about cars and that he did a super thorough job on the inspection. He listed out what needed fixing, what it would affect on the truck, and approximately how much it might cost. He was very professional, spoke clearly, and was really nice, polite and funny. I would recommend Texas Mobile Mechanic to anyone! And this is coming from someone who was a little skeptical seeing the words mobile mechanic. When Eddie and Mondo showed up though they exceeded my expectations. Very professional, responded quickly, reasonable prices and nice people. Its just an added bonus that theyre mobile and you dont have to get your car towed to be worked on.

My husband and I own a 26 box truck. Weve had a difficult time finding a mechanic in the dfw area to work on it owing to its size and the fact that its not a diesel engine. Yesterday the alternator went out on our way out of town. We called Texas Mobile Mechanics praying that they could work on such a large engine. Eddie was amazing! He assured us it could be done! Within minutes of arriving he had the alternator off and was on his way to get a new one. He had to go to three different auto parts stores, each of them telling him they didnt carry it. Being an experienced mechanic he argued with the third auto parts store and asked to use their computer to look it up himself. Sure enough, they carried the alternator we needed, they just didnt have it listed properly. Weve now put over 200 miles on our truck since Eddie rescued us and got us back on the road. Our truck is running beautifully!! During the entire exchange Eddie was friendly, helpful and informative. He got the job done quickly and his rates were VERY reasonable!!! We will be contacting him again when the truck needs fixing, and would highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you Eddie, we appreciate a job well done!

When my truck developed a nasty tapping sound, I called him up they came out at 7pm on a weeknight to help me diagnose the issue. Eddie is a SCAM ARTIST! I had my car looked at twice to see what was wrong with it before I called them for a quote. The auto shop that looked at my car wanted way too much to fix it. All I needed done was the belt and spark plugs. I went into work and allowed him to look at it...big mistake! He sent me multiple messages stating my car was overheating and sending pictures as well. My car was not overheating. I excused myself from work and walked out to find him idling my car with the heat blasting and the air on and him mashing my breaks down. When I asked him what he was doing he stated all hed done was turn my car on and it began to overheat. Before that he sent multiple messages about them not being responsible if something goes wrong and tried to tell me he would do his own assessment. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS WHO HIDE BEHIND GOD AND SPOUT ABOUT FORGIVENESS!! EDDIE IS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! GO ELSE WHERE

The guys from TMM, were a great help! They came to my house and got the work done quickly and for a great price! I had an issue removing suspension components and was demoralized that I could not get the job done myself. I always said I wouldnt call anyone to help, but will definitely be using these guys again. If you are in a bind with working on your car, dont second guess yourself and waste several hours if not days out of your week. Call these guys and they will get the job done.

Guy was nice on the phone, but super unreliable. Lost two weeks on having my vehicle running from him telling me he’d be able to come a day, then I’d call that day because I haven’t heard from him, and he reschedules and says he’ll for sure make it the next day, that he’s wide open and has nothing on his schedule, then I call that day, reschedules again, says he’s got a clear schedule Friday, call Friday, says he’s going on vacation and can’t come, but for sure Monday, call Monday, says he needs to reschedule to Wednesday. Just tell someone day one that you rarely make it out to calls and they aren’t important to you as a customer, save them the time. Happened so many times I gave up.
