Terrible customer service. Bad communication.

I came here back in July for the works package which includes an oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off only to find out that my tires werent rotated and my fluid wasnt top off. Then to make matters worse, I was not informed of any of the work that needed to be done on my car and Brian their service manager is a joke. I called and informed him about my concerns and he just kind of laughed it off and did not take me seriously. I never had issues when Terry worked here. Its unfortunate that I have to drive further away to not only get taken seriously, but to ensure the the work is being done and Im being informed of what needs to be done. If you do get work done on your vehicle, make sure theyre actually doing it.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a truck on an agreed upon price. I told them I had my own financing. The internet sales manager said it didnt matter how I paid. After arriving and looking at the truck, I was told that they only way they would honor the price was if I would finance though them. This is illegal. The price should not matter on how the truck is paid for. Dont trust these people at all.

I called McDavid Ford Service department to see if they would do the Tune on my 2020 Ranger and all i got was the run around. The service guy said he would check to see if they could do it but never called me back. And i called three times. No call. So i went to Southwest Ford and talked to the servicrmanager and he explained i had to order the parts from Summit Racing in Arlington so i did and he said when i get the parts he will be happy to do the installation...i guess they wanted my business. I am going to have to think about doing any more service stiff with McDavid Ford.

Mc David would not honor f150 Lariat internet price listed. The sales representative verified the price was correct before driving to dealership to purchase the new truck.

Bought a truck there last year.
