Completely over priced at least for what I needed on my specific truck. Was able to purchase the entire wye pipe that contains both cats for the same price as them putting on one catalytic converter. Ill zip off a few nuts and bolts for that savings. Come on guys its fence post you use and cheap Chinese cats... Pull your head out and get real on your pricing.

You can’t beat their prices and service on turning rotors. They do a great job every time and no hassle. I drop them off in the morning and they’re ready to go by noon. O’Reily’s gives me a hassle every time, Reyes is way better.

I went to this muffler shop to have a led lights tail pipe put on that I order they was nice and the price was great I went some where else it too hight took about 15 minutes thanks again

Took my truck to have all ball joints replaced. A week later, what you see in the photo happened. Thankfully, the ball joint broke in a parking lot and not while I was going at speed. The towing truck they sent to pick it up (which they own) bent my bumper and they refused to repair it.They then replaced the ball joint and aligned the wheels again. Not even one year later, I notice that one of the wheels is completely out of alignment. I take it back to them and they refuse to redo the alignment as it is out of warranty.Completely unprofessional, sloppy, and reckless. Do not recommend.

Installed a cherry bomb and did a muffler delete on my 2017 Ford Mustang. Waited a few hours and I had to come back to get the rest of the work done another day. But I do love the sound on my car, definitely sounds good and loud. I just hope it lasts a good while and I dont have any issues with the work done.1/29/20 update 3mos later...Ive had to take my car back up 3xs now to get fixed.. Every time I turned my mustang on it would make a rattling noise, I took it up there and the guy told me it was the catalytic converter... I couldnt believe it. There was no way. The car is still too new for that so I took it to the ford dealership where they confirmed it was the exhaust rattling. So here I go back again to Reyes to let them know.. They were nice about it and took it apart and found the problem. Finally. A piece was not welded correctly making the rattling noise.. Havent had the best experience here at all.. Ive had to come back multiple times to get my car looked at bc of their installment and welding. Shortly after the rattling was taken care of.. It started to make noise again but this time.. I took it to another shop, Pedros Mufflers, which they do a much better job and I dont have to go back. They also do snap financially too. Go there instead. Dont waste your time.

Took car in for a brake job. Replacing pads and rotors. All seemed to go well except there was a noise coming from the front end afterwards that wasnt present before. Turns out later a clip holding the brake line on the front right side was not put back in place. Leading to the brake line rubbing on the axle creating a hole causing loss of brakes completely that led to another repair being necessary.

These guys are Great!!! I was able to have two cars taken care of with no problems. They treated me like I was family and was able to explain what happen to my wifes car. Fixed it fast and at a good cost as well. Thank you guys for your services and professionalism

Took my car in to get the ignition switch fixed. The card reader for payment was always down so they needed cash. The issue was fixed only for a month before it went out again. Only a month warranty on their service and I had to ask them to write that on the receipt that I got. II was very disappointed, they probably made the issue worse. In a sketchy part of town so I would not recommend.

I came in on a referral from my mom all the way from Lewisville. She raves about the service and I dont mind traveling to receive good service. I brought my vehicle in and spoke with Andrian that my rear brakes were making a grinding noise and slipping. He proceeded to check my brakes, stating the rear brakes were fine but my front brakes needed to be changed. Mind you, there was no noise or issue with stopping coming from the front ones at this time. After waiting for almost 5 hours, they called to say it was ready. I arrive, go to pay and attempt to hand him my card, Adrian then tells me its cash only. I said the paperwork i signed had you accept all the majors and debit. On your door it also says you accept these as well. He then points to a sign thats somehere I hadnt seen at the side of the counter. I said youve been talking to me the whole time Ive been here. Not once have you opened your mouth and said we only accept cash before someone agrees to services. THATS VERY DECEPTIVE! I requested he get the manager to which the mgr called the other store and had them run my card for the charges. Communicate with your customers up front cash only. Not everyone can go pull the money out the bank if they were expecting to use a creit card. And considering Ive been waiting for 5 hours, i could have showed up to pick my vehicle up with the money instead of having to potentially leave and come back. Totally unprofessional customer service from Adrian. But it gets worse........So, Adrian missed diagnosed my truck. I told him from the beginning it was my back brakes grinding. He told me it was my front brakes that needed changing so thats what I paid for. Got my truck back 5 hrs later and its making the same damn noise. Now its, your back brakes need some work. Adrian you IDIOT! I feel scammed and that I unnecessarily paid for the front brakes when it was no reason to at this time. Adrian should have to pay for his costly mistake. He showed no respect, no ownership in his error and offerred no apology. His skillset would be better served at the local McDonalds. You didnt gain a new customer and Im suggesting my mom finds a more competetent, trustworthy place to do business.

Terrible service. They said both my power steering and coolant leak was fixed, but it’s still leaking. Had them install a cv axle and the next day it came out. They also try to over charge me in replacing valve cover gasket. Claiming the whole engine needed to be taken apart. Their a rip-off big time.

We were told the timing on my,husbands truck needed repair,was charged $2000,, left my truck with them,still running,drivable,and then left after repair,with my truck not workingand,told by the mechanics that other side of timing was in need,of repair,and another $2000, why didnt they tell me that in the first place,had us believing that truck would befixed,but never was drivable again,ive been ripped off,totally unprofessional, and am looling into other solutions
