Autobahn BMW was clean, and provided a comfortable and roomy waiting area while my car was being serviced. The service rates were comparable to discount shops and it included a thorough inspection of my vehicle that included a video sent to me. I’ve been to different BMW dealerships in central Texas and the Houston area and this one by far was the most impressive
The service team always does a great job. My service assistant Johan always takes care of me very well. Even if my regular guy Johan isnt available, the rest of the team steps up to handle me quickly, professionally and congenially. Good customer service is a rarity in our Covid-19 world, but Autobahns service team consistently excels. Well done! My only complaint is that I cant get a cool shirt like Johan has, which is a purple TCU / BMW shirt. I really want one of those!

I had a scheduled appointment today for my BMW 528i, someone named KENNY which Know one had any Idea who he was. After being switch to 5 different extensions, I explained each time in DETAILS with Amber and many others How Kenny wanted to switch my appointment (which that’s fine) and he wanted ME to call him back.... Still know one knew who this mysterious Kenny was, I called the number back which appeared on my phone needless to say I didn’t get any service today not sure if I have to go to another BMW Dealership at this point I’m lost for words. Not to mention no manager was available to contact me back. In the past the service has been excellent I’m not sure what has happened to the customer service the receptionist the department to know who their people are as far as who works there. At a lost for words. July 1st 2021!!!
The service advisor is very helpful. Since it was my first time being here they explained everything about my car and showed me all the warranty my car has. They make you feel welcome here. The customer lounge is very welcoming and comfortable. Will be coming back again.

I purchased a BMW in Denver Colorado to surprise my daughter finishing her junior year at TCU. I left a message for Bryan Reese the dealership manager to inquire about shipping to him for her to come over and pick up (she was expecting her Jeep from when she was 16). Not only did he return my call immediately but he was incredibly enthusiastic about playing a role in her experience. He came up with a plan to show her a “Jeep” on the lot and then walk in and present her car which he had detailed and added a Red Bow (and fixed a few dinks) all the while taking pictures/ videos of the event with her cell. I rated five stars but if there were 10 stars available I would rate it with 12. Thank you for the outstanding support!

My wife and I are expecting a child soon so we have been shopping around for a family car. And we saw a 2020 X5 on the Autobahn BMW website with a good discount. I did some searching on their website and I got an email from Brian, so I made an appointment with him for a test drive on the December 9th at 2pm. He wasnt even there at the dealership and he didnt even respond to my text when I got there. So another sales person helped me out. I dont even remember the guys name. He introduced himself once but no business card and no comments until I left the dealership. I walked out the door because they wanted to have my father in law sign the loan application, just because the car that I wanted to trade in is under his name. I told them the car is paid off and I can bring the title the next day. They just repeated the same thing which is making no sense to me. I am so confused why they require my in law to be the borrower. So I walked out and called Chris Kim at Classic BMW in Plano. You probably know what happened. I got the brand new 2021 X5 not the 2020!! with the same loan term for $10 less a month. I am glad they refused my business so I could get something better!
I received calls multiple times from Autobahn BMW, fort worth to make an appointment for required service on my car. I let them know that my car was serviced back on October with them (same location) and questioned what service was due. She was unable to answer and suggested me to make an appointment. I had to make several arrangements on my busy schedule to drive all the way there just to find out that I didnt need any service. I didnt get any thing complimentary for driving all the way there just because they insisted. I wonder if they randomly choose their customers and call them for service.
Good experience. Dropped my car off and was given a loaner vehicle and was on my way to work with in 15 minutes.

Observed a vehicle online they had listed on Autotrader. The pictures were of a black exterior but the description listed a gray exterior. I ran the VIN through a couple of other sites, which also listed the exterior as gray, so I emailed the listing inquiring about the discrepancy. At first they would not answer my question, just responding to come in and speak to a salesman. I re-emailed my question, only to get back that the pictures and VIN are correct without any response in regards to why the listing was not matching up. This wouldnt be the first listing that had the wrong pictures associated with the wrong VIN. After still not getting my question answered, I emailed back in more detail including the VIN, just in case he wasnt looking at the correct one. He returned with a witty condescending email, still showing he didnt even take the time to check it. Finally now completely disgusted with his incompetency and mediocracy in his work ethic, I would never go to this place...but if you do, I wouldnt waste my time speaking to Mike Greenfeder. If you cant trust someone with a simple task of checking and/or explaining what the reason for the discrepancy in the online listing, how could you ever feel comfortable with that person when it comes to dealings that involve finances or something like car buying which already has an untrustworthy stigma surrounding car salesman?!
Had my car in for service today and I’m very happy to have found Autobahn FW and Chris Stoker Service Advisor. Chris was very knowledgeable and honestly answered all my questions. My car was cleaner when I left than when I arrived. They make you happy to drive a BMW.

Took my 2010 BMW 328i and they did absolutely nothing I spent 406.00 so they could tell me the same things I already knew…. I will never go to this place again

I have a 2012 convertible 650 BMW..This morning I called and was requested to speak to a service tech. A young lady named Lisa kept me on hold 15 minutes the first time,20 minutes the second time and a outrageous 30 minute the third time.and I still did not get a chance to speak with a service tech about problems I was having with my 2012 BMW..So I would not turn the keys over to this place..

