Not really sure what’s going on with this place they may do awesome work, but here’s my story. I visited Auto 1 Repair Center on 10/21/2021 at 3:00 P.M and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk and asked him if he could mount and balance a tire that I already had purchased online, and that I had to go pick the tire up from my home. The person that I spoke to quoted me a price and told me they could do the work. I told the employee I would return with the tire in one hour, and he said that would be fine.I return with the tire tire around 3:45 P.M and observe two vehicles in the garage area with and employee working on one of the vehicles, and one employee outside talking to another person. I walk into the waiting area where the open sign is lit up in the window and speak with an Employee named Ted who tells me they are closed because today is a holiday. I then told Ted that I was just in here and spoke with another employee earlier who told me they could mount and balance my tire.. Mr.Ted then stared at me awkwardly and then I realized I didn’t want Mr Ted working on my vehicle anymore and left. Based on my experience with Auto 1 I wouldn’t let Mr Ted work on your vehicle he’s seems kinda of lazy. The other employee I spoke with first seems pretty cool.

These clowns spilled oil into my cars engine block and god knows what else under the hood, made no apparent attempt to clean it up (clearly no dissolvent,) and on top of it all didnt breathe a word about it. My car was an awful burning smell the entire way home and dripped oil into the street. Clearly theyre not interested in your repeat business--my suggestion is not to give it to them to begin with.

These guys are my go-to for any work on my vehicle. There super friendly, honest, and waste no time on getting the work done. And there very reasonably priced. Thanks Auto 1.

This place is extremely unprofessional and absolutely no customer service! I took my car to get fixed and when I tried calling after more than 24 hours of having my car they refused to answer their phone. When I made it to the shop they charged me and two days later I had the same problem. When I went back they charged me for additional part. When I was asking about what happened Nelson who works the front was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Do not take your car there. They are a complete rip off!

Dishonest / Unprofessional/ Horrible experienceStay away from this place if you can. My girlfriend and I took our cars here to get repaired, and the experience was awfulFirst, they replaced a wheel bearing in my girlfriends car, after a week, it turned out it needed 2 more wheel bearings replaced.We took it back to the shop and they confirmed this. However, they did not give us a receipt the first time so the manager was trying to figure out which wheel bearing he replaced last time through handwritten notesThen they told us they also needed to replace the steering column but that they needed to make a few calls to find the part.We dropped off the car Friday. The manager said he would call me Saturday around 11am, but he didnt, and then he didnt call all day friday, Saturday, Sunday, and part of MondayI called in on Monday frustrated because my girlfriend couldnt go to work because of this for 4 days and she really needed her car. When I called in they said they hadnt found the part yet and that I needed to call back. I expressed frustration because they had already told me this, it had been 3 days, and they never called me, not even with an update!I asked the employee for an estimated time for him to call me back this time..... Then the employee insulted me and said I should learn to wait like his girlfriend because she always asks him the same questionI felt really insulted and decided I wanted to talk to the manager to explain the situation, when I arrived the manager refused to hear my side of the story and threatened to call the police if I didnt leave the shopI asked for the owners contact information and he refused to give it to me.In conclusion, it was the most horrifying experience Ive ever had at a business. And it was SHOCKING that a manager was not willing to talk to us or hear our side of story and our frustrations!(On top of that the steering wheel felt rough, like sand paper was ran through it - it was not like this when we left it, we fear they may have damaged it out of frustration before we arrived)

And went over there for a break job and theyve done a wonderful job Theyre good mechanics I had another problem They fixed it reasonable price I will recommend this place very much so far honest people

Great customer service. I found this place by accident several years ago, now I go here for all my car repairs. They are friendly, professional and have always given good, very reasonable service. They also have great prices on tires.

Anytime I have a problem with my car, I take it to this place. They do an excellent job at fixing any issue I have and the prices are better than other mechanic shops. I have no complaints and I’m always a happy customer when I leave.

I had the rack and pinion repaired. It lasted 430 miles and then started leaking again. I took it back and was told it would cost me $350. for their labor. I had already paid over $600.00 for it to be repaired the first time. They didn’t repair it correctly the first time and now I have to pay $350.00 ( for their time.) Seriously. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman and a senior citizen. Very disappointed. I like to support local businesses, but don’t like to be taken advantage of.

Nelson is a really good guy. Ive been here a couple of times. And definitely will be going back. Needed a back tire for my Camaro. And Nelson made sure I was taken care of. Very friendly staff with a decent in and out time.

