This is my third time coming to New Europa and I will continue to come back to them. Their work is exceptional and the staff goes out of their way to make sure their customers are pleased. I can’t thank Joel, Tonda and Jose enough for everything they’ve done for me. I’ve attached some before and afters of the amazing work they did on my car recently.

New Europa did a great job on repairing my car after I was rear ended from a hit and run. They worked with my insurance company directly to make sure that everything that needed to be repaired got repaired and not left out. I got my car back on time even after the crazy winter blast we had when everyone was shutdown for a week. Joel is great to work with and the shop atmosphere is very easy going. I met some clients a few days later that saw it after the damage and they said it looked brand new. Will highly recommend New Europa!

Although I didn’t expect much, they went above and beyond! The car after the repairs looked better than the car even before the accident!!! I kid you not, I am so impressed with their work. They were genuinely detailed, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. They were fast, courteous, with exceptional quality, and gave me an honest good price compared to other shops!New Europa Paint & Collision is the ONLY #1 trustworthy body shop I would recommend after doing hours of research on other shops and would go back without hesitation since they give a guaranteed lifetime warranty on all repairs!

My side view mirror was completely knocked off. I took my car to New Europa Paint & Collision Center for repair. From the time I walked in the door inquiring about repairs, Tonda was awesome at getting this started. She explained start to finish how things would go. She helped me fill out paperwork and get repairs set up. Joel is very knowledgeable on collision repairs. Everything was smooth sailing. I am pleased to recommend New Europa for repairs of all makes and models of vehicles. My Lexus 350 needed repairs on a fender and mirror. The whole team worked to satisfy my needs at the most cost effective price. All options were offered to me and the job was turned around on time. Anyone who needs honest assessments and thorough work should stop in. And, to be honest, the car was cleaner when I picked it up then it was when I turned it in! Details matter.

After they repaired my car such that it is indistinguishable from new, I would only bring my cars to them. They even convinced my insurance to replace parts that should be replaced, rather than repaired. If you have a nice car then this is the place.

My car was creamed by a valet driver and it needed many repairs. Master Europa expertly coordinated between the venues insurance carrier and me to get the estimates submitted to the responsible partys insurance, and then to have the insurance inspector come and see my car. Jerryah, Troy and Mike were also very helpful with coordinating the Enterprise Rental Car and working on the supplemental estimates for additional work required on my car. I have always had a good experience with Master Europa. The most recent damage was extensive to the back end of my car, and they repaired everything PERFECTLY. The paint match is exact (Master Europa even gave me my own bottle of touch up paint in the color I need). All of the electrical components were repaired properly so that my in dash notification systems were restored. The trunk closes properly and the new bumper was installed flawlessly. Master Europa made an otherwise very stressful event super easy for me to deal with. I felt like I had an advocate and a friend in my corner. Thank you to EVERYONE AT MASTER EUROPA. I have never hit anything in my vehicle, but three times over the past 15 years my cars have sustained damage. I ONLY call Master Europa when I need body damage repaired.

Master Europa is an excellent shop, and I highly recommend them for any work on your vehicle. Melissa earned my business with her knowledge of Audi vehicles, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my situation. My vehicle was clearly a high priority to them. The perfect paint work on my bumper by Jason was complimented by their tech who installed it and ensured everything was functioning like new. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by name by Martin, the parts manager. To say I am satisfied would be an understatement.

Brought my ford parts to be color matched to Master Europa after another highly reputable downtown Fort Worth paint shop botched the job and could care less. Master Europa did it right the first time with excellent attention to detail. Would not go anywhere else for my painting needs.

Next week is all I hear when I call asking when my Lexus will be done. My car has there since mid October. They tried blaming my insurance for the delays, but it turns out Troy submitted the paperwork to the wrong insurance in the first place. They wouldnt have known this if it wasnt for me complaining to my insurance agent a month later when I started getting frustrated with all of their excuses. She got in contact with the owner, Jeff, to find out exactly what was going on when the honest mistake was finally revealed after getting the run around for a month.They agreed to cover my extended rental car which was the least they could do considering the situation. And when I told Jeff this, he said the rental was all he would do and that theyre not even making money off the car anyway. He continued to make excuses about how they take too many cars in a day and cant keep up with the work. He said they start off with 3 cars and then end up taking 7. Thats not my problem; train your staff to schedule correctly, submit paperwork correctly, get some customer service skills, and stop making excuses.I feel like theyre not doing anything to speed up the process and just use excuse after excuse. Even after finding out it was their mistake, they told me there were multiple cars in line for paint and mine would end up having to wait in that line. How is that fair considering they are the ones who delayed the process a whole month by not filing the paperwork right in the first place? Troy even told me today that they cant rush the job due to quality.... well havent you guys had PLENTY OF TIME to make sure the quality is perfect?! Ive thrown away $1400 on payments for this leased 2016 Lexus since it has been there. What a waste.The customer is the one who suffers with this business, and they dont seem to want to make things right. Avoid them at all costs. And according to the recent reviews, it seems Im not the only one with these issues.

