I brought my car here to take care of a dent from a shopping car and some smaller door dings. I am so happy with the work that they did. They were very flexible for me to drop off my vehicle. The work they did looks amazing and my car looks brand new again. They were also flexible for me to pick up my vehicle. They were unable to take a credit card when I picked up my vehicle in the evening but they let me take the vehicle and call back the next day to pay over the phone. This just shows that they are a good shop and work with their customers. I would definitely not hesitate to bring my vehicles here.

Mr Hays was personal, professional, accommodating, and kind. He helped get my car fixed in a timely fashion. He was willing to work with me on every aspect of the repairs. On the day it was completed he even worked with me so I could go see my son that was in the hospital. My daughter who is an out of state college student, had a minor accident while home for Labor Day. I took her car to Street Smart for repairs and explained that my daughter was somewhat stranded at college without it and they agreed to have it finished by the following weekend. My insurance company drug their feet on getting an adjuster out and so Street Smart was not even able to begin disassembling the car until Thursday! The delivery of the part was delayed and so a Street Smart employee drove and picked it up personally late on Friday. True to their word, I picked up the repaired vehicle Saturday morning in time to take it to me daughter. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and customer service I received here. A few weeks ago I was rear ended by a truck, and had to go through the at fault parties insurance company for repairs. No one likes being displaced into a rental, and having to go through rental/insurance companies etc... Anyway, my rear bumper was repaired in record time, and my car was cleaned and looks fantastic. I had a really deep cut from my garage in my brand new car. I was so worried it was be noticeable. Well the A team @ Street Smart proved me wrong - amazing work and you will be very happy with customer service here. They know how to take of people and in my book thats what its all about taking care of the customer. If I ever have any issues again I know where to go because it was just really easy and the work was awesome.

I was involved in a accident with a semi two weeks ago, luckily I walked away from the wreck but my car was pretty badly damaged. The guys at the shop were wonderful throughout the whole repair process, they kept me informed and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening with my vehicle. Unfortunately the truck that hit me did not stop and I was not able to get any of their insurance info which resulted in me having to pay a deductible through my insurance. Not having a vehicle for two weeks and also the minor injuries that I did receive from the accident kept me from being able to work while my car was being repaired which resulted in me not having the funds to pay the 250 dollar deductible that was due when I picked my car up today. Of course I was worried that I would not be able to get my vehicle and that would cause me to miss more days of work, the guys at the shop were aware of my situation and did not hesitate to help me out. I am so incredibly thankful and even more pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. My car looks better then ever and now thanks to these wonderful men I will be able to return to work tomorrow with my vehicle in wonderful condition!I cant thank you guys enough for your compassion and all your hard work it is greatly appreciated and you have earned a lifetime customer. Jackie is an amazing Guy!!! First of all, he gave me approximate quote on scratched bumper of IS250 over the phone by just looking at the texted bumper picture.. Since he gave me decent quote.. I took car to him right a way to get exact price.. Again price was within the given range..I ask him, when the earliest I can drop car.. he said now. Worst auto repair experience, ever! Elephant Auto Insurance recommended this shop after a collision on the front drivers corner of my truck. Once the repairs had presumably been complete and pictures had been posted on Facebook I went in to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving my truck was sitting in the lot. However, right away my son notices that the windshield is cracked! It wasnt even cracked after the accident! Also, a brace in one of the corners wasnt bolted together and my check engine light was on!!! This was a brand new truck! How can you tell someone that your vehicle is good to go when anyone could tell that you did not fix the vehicle, but also you damaged it as well?!!! After a long conversation with the owner trying to assure me that it would be fine and eventually taken care of, I called my wife to have her come pick me up. I wasnt going to pay the claim before it was all fixed up. Two weeks go by and I get the call that the vehicle is ready for pickup. So I go in and everything appears to be in order until I begin checking some of the diagnostics on the vehicle. One of the tires is incredibly low. I go around and take a look at it. There is a nail in the tire and is leaking like crazy! I then ask him if he could fix it for me and he said he couldnt. He recommended I take it to Discount Tire. I took my truck knowing full well that Im being messed with and dont want anyone from Street Smart Collision to touch any vehicle again. I am currently at the tire shop getting my spare put on because the nail happens to be right on the border of the sidewall and cant be repaired! Do yourself a huge favor and take your vehicle elsewhere, even if your insurance guarantees it will be taken care of.

This is a great local shop, Jackie got my van in and repaired (complete rear quarter panel/wheel/bumper) before any of the national brand shops could even schedule a first look. They took care of all the insurance headache, and I am very happy with the quality work done!

I am an avid fan of restoring older classic cars and have been working hard on a 79 formula firebird. I was very concerned about the company i was going to choose for the bodywork and paint. I went with street smart and never looked back. When i got the car back my jaw hit the ground! after extensive body work, they pit a paint job on the car that deserves an award, it is flawless! everywhere i go people ask about the paint and im proud to say that the boys at street smart did the work!
