Ordered online 10/08/21 at 2:58AM. Paid prematurely for my order. At around noon on the same date of 10/08 I make contact with BestWay in regards to continuance. The transaction goes left. Workers were not prompt and efficient. More on their time and unprofessional. I requested a refund. Fussed to make sure my request was navigated through properly channels to be taken care of .. here it is 10/22/2021 and I have yet to receive my refund. Will not ever order from BestWay rent to own. Will not recommend BestWay Rent to Own and once I’m finished with my public review I will be filing a civil complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to BestWays practices. There is no legit reasoning for a refund that I gave documentation for that was supposed to be processed 10/08/21 and has yet to be corrected. That by law is theft. I should not have to dispute payment through my bank when it hadn’t been 24 hours since I submitted my information online. Very egregious and unsatisfying.

Ive got nothing but good things to say about Bestway. Ive got a great product thats affordable and not one single issue with customer service. Anywhere else I wouldve gotten a reason to return the merchandise because Ive had to do that in the past. Im a 100% satisfied customer. Thanks Bestway!

This complaint is in hopes of getting the refund we were promised due to being continuously charged for a table my husband and I paid in full with another credit card after renting the one we have for a one month period just for an event. We loved it so much (the reason for the 2 stars) we decided to buy it out right. We got the total and did just that. Ever since we paid the table off IN FULL, weve been charged on $29.49 weekly on our original credit card we used to rent the table. Weve called numerous times to get out refund and was promised to received it, as of today we are out $147.45 exactly not to mention interest we are paying on that card, we havent received any refund or a phone call regarding this matter. If I am forced to take off work to go up there or have our attorney send a legal letter we will be requesting more than just our refund. This is HORRIBLE customer service and BAD business. Sonya please call us.

Love, love, Sonya shes friendly, helpful, professional, and has a smile, while doing multiple jobs. She needs a raise. The guys r super nice, but she has been their longer. She runs the store with Gods and coworkers help. She is great access to company whos not afraid to work and go above and beyond her job duties. God bless us all.

I went this past Saturday to pick up my sister-in-law sofas as she had order them in Dallas but they did not have the ones that she wanted so they sent the order to this one in Fort Worth, to make long story short it was a HORRIBLE experienced! I told the lady I would put a review on her page and she responded with Go ahead and I hope you do read this maam! Everybody in there were RUDE, Please do not waste your time going in here. If I could put a 0 star I would do so!!

Im shocked by some of the nasty reviews! I had the pleasure of working with everyone at Bestway. I have been treated with absolute respect and they call me to check on me and see if there was anything else they can do for me. They explained the policies where I understood them with no confusion. Now let me say this, if you cant pay its not the stores fault! You are told up front no late payments allowed! But they will work with you and hold your furniture till you can get back on making your scheduled payments. So dont trash this place because you want special treatment outside the policy terms. Also, appliances bought anywhere have a 50/50 chance of going wrong. Its a machine and machines mess up even when bought new. There is a limited staff so dropping everything they are doing for the other customers isnt an option. Be patient and nice. Clearly people are more willing to help when you treat them with respect! Im going to continue doing business here Im a satisfied customer! Thanks to all you at this store!!!! Special thanks to Lawrence, Junior and Sonya for making my experience great!

I rented a lap top from them, they promised to deliver, it had been over a month and I hadnt received a lap top nor my money back. Sharon offered to give my money back in cash but I have yet to receive it because I am having transportation issues.

I am not sure how anyone can continue to run a business like this. I went in and ordered 2000 worth of bedroom furniture and was told it would be ordered and I would receive it mid week the next week but never received a delivery date. So I called and called and called and was told I would receive a call with a delivery date but did not ever receive a call. Then I spoke to Store Manager and was told and I quoteCorporate would not allow them to order my furniture because they had to much inventory in the store even tho the furniture would not be in the store but delivered to my house it would be between 2-4 weeks before they could order it much less when I would receive it. He was going to speak with corporate and call me back, you guessed it no call and have still yet to receive my money back that I payed for the furniture. This place should be closed -DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AND I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB AND PLASTERING THE LIES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EVERY BIT OF SOCIAL MEDIA.

I rented a washer and dryer set in Jul 3 of 2019. The delivery guy told me he couldn’t setup my dryer be because they left my cord. I had to call they 3 days later because no came back and they told to the man was off so I couldn’t get my cord so 2 weeks later they just showed up at my house no call just show up and I not home. I told them to put it in my mailbox so when I go home and looked at the cord it wasn’t the right cord so I called the next day and I told to take a picture of of my plug. I waited a whole 2 weeks and I told them to come pick it up so they gave me a date and time but the didn’t show up. So the last 2 days they just showed up and left notes on my door and it’s Aug 22. They want to do things when they want to and that’s not how it works

Sonya and Lawrence are the best!! This place is, hands down, better than Rent-a-Center.. And worlds superior to Aarons !The staff is helpful and knowledgable and will help u find EXACTLY what u are looking for! Whether it be furniture, appliances, TVs, computers, game systems... They have it all!!! If they dont have it in store, they will find it somewhere! I have always been very satisfied with their products and service!!

Please do not waste your time here. They took my money told me I would be scheduled for delivery one day then pushed the delivery out to another day. I needed a refrigerator desperately and to put the icing on the cake the day of my delivery as my food needed to be refrigerated for my children they told me I wasn’t approved because of where I lived and they will issue a refund. A REFUND!! I could’ve gone 3 days ago and gotten a refrigerator else where they knew my address when I filled out the application I about cried after dealing with these people I have 3 children one breastfeeding that needed milk frozen and these people just screwed me please do not waste your time they are not fair by any means.

Very bad customer service and communication skills! Ive gotten a washer and dryer from then never been late and only 3 payments left. Ive called 2 days in a row for someone to come to see why dryer is not drying​ my clothes. I called when I first got it about this issue and was told to only keep it on timed dry. Now these are brand new washer and dryer but I was told to keep it on one side. After so long of doing that still not drying my clothes I called to get help. I was told someone would be at my house two days in a row still no one comes or call. I will never do business with this store and never recommend this store!!!

Roach infested along with bed bugs in my furniture. Also how do I buy a brand new 3 pcs couch and it smell like weed and infested with bed bugs.This place is plain old nasty and the big heavy white dude is rude. Ya need to go to aarons around the corner.

Very unprofessional I paid for a washer and dryer got them four days later and then the washer didnt work everyday its Im gone bring it I literally been sitting in the house for 4 days waiting on my washer. They say they will arrive at a certain time it be five hours later. But when its time to make that payment they go blow your phone up.

When I first purchased TV, it took three days for delivery. On day of third payment, they started calling me in the am to pm and my references. I had all day to pay them. They calls started because I usually come in at 10:00 when they open. I called them and told them to pick up TV.
