The folks at Lone Star Bavarian were super knowledgeable. They took the time to look through the car and bring things to my attention. Anything they found they showed me and gave me options on how to move forward. Trent does a great job by providing a business that allows his employees to be friendly and happy to help the customers. This place is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They completed my oil change for my BMW and even vacuumed the interior and washed the outside. My car runs beautifully and it was very reasonably priced. I also had them install my front license plate. That was a doozy of a job! My car has a ton of sensors and it took awhile for them to figure out how to place the license plate without setting off alarms. They really tried hard to give me what I wanted and I couldnt be happier. They really go above and beyond for service and I will be coming back again and again! I highly recommend this place if you have a luxury car that needs special attention. You wont regret picking them!

I want to be clear, each business has the right and priveledge to operate their business has they desire. I left before using the service requested could be completed.I made a reservation for an oil change about a week ago. At that time I explained I would be waiting. When I arrived today I was asked to fill out minimal paperwork and explained it would be 2 hours for an oil change. I asked if I was just in a long line making the wait so long. I was explained circuitously that it takes an hour for an oil change and an hour to complete the paperwork.This seemed excessive and in my mind does not take into account the.customers time. I voted with my feet and departed without this service.This is my message to this owner and others who do not take into account customer needs; what is the value if a lifetime customer.? Maybe this enterprise has all the business they need and this model is successful, but I suspect this simple act had a $10,000 lifetime cost at minimum.I wish you success ., but I cannot be a patron. Let customers know in advance if wait times are extraordinary.
These guys are amazing! The owner tracked down a great deal on a new set of tires for my car. Always fair and reasonable on parts and labor.My GLK has 150k miles and I bet I can get another 150k using Lone Star for my maintenance!

Charged extra fees for diagnostics and still couldn’t tell me if it would fix the car. Estimate of over $6000.00 for a car that is not worth that much. Some of the issues were basic maintenance that didn’t need extra diagnostic fee. It feels like they knew I wouldn’t go for the fixes so they wanted to get as much as they could out of me. Very dissatisfied.
The handle on my 2000 Mercedes CLK 430 Convertible just came off in my hands this past Tuesday when I was closing it to lock while out on an errand! So brought it in to Lonestar to see what they could do. (The hydraulics worked just fine but there was no way to close and latch my top w/o that handle!) They ordered the parts and Friday night Trent the owner called to say it was ready! He came and picked me up today (Saturday) since I didnt have a ride there. Theyre normally closed on the weekends by the way. My top now closes like it should. The handle works great, super tight like it probably did when this car was new! Lone Star Bavarian was recommended to me some months back for maintenance of my Mercedes (MB). I had avoided taking my car to Lone Star for my oil changes due to my proximity to another “fast oil change” chain. Bad mistake.The service chain changed my oil but didn’t have the tool to reset the maintenance tracker on my car and they didn’t reconnect my oil sensor correctly.Lone Star Bavarian (LSB) are a very professional company. Their technicians know what they’re doing.Don’t waste your money going to MB service centers before visiting LSB and certainly don’t waste your time or risk the integrity of your MB by choosing a “fast service” chain with what you may consider a routine or a simple job. That decision may cost you more than you think and the chain will likely not pay for your decision to use their service.Trust your investment with a professional. Trust it with Lone Star Bavarian.
My Mini Cooper was misdiagnosed at the dealership. Lone Star Bavarian fixed the actual problem and the repairs cost less than half of what the dealership wanted. Trent & his crew have been steadfast in investigating a constant issue with my 2010 Mini Cooper. Until recently there were not “codes” whenever the car died in transit. No matter when or where, they would take the car and have a loaner for me so they could check the engine. They were able to pinpoint the issue and repair it... I cannot say enough good things about this shop, their focus on repairing an issue and their constant customer service.

I used to take my cars to the dealer because I could get a free loaner car. I got a really nice car to drive around as they worked on my car. My car had a odd sound coming from the motor and I was really worried and was ready to pay out the butt to keep my car going . But instead of milking me for every thing I had they figured out the issue and it was not something that needed to be fixed right away ( high pressure fuel pump the make a clicking sound and mine is makeing a louder click but is still working fine ) I have brought several different Mb cars here and they have always gave me a fair price and good service they are going to have a customer for life
Dropped off for a problem I could not solve. As a long time BMW enthusiast and part time wrench it was great to find a place to trust and have conversations with about cars. My family owned a shop like this and it’s great to support people who care. I enjoyed sitting in the Lobby, Trent’s wife brought me popcorn while I worked in the lobby. Other shops told me that I needed a new transfer case for my BMW X5. I was quoted thousands of dollars. Lone Star Bavarian said all that need to be done was to change the transfer case fluid and reset. They were right! They saved me a small fortune.Thank you again.

Best in Fort Worth. Ive been taking various BMWs to Trent and his guys since 2003 or so. Very knowledgeable and honest and fairly priced. Lets be honest, these arent cheap cars to buy, or own, and that means repairs arent the same price as a Honda, but youre not driving a Honda! Highly recommended!
After a recent service, Trent emailed me a thorough explanation of the diagnostics and work that went into fixing my C250. The facility is very clean, their service is quick, and they call you when they say they will. Overall, had a great experience with their repair to my BMW.However, I got some quotes for future services that are significantly higher than some dealers quoted me for the same repairs so do your research. If you understand that they arent the cheapest around, you will be satisfied with their customer service

Very honest and trustworthy people. I sent a BMW that I thought was out of factory warranty to their shop for repairs to the A/C system. Not only did they find the problem, but also discovered that the vehicle was actually still within the warranty period! Bad customer service. Went to get an electrical issue fixed, they couldn’t figure it out and charged $600. Asked to get the cost deducted since they couldn’t get the issue resolved esp with the cost being that high but they wouldn’t budge.I have never met more unreasonable people than them. All they care about is money, not customer service. If you need your BMW or Mercedes worked on, DO NO GO TO LONE STAR BAVARIAN.

My experience with Lonestar started off with a phone call to obtain a rough estimate on replacing the A/C compressor on my 2004 5-series, which had been diagnosed prior. Adam was friendly and quick to provide answers to all of my questions. I brought the car in yesterday and from the time I dropped it off to the pick-up this morning, I was well-informed every step of the way. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, no surprises. They had the best price and quickest turnaround time. Probably not the place to bring a mini Cooper based on my experience. My daughter brought her 45k mile 2007 mini Cooper S in for a check engine light and rough idle. They wanted to replace spark plugs and coil packs and air filter possible oxygen sensor for $1100. All of these parts except the oxygen sensor had been replaced in the last three months, which she explained, but they just shrugged without any other ideas. Their markup on parts is about 300% over standard prices and labor is $150 an hour. At these prices I expect a little more thinking rather than just throwing parts at a vehicle, without thinking if it makes sense.$150 “diagnosis” fee.
