I had never been here before, but was pleasantly surprised by Canales. Very nice location, clean, very friendly, helpful staff and put together displays! They were attentive but not obnoxious!! Let you look around at your leisure and were there anytime you had a question. Andy Espinosa was great and I highly recommend him to assist you! Our church ended up purchasing 4 pieces of furniture for our foyer and I am very excited to see how it turns out!

Bought a bed set from here was givena whole different material bed set from what I had ordered, called to speak to manager didnt acknowledge the issue said I will speak to sales rep like that really is going to solve a whole wrong order they placed. Very unprofessional and disorganized!

Let me tell you something...my boy andy is spectacular. i came in with a pretty hefty list of requests for furnishing my new apartment and not only did the store have everything i was looking for but boy did andy knock it out of the park. he asked me super relevant, detailed, and important questions!! not to mention the whole interaction was laid back and pleasant!! whoever hired andy better keep this man because he is KILLING it out here.

Im assuming due to the pandemic I unfortunately Received an email informing me that my merchandise would not be ready until September. Unexpectedly this Afternoon I received a call from an representative by the name of Rachelle who went out her way to make a phone call and lets just say September has turned into tomorrow! These past two months Have been a setback for me. Legit having to start over literally with just A Suitcase to also sleeping on my floor. Great staff, I was helped by two different staff members, Rochelle and Carmen, both ladies were great and answered all my questions. Carmen did a great job working around some small obstacles and even though I did not purchase what I intitally went it for I am happy with what I got. However I was not entirely impressed with the store it self only because there was more than one thing I went initially for that they did not have available.

This was my first time making a furniture purchase on my own and it was a little intimidating. I was afraid I was going to be pressured by the associates into buying something even if I wasn’t 100% sure on it. I found a bedroom set that I really loved at one location but they didn’t have it. The girl was just like whatever so we left. I liked it so much I called two other store location (not realizing they shared the same inventory). One lady at one location said she would have to take my number down and call me back but never did. At the other location a young man put me in hold and the call finally disconnected/dropped after about 10 minutes. Finally, decided to call Mansfield to see if maybe they had the floor model of what I wanted and could sell that one. They didn’t but Roxana whom I spoke over the phone was so amazing. She noticed the style I liked and started investigating of what they did have ready in stock. She helped me come up with a plan B and I decided to drive out to their location. Anyone with that great customer service deserves my personal attention and gratitude. Unfortunately she wasn’t there to help when I got there but Nadia was. She was just as amazing and helped finalize what I wanted. Thank you to the great employees of the Mansfield location for your awesome customer service!
