Had my Ford F250 rear passenger side quarter panel, tail gate and light repair. The repair was done in 2 weeks way ahead of the time frame that they had given me. Over all I am satisfied with the work.

Service King put the A in awesome! Exemplary customer service. Incredible attention to detail. Highest standards Ive ever seen. If an ordered part was not up to standard it went right back where it came from, and they let me know it immediately. Car got T-boned. When I put it back in the garage there was no way you could tell anything had happened. I swear it drives better than the day I drove it home from the dealership.

Service King completed the repair on my truck ahead of schedule and did an excellent job They send updates of the repair process while you are waiting which I really liked. I had aftermarket lights and backup camera that were put back as they were before the wreck. I couldn’t find anything wrong and will do business with them again if needed. Thanks

I was backed into by a careless driver leaving my car looking quite awful, getting my insurance to call me back was a hassle but as soon as I decided on taking my car to service king, everything became much easier! They have amazing customer service skills and were so helpful. Texted me every other day with the status of my repairs and finishes before schedule, I would recommend them to anyone needing to have repairs done.

Set for an appointment drove 16 miles, when showed up for appointment-they said I don’t have an appointment. And I over heard them saying they are super, really! When u too busy don’t schedule. The problem is their corporate office and regional locations are communicating well.

Got into a car wreck and was not sure where to take my vehicle. Called several places before making the decision of taking my car into Service King. From the moment of entering the building due to Covid I was asked to stay in the vehicle a good fellow man came out and started giving me heads up of what he was going to do and keep me updated on the whole process of this situation that I never encountered before. This fellow man named Derrick helped me all the way through from the moment of getting my car in, to the moment of me picking up my vehicle, but all this process is not just done from Derricks help I also received calls from Doug a cool man that made things happen. So if interested in getting a good service ask for these two, they will make your problems go easier than just being on your own and having to stress of having to call on the status of the vehicle.

Service King @ this location was awesome! Derek was very professional and friendly. Was always kept informed on the process of car and was ready when they said it would be ready. The work done on my vehicle was excellent. If your looking for good work done on your vehicle and great customer service I honestly recommend this place. This was the 3rd time Service King has repaired my truck because other people want to drive aggressively and act like others are an inconvenience. Not at Service King. They remember me which is unusual for a large business. Everyone there is extremely polite, cordial, and go out of their way to make sure everything is absolutely right. They even stayed after closing time because they understand that I work extremely long hours as a 1st responder. Everyone, individuals and businesses, could take lessons from them on how to treat people right and fair and with respect.

While on vacation last month, Hurricane Sally arrived and my car was damaged. Service King was on the list of options that my insurance company gave me to go to for a damage assessment. Worse place to take a car for repairs. My car got broken parts not related to the accident. Technicians and Management do not have a clue what they are doing!!!

The staff here are incredible! The level of customer service shown to us by Chelsea and her team was beyond anything we ever experienced. Our kitten was trapped in our dashboard and we had already tried for hours to save her, but we were unsuccessful. So we called our insurance, found out it was covered, and immediately called to ask for help. From the moment we arrived it was an experience I will never forget. They saved our kitten who was trapped behind the airbag, and they went above and beyond. I will never forget the genuine, caring, hardworking team that helped us save our kitten. We are nothing but grateful and we are now going to continue to use this location for all of our repair needs. Never in my life have I experienced such amazing customer service. Great communication throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. I even had a payment issue between the rental car company and the insurance. Service King helped as a 3rd Party to resolve the issue. I would definitely do business with them again if I need work on my vehicles.

I had great experience at this location when my truck needed a new bumper after being rear-ended. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and arranged a rental through Enterprise. They also somehow killed my battery during the repair. When I told the manager she immediately made it right and reimbursed me for the cost of the new battery. Great place to take your vehicle for repair!

I picked up my vehicle and was impressed by the work. The service writer asked me to inspect the repairs and I found some misalignments. He immediately took it back to the body guy and they were fixed before I left within 5 minutes. Highly recommend Service King.

Great customer service. My only complaint was I found some tabs that hold the bumper on were loose. Returned an hour after I had picked up my vehicle and was fixed immediately. Once that was repaired I have had no other problems. They made the whole process pretty painless.This was the second time I have used Service King and I will be back if the need arises.

Terrible service on the vehicle and no updates when there was an update and ready it was a mistake. I think they need to re-evaluate their mechanics, I understand that’s hard work but the amount of money these places charge you pay the best you get the best.

They called me to schedule my appointment in agreement with my Allstate insurance. I took my car there, dropped it off... they were busy at the Lake Worth facility and took it to Colleyville. Within about a week and a half it was ready and delivered back to Lake Worth. Very happy with the work and not having to deal with anyone, bids etc.

I scheduled my appointment yesterday now when I arrive to my appointment after driving 30 minutes their lot is full and they can’t work on my car immediately. They did offer to ship it to a different location but I chose this one because it had better reviews. Total waste of time.

Took two weeks longer than what we were told. I had to finish tucking the fabric for the headliner back in as they didnt. The driver side sun visor hasnt worked right since they worked on it. Trim pieces were left loose and not snapped back into place. For the time it took, they should have had plenty of time to go thru the vehicle and make sure everything was right. Instead, I had to snap the trim pieces back into place and finish the job they were paid to do. The paint and dent repair look well. To be fair, I didnt give them the opportunity to fix the trim pieces or head liner,but chose to take care of that myself for fear of being without my vehicle for more time. I will have to have them fix the visor as I am afraid that I may do more damage than good.

Very bad experience. Allstate insurance company recommended this shop and It was a mistake to bring my car here. At least to say their technicians are not trained to work on new cars, incompetent and lack of knowledge and skills to successfully complete the task. Repair took longer than expected. I would not recommend.

These people surprised me. Not the usual sketchy experience for a body shop. Really nice folks doing a very fine job.

I ended up getting hit on 820 by a pre-occupied driver. Geico ended up sending me here and it was a fantastic experience. I worked with Brett and highly recommend asking for him. He went out of his way to correct any inconveniences associated with not having your vehicle for awhile. Top notch service!