Paid for a state inspection and to have tire plugged. This Arab owned place cheated me out of my Tire repair money and never did a real inspection on my car.The same nail that was on my tire then was in my tire when i got home. I called and went back up for service. Like 6 Arabs approached me at the front door. I showed them the same nail and pointed out the technician that service my car. They turned it into a dam fight asking for a receipt when knowing I had just left for a state inspection..They also put old parts back on my nieces honda accord. She gave them money for new parts. However they tried to use the old ones. Bad business no black person should go here period. Find better business elsewhere frfr

Guys fixed my thermostat, and now my car runs smooth again. I only paid 186 for the job. They were fast too. I have found me a new mechanic, now i know where to take my car. Definitely recommend . Thank you guys

Super nice and hard working people, but the prices are outrageous. I guess the prices increased due to the pandemic idk. 25$ fir a plug doesnt make sense to me.

Good job and work done, only drawback was the length of time taken however its a pretty busy place so you might want to leave your vehicle and come back when theyre finished with it.

Found this place on Facebook and got a quote for rack and pinion replacement and I was very impressed with the quote he gave and I also needed a new ac compressor. So i asked if he does ac work and he replied yes and then gave me a very impressive quote. Car is driving better then ever and ac blows like a blizzard. I highly recommend Rapidos Tires for the prices and quality of work. I will return for tires and any other mechanical needs. 10 Stars

Quick state inspection and a tire patch.

They got me soon as I called Diagnosed the problem. And took care of me got my light fixed. Fair and reasonable prices Quality work!!!! Highly recommended!!! Will use them again with any problems I may have on vehicles.

As I’m writing this review I’m sitting at another shop having my damaged fixed. (Do not take your car here!) after many years and thousands of dollars here with previous owners that always took good care of us, I will never come back and neither will my referral’s. Came in today a bought 4 new tires. They broke my wheel stud the wanted to charge me to fix it. They last worked on my truck and with proof from receipt refused to fix damage they caused. I also have on my dash cam video of me telling them to fix it, and they said I told them to break it. So that’s another peice of proof. I also informed them if it was not fixed I would hold them responsible, which I fully intend to do.

All of the food was delicious and the service was fabulous! Highly recommended!

They are fast got my car in and worked on really quick. I was on a 45 min lunch break and they got my civic in and did its oil,rotation, balance, state inspection in about 30 mins. The guy at the front desk is very nice

We had a blown out tire on a Sunday in the middle of a delivery yikes ! We came across Auto 1 Repair Center and they truly are super fast . They fixed our tire right away and gave excellent customer service I don’t know what we would have done if I didn’t find this place but I highly reccomend them of your in need of tires! They also have really great prices!

Very accommodating. One of the mechanics gave me a ride home and picked me up once my car was done. Also called and updated me about my vehicle. Great place.

Amazing! Came in with a screw in my tire and they not only gave me an amazing deal on a new one, but also filled up the air on all my tires and checked my fluids-all within 20 minutes!! Absolutely recommend this place

Theyve fixed my car a couple times and done me right each time

Tried to align my front end 3 times, didn’t fix the problem. Said the caster could not be adjusted. (It can) still charged me $35 for a waste of 2 hours and an alignment worse than when I brought it in. If he would have said “sorry I couldn’t fix it, I won’t charge you” this would have been a better review. Go to Don Perry’s

Never heard back after dropping my car off for an oil change. When I went back after 2+ hours, the guy I talked to pulls my key right out and gives it back to me- says he wont charge me since he forgot to notify me when it was ready (which he adds, was 15 minutes after I dropped it off). This would be great, IF HE ACTUALLY DID THE OIL CHANGE. But no, car was in exactly the same spot, seat wasnt moved, check engine light still on, no sticker on the windshield. Sure hope hes not doing the same thing with actual car repairs!

Great place to bring your car. They are very honest. A bit pricey butt very worth it.

I have brought in many cars to these guys. The techs will tell what is really wrong and fix it for a very low cost. Haider is the best, he will always work with the customer, it is very rare to find an honest mechanic this good.

George, AJ, and the crew are super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful; all done at a reasonable price. They did everything they could to make sure they did a good job on my supercharged range rover. They changed the timing chain which is a long and complicated process. If George says he can do it, I would trust him with any work. Definitley recommend this place.

The tech was up front about the costs associated with fixing my tire and called me as soon as everything was finished!