Tried to schedule a service appt to have my 750i rear A/C system and air-ride suspension repaired. I live over 2 hours away, but they are the closest store to me. I asked for a loaner (which I thought was part of BMW concierge service) but was informed I needed more service history with them. The advisor was snappy and rude on the phone. One quick call the BMW of Arlington and I am all set... loaner ready and all. Will never use Autobahn for any maintenance/service needs in the future.

I drove an hour to visit the pre owned bmw dealer here and the service from the sales person was terrible. I was trying to look at an X5M and he had no interest in showing me the car and the different features on it even though I scheduled ahead of time. He gave me the key and went back into his office. Once I sat in his office to discuss afterwards, he kept taking phone calls and talking to co workers while I was with him. Was honestly disappointed.

Purchased an M5 from another dealership in Plano, moved to Ft Worth so I got my first oil change at Autobahn. Having never done it before I thought I had to pay bc it was normal wear and tear. Found out later from my selling dealership that I had all the maintenance and warranties to have my oil changes paid for. Once I informed Autobahn of that they confirmed I was right but at the time I had my oil changed the information was not correct in there paperwork and there was nothing they could do. For $150t this dealership has lost all my future service and sales business

Absolutely amazing! my car is regularly maintained by Autobahn service. Yesterday morning unexpectedly my car developed problems going down the highway. I did not hesitate to call and ask for my service advisor Mark Britain. Following his advice, gave the car opportunity to reset itself. This did not work I touched base again. A very busy Monday at the service dept. I was able to have my car inspected and the problem was diagnosed and repaired the same afternoon. it was complete resolution. I appreciate the customer service available, immediate attention available to remedy unexpected problem. Would always recommend this company and the people you are employed are superb

Brought my BMW to get serviced at this location for an oil change. I had to wait longer than anticipated, but they also serviced/repaired my vehicle for an under warranty issue. So it was worth the wait! Will definitely visit again for future service needs

This place is great. Really can’t beat their customer service, although you might have to wait around a while. Bought some lug studs for my car and they installed them free, although they gave the task to a junior mechanic who put almost ALL his weight on the breaker bar when tightening them down. Be wary of the junior mechanics.
Purchased a CPO 750Li in July and cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership. I drove up from San Antonio to make the trade and the car was prepared and immaculate upon arrival. All paperwork was ready and the purchase was almost effortless. Great dealership!! I will do business here again! Chris, the Sales Manager is amazing. He made certain I was pleased with the car and was great to follow-up with.
Stay away from this dealer. Far away. For $200, this dealer aligned my car improperly, and when confronted over the phone, the service manager stated that I was looking at the steering wheel incorrectly. I also complained about a serious hesitation, and stated it was not experienced by my loaner car. I received an excuse that the loaner vehicle had more torque (which it did not - same car, same engine). The service managers response: he said he drove it, and the car is fine. The mechanic wrote that the Bluetooth issue I complained about (disconnecting during a call) was corrected, but it still happens. I asked the service advisor to not wash my car, but they did it anyway, and now my hood is scratched badly. The service managers response after seeing the picture, and talking with the porter (who stated it was their car washs fault): Its a soft-touch car wash, and could never do that. I now have an insurance claim open. I complained about how my iDrive does not shut off when the door is opened (even though the setting is configured to) and the service manager again gave the excuse: you have to wait 3 seconds before opening the door. Of course, it still stays on after waiting 3 seconds, and even longer. The mechanic was even more ignorant: that I need to press the ignition switch twice - which is only a feature on older models. Oh, and they performed a service on my car when it still had over 2000 miles to go until the next one, and didnt even bother to change the engine air filter (which no dealer has done for 3 services). Stay away. Stay far away. This place is your typical sleazeball dealership.

Valet service was prompt and efficient. I would prefer the driver wear a protective mask, and there was someway to address paperwork electronically.

Ive bought many cars in many different ways but my experience with Charles Graham at Autobahn Motorcar Group BMW has been the absolute best. My situation was unique in that I was buying it sight unseen as I was located in another state and they happen to have the unique specced BMW that I have been searching for throughout the US and at low mileage, CPO AND by far the best price. Best offering and value in the US? YES. I was also leaving the country for two weeks on travel and needed to handle the processing/paperwork of the transaction through the mail on a crazy tight deadline before leaving the country. This was handled miraculously almost as if I had been there in person. Efficient and professional? YES. Now I have to get the car shipped to me and needed to coordinate that too and while I was overseas. What do you think happened? They were able to accommodate my travel plans and was able to coordinate having the vehicle delivered shortly after I returned to the US. Super helpful and genuinely doing what they can to provide the best customer experience and service? YES SIR! I am in CA and our state is a little cuckoo with car registration requirements. Again, handled painlessly and flawlessly. I honestly would think about buying my next car from them even though I dont live near there just because of the trust they have earned through providing exceptional service and a vehicle that was just fantastic. OH! BTW, I was preapproved with my bank for a very low rate that I didnt think could be beat anywhere and Charles was able to get me a full point lower through BMW Financial. They absolutely did everything possible. Thanks Charles and Team for being brilliant!
This is my second vehicle from Autobahn, and probably wont be my last. The experience has been excellent both times.No pressure sales, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. They are not stingy with their time.Chad stayed in contact from the beginning to the end of the process, and then made sure I was satisfied with my purchase afterward.Highly recommended.
