Google needs to make a no-star option if I could go lower I would the amount of disrespect I feel about this is infinite .We attempted to call for help yesterday where we also understood that you were closing soon at the time we called we still had over 20 minutes left still. Instead of assisting us we were basically put on hold as soon as someone answered and left on hold the remainder of the time left until closing we were never returned are call I was not happy as we were in desperate need of a battery for a school bus that is also our home that we live in full time and we were broke down at a Goodwill with two cats Thanks for all the help guys Your Awesome 😡

NAPA carries parts other auto parts places dont. I was after parts for a backhoe; filters for the hydraulic system and engine. They have a much larger selection of tail and marker lights, too.

Lester is great, amazing customer service. Got our part, price matched and sent a driver to another store to pick it up for us. Really made our day and on a holiday no less. Couldnt find it anywhere else in stock.

They had a very hard to find part for my car at a reasonable price.

It sucks not very slow, no discounts to the local shops, It feels like they are doing you a favor and that you are bothering them. They take forever to asks answer simple questions. Its so sad I really used to like these place. All the people that made it wonderful are gone. Who knows what this new management is thinking. Well Ill have to stick to autozone and Oreilly.
