The short for TLDR is awful customer service.The long:This place was recommended in our local neighborhood group when I asked for high end plumbing fixture places for a master bathroom remodel. The greeter at the front counter asked what we were there for when we walked in, told her I was looking for someone to help me pick out fixtures for a bathroom remodel. She asked if I had an appointment. When I said no, she said someone Might be able to help me but I guess you can go look around. Whatever, I was in running shoes and not super fancy so I get it. Upon entering the sales floor, there were 2 people not with clients and clearly available to help. Nohemi greeted me politely but was reserved until I got the point across that I didnt have a budget, I just wanted to get what I liked. Okay, better service, she was great at helping narrow down choices and got it done. Excellent selection, nice floor room.Fast forward: I was told the lead time was 6-8 weeks. No problem. Then a few weeks later I was told Brizzo Delta stopped manufacturing and it wouldnt be available for 6 months. Then a couple of days later got an email that actually they had everything. Okay, poor communication but whatever, my bathroom renovation was still on schedule. July 5th I had my counter installed with the new sinks and fixtures. A piece from the sink box that attaches one of the handles was missing. No big deal! I had my husband call the next day, Nohemi said she would call the manufacturers to see if they could send a replacement part. July 8th, she emailed to confirm she was still looking into it. July 21st, I sent a follow up email asking for the status and got this gem in response: Good morning. This is going to sound weird but what faucet? We should have delivered all pieces by now. Please advise.I responded back reminding her. No response. This morning I called customer service, the lady is short on the phone and says shell look into it for me. I sent her a follow up email at the end of the day. She said she is waiting on a response from Nohemi.High end pieces, high end prices, low end service. Avoid, there are plenty of other high end galleries in DFW. I still have one handle just chilling on my counter waiting for someone to give me a call.

So we bought all of our appliances and plumbing from this place...worked with a man named Billy who doesnt seem to call you back or email you back...finally 5 months later we get our last piece of appliances and since I choose to install a jen-air fridge myself they refused to deliver the fridge in the house. Was told by Billy that if they do not do the install they leave fridge elsewhere so that happens to be my garage..now whatsthe difference between the garage and inside the home? One door? Yes...We will never do business with this company again because of these actions..If I delivered or sold a 20,000 fridge for a customer I would dam sure put it wherever they want it..but I guess that is the difference between me and them.So 1 star for everything including customer support...hopefully you take your business elsewhere after reading this and not this place. Dont buy from lieing Billy!!

Expressions was AMAZING!!! We remodeled a house and ordered all kitchen appliances, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, and other hardware/accessories. We worked together for 10 months. Everyone from sales to delivery to service was awesome... professional and responsive. The selection and prices were extraordinary. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Came here for my parents. They are remodeling their bathroom and wanted some ideas! I don’t remember the lady’s name, but she was very helpful in what we needed.

Amy Burns, outside builder sales rep, was knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with as we selected our appliances and plumbing for our new home. She went the extra mile in customer service when changes were needed.Greg Haczynski, Showroom Manager, provided exceptional customer service as we ran into problems with our Frigidaire freezer. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem and help us with a solution.Great people!

Bougie, dark, and decorated like a really garish Italian restaurant. This is a kohler show room according to Kohler.We stopped in to look at a couple things for our home reno. The lady at the front asked us what we were looking for and I asked her if they had Kohler shower or tub surrounds as I havent found a place in the area to physically see them. She actually laughed at me we only carry freestanding tubs. Ok whatever just asking, you dont need to be rude.They did have a huge selection of faucets and some nice entry handles and knobs. All the normal appliances. Just remember to bring your grandfather and a nice purse with you if you want eye contact here 😆We bought the same entry hardware on Wayfair instead of going back to this place. Sorry local store front, dont be rude when your neighbors come in!

The gallery staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! They made my appliance shopping and purchase extremely smooth. Additionally, the installers were beyond professional and courteous when installing my appliances. These guys go above and beyond and it shows! 5 stars!

What started out as a lackluster experience turned into a truly positive one for us. We initially had some delays with getting products that we ordered, but voiced our concerns to the manager, Greg, who was very professional and responsive. He made sure that were happy with our purchases and overall provided top notch customer service.We purchased all of our appliances/fixtures for our kitchen and master bath remodel here and were very satisfied with the quality of all of the products we received, as well. They stock beautiful pieces in their gallery.Would highly recommend to anyone remodeling or building in the FW area!

Major house renovation and like all others, we ran into some issues. Expressions management resolved all of our issues and stood behind their products and service.

I use to love this place when it was Morrisons! Now the service is horrible- I can never get anyone to call me back.
