I was able to make a repair appointment. When I took my car in they gave me an estimate and said it would take about 4 days. They finished in 2 days. Did a beautiful job and the cost did not exceed the estimate. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and prompt. I give them an A+ rating.

Winstead is by far the best paint and body shop experience I’ve had. I drive a 2019 Audi A6 and have had to bring it to them twice because of wrecks. The paint scheme is hard to match as it’s a kind of candy paint, but they did it PERFECT both times. They dealt with with the other peoples difficult insurance for me and were always courteous to me even though I know it was a headache for them. Customer service would honestly be an 11/10, great at keeping you in the loop and making sure they get the right parts, even for foreign cars. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality paint job or body work done.

Great job and good service. Received status calls when body work completed headed to paint, then out of paint headed to tech (re-assemble removed parts). Truck is as good as new. Cost was $1,000 less than dealership. I definitely will be a repeat customer as needed.

I used Winstead Paint & Body about 10 or 11 years ago and I was so super impressed with them. They worked on my Volvo after hubby wrecked it and got it done early and it cost less than they quoted. Quality work and professional service. So when I needed my Genesis worked on recently, after hitting/running over a big piece of tire that flew off a semi truck on the freeway about 70 mph, I didn’t even shop around. Once again they impressed me with their honesty, friendly and professional service and how they took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else. They worked well with my insurance company and they are a local family owned and operated business.

I have a car that the bumper needs repaired, I have had to re-schedule several times due to health. The staff is wonderful and understanding Karen is so polite, understanding and caring I havent gotten the car fixed yet but Ive seen their work and its great. I really can’t say enough about Clay Winsted and his staff over at Winsted paint and body shop. I had some pretty significant damage done to my car and not only were they able to fit me in but they completed it within three days better than I expected. This was not the first time that I have used them and I promise you that it will not be the last. They have outstanding customer service and the prices are more than reasonable for any type of job that needs to be done.

Best service I’ve ever encountered mainly dealt with two very professional females who’s names were Janettie and Karin. They very able to answer all of my questions and keep me updated with a timeline of my vehicle. The work came out great and I definitely recommend everyone to go winstead paint and body for now on.

Underpromised, overdelivered. Fender Bender Can not see/feel the repair. Real craftsmanship there. Charged less than their original estimate. Returned car not just washed but detailed inside and out - including the tires, not exaggerating. When requesting an estimate, ask for Karen - no nonsense, all business, and, offers various repair alternatives.

There were so many good reviews for Winstead that we decided to have them fix our car after we were rear-ended. While they did do a good job on the vehicle, we were sorely disappointed with the customer service. Unfortunately had empty promises the entire 6 weeks it was there.They had our vehicle for 43 days, 32 business days. Which might have been okay if they had not been dishonest the entire way about the status of the vehicle. After week 1 we called them and they said they were ordering parts and they hoped to be done by the end of week 2. Friday of week 2 WE called them and they said it wasnt ready but should be on Tuesday. On Tuesday WE called them and they said it was taking longer but it would be ready that Friday. Friday of week 3 they said all they had to do was paint it and it would be done so it would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday of Week 4 WE called them and they said they had to order more parts for the car (even though they had just said all it needed was paint) and they should be done by the end of the week. Friday of Week 4 they said they just had to have the Toyota dealership rewire the camera and electronics and they would have it back on Monday. Monday of Week 5 they say that it is back at their shop but they were having difficulties with putting the bumper on or something and it would be ready Friday. Friday when we called they said it would be ready Monday. On Monday of week 6 we called them and they said that we could pick it up Tuesday. FINALLY we were able to pick the vehicle up.We are easy going people who understand that things happen. However, this was too much. They were dishonest and had one excuse after the other. They did do a good job on the vehicle, it looks great, however we do NOT recommend them and wont use them again. Infact, we would have picked the car up and gone elsewhere but we werent paying for it, the insurance of the car that hit us was paying for it.

Great service!! Per my request, Jason allowed me to text him photos of the damage to my car, so as to limit in person contact during the coronavirus pandemic. From the photos, he was able to give me a general estimate. He not only did an excellent job on the repair, he finished earlier than he said, charged me exactly what he estimated, and even touched up a couple of extra areas free of charge! Having used Winstead P&B before, I find each time that their quality of work and customer service get better every single time. My brand new pickup was damaged by severe hail we had a few months ago, the problem was the body was made out of aluminum and not many body shops like to deal with those. Nevertheless my truck came back to me as if it was straight off the sale lot. There was no miscommunication between myself or the staff. The owner of the shop is hands down one of the friendliest guy’s I’ve ever met. I highly recommend and advise anyone to trust this shop with your vehicle. Hope this helps! Last year, After hitting a deer, they did a great job on repairing my Accord...I noticed an unrelated bulb had burned out a week ago. Honda place said there was no bulb it was just an amber reflector ... come on I know my car... In less than 10 minutes Winstead replaced bulb after loosening bumper and I was on my way.... they are of the old school of quality work and excellent customer service.... Thank You!

After being hit by a tire on the highway, my front bumper was dislodged. I stopped by Winstead to get an idea of what sort of repair I was looking at and was immediately helped. The gentleman who helped me was able to pop back in my bumper and add rivets in a matter of minutes and then refused to charge me—he just said he was glad I was safe. This is the kind of auto body shop we should all be using! I’ll definitely continue to give them my business.

I picked up my 17 Subaru Outlook, having had its hood repainted from damage from bird poop. Mine was not an insurance claim. I have to say, they did a good job. I left it on a Monday and picked it up Friday. I didnt want to rush them; I wanted quality over speed. Their quote, both as far as time and cost, was spot-on. They were friendly and informative. Ask for Jason; tell him I sent you. I have no relationship to anyone there. They are highly-rated at BBB.

What an awesome experience....Clay and another qualified auto glass technician fixed my sun roof in less than 30 minutes. This was the 4th body shop that I consulted today - all the other were giving me quotes of $500 to $1000- Clay said bring it in, let me see what I can do. Well I saw what he could do - he fixed my stuck sun roof and the cost was perfect...a handshake....thank you Jesus for such wonderful honest people!
