Second time was better. However they were out of stock on my tires. I was told they would order them and should be in next day and they would call when tires were in. It is next day and I havent heard from them.

I bought my car here 3 years ago and had a great experience, however the service center lets me down every time. When I purchased the car, I got an oil change package which is why I have to take it to the dealership. However every time, it’s longer than they estimate and they do not give any updates. This time was the worst experience as I had to wait over 2 hours just for an oil change. Even worse, I asked 2 different people for updates and only 1 was helpful. They finally brought my car up, but it sat there for several minutes and no one came to get me. I had to go out to get my keys, and when I went out there, my car wasn’t even washed like it typically is. So please tell me how a simple oil change took over 2 hours? Do not buy any service packages from this place!!

Service is fine but I never know what the point of making an appointment is. They never stick to it

Stereotypical dealership service. Slow, expensive and tried to sell me BS services just to make money. I wont be going back.

They replaced my windshield wipers, did a wheel alignment, and inspected my car in less an hour. I was quoted 90 minutes. Overall a good experience.

Had issues with my car battery. Managed to make a last minute appointment and get it replaced in under 30 minutes. They were courteous enough to take a look at my key fob battery as well and replace it on the spot.

We had a great experience here. Our salesperson, Allen went above and beyond to take care of us. He was honest and upfront about all details of the process. We will definitely return again for our next purchase.

SERVICE DEPT COULDNT FIGURE OUT AN ISSUE WITH MY EDGE AFTER 4 CONSECUTIVE VISITS. I NO LONGER FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE DEALERSHIP THEY DIDNT HAVE A CLUE .SO I TRADED IT FOR A MERCEDES AT PARK PLACE

Auto Nation in Arlington Texas service dept was rude and treated me terrible.

I called in advance to see if they would have time to work on our vehicle the day before we wanted to make an appointment. I described the problem and was told that they could work on it the following day (Saturday) and that it would only take about half a day. So, I made an appointment online.We showed up at 7am (our appointment time) and they said that they didnt have an appointment for us. (I have a screenshot of the website telling me Appointment confirmed with all the details). We asked if we could just drop it off since we were there. They said yes, but we likely wouldnt be able to get to it until a day or two later. I told them about the person I spoke to on the phone saying that they could work on it that day, and that it would only take half a day.They said that the people on the phone (when you call the number online) say a lot of things that arent true.This was totally unacceptable. We could have made an appointment at many other locations, but now its too late.I suggest not relying on these guys for timely service unless you get a written guarantee both of your appointment time and of the estimated service time. Apparently their verbal word cant be trusted.

It was easy to make an appointment. Dropped my car off and waited for it in their waiting area. Had WiFi and some plugs for power (AutoNation, install more areas to charge, I had to sit in the kids room...) Didnt give 5* because it took an hour and a half for a simple oil change and $95 feels too expensive for a full synthetic change on a 2.0 liter engine.

My wife dropped off her 2014 Ford Explorer at AutoNation Ford’s Bryant Irvin location after she started seeing warning messages and icons that appeared to be related to her braking and traction control systems. After roughly 2-3 hours, her Service Advisor called to say that her ABS/Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) was bad, and would need to be replaced at a cost of roughly $1,400 (I’m not sure if that was before or after tax). She declined their recommended repairs and was charged a $99.95 diagnostic fee.Oddly enough, after declining repairs, she was contacted by someone at AutoNation Ford saying, “I’m texting you because we have customers interested in a car like yours. As compensation to you, if we can give you top dollars for your car and a great deal on a new Ford explorer, you think you could be interested? Please let me know.”The next day, I took her car to Southwest Ford in Weatherford, and after paying their $99.95 diagnostic fee, they were able to repair her car at no additional cost. Instead of replacing the ABS/HCU, as had been recommended by AutoNation Ford, they simply reflashed her Power Control Module (PCM) and her Body Control Module (BCM).I contacted AutoNation Ford about the misdiagnosis, and the Service Center manager refunded the $99.95 diagnostic fee.

No complaints other than dealer prices. Full parts service is why i use them.

They do great work but boy are they super expensive