I had my car repaired at Master Europa after damaging a fender. They took my little Kia and treated it like it was a Porsche. The quality of the work and attention to detail are second to none, and the staff kept me informed through each step of the process.I cant possibly recommend them any higher, and wouldnt imagine taking one of my cars anywhere else.

Local businesses are usually the ones that get the job done. This is not the case with Master Europa. Our vehicle is still being worked on after five weeks.Heres a list of the excuses that we have heard:- We have too much work- Were waiting on your insurance before we even touch the car (they attempted to bill the wrong insurance company for a whole month, and didnt follow up with anyone, all the while saying we should be done next week!)- The painter is sick and slowing down production- Well have it done next Wednesday (week after week)- We just have to paint your car, and your car is next. Oh wait, maybe well get to it tomorrowI wonder what excuse well hear tomorrow.It sounds like the entire staff of this business is just incompetent. Once we started asking the insurance and Master Europa for status, we started getting all the excuses. Why lie to the customer week after week? Theres literally no excuse for poor communication and such a huge lack of work ethic.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had my car towed here by recommendation and cannot say how much I regret this decision. I am still dealing with this company 8 months after getting hit in a car wreck. They are deceptive in their practices, complete liars, waste your time, money, and will ultimately not fix your car properly. They GLUED the bracket on my front bumper. (SEE ALL PHOTOS WITH THIS POST.) Yes, glued instead of replacing. I didnt even know that was a thing! If I can save even ONE person from going to this shop, I will have helped my community!I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair my car. However, 2 MONTHS later is when I finally received my car. (And mind you, I still had to take it back in again even after that to get it fixed!) And the communication was terrible. Troy was the estimator and Joel was the production manager. I received aftermarket parts on my car when my car was a new car and that was the entire reason I had my car towed to their shop. It was clear I was only to have all NEW parts on my car. We communicated a lot about this prior to me towing my car to their shop. Troy was completely deceptive in his billing and so was the insurance adjuster. Aftermarket parts were put on my car and they lied about the parts on the billing. I ended up asking for receipts for everything, which Troy made as confusing as possible. Troy even left out multiple receipts until weeks later when I caught him lying. (Side note: The final bill will always reveal the whole picture. You should be able to look at who sold all the parts for each line item on your bill, and each part should have an associated part number. This isnt rocket science.) They were completely deceptive in their billing. This isnt illegal what they did to me (and Im sure other people too. Other people can report them to the FTC, and Texas Attorney Generals office.)TO THIS DAY, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE A LIST OF THE FINAL BILL WITH THE SELLER NAME, ASSOCIATED LINE ITEMS AND PARTS NUMBERS TO MY LAWYER AND I. In addition, they have 2 loaner cars that they will constantly float you in and out of while you hear a multitude of excuses which cause delay after delay after delay. A few of mine:1)We ordered the wrong toner for your car. 2) I am out sick with the flu. 3)Your car is 9th in line to be painted and we only have one painter. 4)The painter was out for a few days. 5)Joel was supposed to call and notify me of what time to bring my car in on a Saturday to catch up on a previous delay however, I never heard from him. I had to call him that following Monday and he stated that he had a family lunch with his grandfather that he couldnt cancel. He didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me that he was no longer planning on fixing my car that weekend after I had already rearranged my weekend schedule. 6)I had to take the loaner car back to their shop because I noticed it had an expired inspection state sticker of December 2017 (it was over a month expired). This is a car repair shop and these type of issues they should be on top of and their customers should NOT have to worry about! They also refused to give me any warranty papers until I asked THREE times for it. Troy even told me no warranty existed for the work done on my car. While he was out sick, I spoke with Joel who gave me a very outdated warranty pamphlet. Once again, liars. I then had to bring my car back in again for more repairs. I later noticed that a line item they billed for had not actually been completed. Joel stated that it was simply an oversight and that it would be taken care of. This place is your worst nightmare. Take it somewhere else! UPDATE: This business was given an F rating on a scale of A+ to F by the BBB for misusing the BBB name and/or logo on Master Europas own website. They were asked to take down the BBBs logo (Better Business Bureau) on 2/17/17 and as of today, 2/13/19, they STILL are actively posting it front and center on their page. (There is a character limit here and I wish I could post more.) Please, take your car elsewhere.

Poor Service! Car was not ready when they told us to pick it up. We had to come back the next day to pick up the car. Took it back because parts were not aligned right, lines in paint and alignment was off. It took another week to correct problems. Finally when it was time to pick up the wheel well cover was not installed correctly (hanging), 2 bolts on the fender needed to be tighten and the hood still needed to be adjusted. When I told to pick up my car they said it was being detailed. When I left there was hand print on the finder and thick coat of dust inside the vehicle. The manager danced around every question I asked during this whole ordeal and never really answered.

Terrible experience.I waited 5 weeks in line to have my bumper painted. After finally receiving my car, they took an extra 3 weeks to paint the bumper! And they did a terrible job. There are currently creases in the paint, the bumper is not properly seated, what a horrible experience. I am thinking on whether going back to have them correct the poor job or just finding a proper bodyshop. The manager lied to my face when I asked if the right parts had been replaced. Fumble after fumble. I came here because of the excellent reviews, and have left completely dissapointed.
