Had great deal and the staff was very nice and friendly

They had one cashier and she was at Customer Service.The store had four customers. Me and my husband, and another couple checking out. That was it.I am a long-time customer and came specifically for a wheelchair seat pad because Id seen one there six months ago.Ive never seen Bed Bath and Beyond so EMPTY!Between the front of the store and the back, I found no one to help us find what we were looking for. I didnt see another single customer, either, other than the two wed seen in front. Quite unusual and, frankly, very concerning.The only other workers we saw were three huddled in the back talking who didnt seem to care enough to get up and help me look when I asked about the seat pad for my wheelchair, they just pointed to the Dining area in the corner... over there, to find dining room chair pads and went back to their conversation. One worker said they hadnt had those in six months.I found a patio chair cushion that would work, not what I wanted, but would do in a pinch.The workers were in deep conversation, and continued to sit there together, making me feel like I was an intrusion when I asked for their help. News Flash: Customers are the REASON you have a JOB! BB&B isnt paying you to to sit around chatting!Im in a wheelchair and specifically came to BB&B to shop. It took an enormous amount of effort getting my wheelchair onto my lift and locked into place, hobbling on crutches to get into the car from my home and driving to the store. Then, getting out, back on my crutches to lower my wheelchair to the ground, getting into the chair and putting my crutches away inside the car and THEN going into the store... with all that effort, I was disappointed to find the store so different than Im used to.I expected workers would be up and around, at least dusting and fronting the inventory they do have in between customers.I work in retail and if I hadnt gone to help a customer, I would have been fired.Management seems to be nonexistent, you sure dont see them. Where in the heck were they? If theyre not minding the store AND the employees, theyre not doing their jobs, either.Bed Bath and Beyond is forcing loyal customers to go online or elsewhere to find the products they previously found here.I can fairly and accurately predict that Bed Bath and Beyond wont be around long.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Asked customer service where item is-no help. maybe new. manager didn’t acknowledge or help. friendly short asian lady in aisle helped a lot.told me go to customer service to order online. couldn’t find online wht i needed not on shelf. 2 people told me go to LOWE’S. i’d hoped to use my 20% coupon. folks in front need to learn from helpful lady in aisle…sad service.

It was the first time shopping at the Hulen store. And I have to say I loved it. The lighting was great and it was clean and spread out. I normally go to the Lake Worth location. I dont have any complaints about that location. But I will go back to the Hulen store if I need to shop at this store.

Terribly rude employee and not what I’ve experienced before! I gave my sister a new Keurig coffee maker for her birthday, purchased at this store. She let me know it wasn’t brewing a full cup and she had tried to clean it as well as running it several times. I told her to take it back, I searched and searched for the receipt but couldn’t find it but told her they were good about taking things back there, even the Internet shared that as well. So she goes and encounters a horrible rude customer service rep. She said no receipt no item and when my sister said the Internet told her they honored it she looked at her with disgust and said “the Internet?!” Needless to say that will be the last time I shop there! Target honors all purchases without the attitude!!

My husband and I walked all around the store not one employee asked us if we needed help nor was anyone around. I heard great things about this store and decided to go for the first time. We will NOT be back. The customer service was non existing

Has a great, amount of goods for your home. Store is pretty, clean. Downside is that some categories of items were VERY, picked over. They have Yankee candles, knife sets, towels, kitchen accessories, bedding, pillows, bath accessories, etc., and right now, they have items for young, people going to college. Dorm stuff. Sure has come along way since I went to school! : ○

Went to Bed Bath and Beyond to help my friend buy a new pot set for her husband for Fathers Day. We found the set she wanted and then watched as a woman bought the last one. What now? We looked at a number of options but none worked as well. A young man came over and found one high on the storage shelf. He went back and got a ladder and got us the last one in the store. Service over and beyond. Very impressed. Check this store out.

I loved my experience. The sales clerk noticed I was searching for an item and then took me right to it. Another sales clerk was patient with my mother helping her find her discounts on her app. Even tried making her feel at ease keeping a look out that a line wasnt backing up behind my mother. Kept reassuring her that no one was waiting.

Told my boyfriend they had no one to help us! Needed a display item and I had to call them from inside the store just to get service! And they decided on a percent to give us and acted as if we were a problem with a total of maybe 4 customers in the store! Terrible service

I love Bed, Bath & Beyond. They have so much great stuff and they send out significant coupons that really amount to something. Today I saved $16.80 using 3 coupons. Soon Ill go back and look at the Christmas items. Very helpful, friendly clerks.

I like BBB. It usually has some very good deals on the clearance tables. I was looking for a serving pitcher to make sangria in for my Superbowl party. I found a glass one that held 5L for $20!! It looked beautiful filled with fruit and wine.

I placed an online order for pillow shams. They both arrived at my house with a hole in the center. I contacted customer support through the chat app to see if they could send a replacement. They said that I had to return them first and then they would send a replacement. That would be about a 3 week process so I decided to return them to the store. Upon entering the store, the associate saw that I had a package to return and she directed me to the line. There were multiple cashiers and the line moved quickly. When I was called to cashier number 2 (Sharon), I approached and explained that I received products with holes in them and that I needed to return them. Sharon took the packing slip from my hand and started typing on her terminal. After a couple of minutes she muttered something in response to the lady behind her. I said excuse me, she said she wasn’t talking to me. I said oh, well you haven’t said a word to me yet and I’ve been here for several minutes. She then got loud with me and told me that she was just trying to be quick and efficient. I told her that a hello would have been nice. Then the guy at cashier number one (I believe his name was Q) says he didn’t know they were required to say hello. I was just dumbfounded. So, if you want friendly service with a smile, you should avoid these two at BBB.

They have done an overhaul on this store and it is now much more spacious than in the past. last time I was in, was summer of 2019 and it was cramped. no more! less clutter, easier to manuver your basket in the aisles and brighter. stop by if you havent been in in awhile.

This place is well organized throughout. Lots of people working in the store keeping it of course organized but well stocked. Workers are very willing to help you find something if you cant find it.The downfall is that there was only one cashier and one customer service person in the front of the store. But the store wasnt super busy after lunch time on a weekday

So clean and organized

I had to wait for awhile before the staff notice my arrival to pick up online order.

There are so many interesting items for use in the home...practical, fun, and some that are designed to pamper. I found what I needed as well as a few things I didnt know I needed until I stumbled upon them. Its a fun place to spend an hour or two...or three!

It was nice. Lots of things that l didnt need. Did find a single cup coffeemaker that is interchangeable with using pods or loose grinds. Great for tea also. Reasonably priced and $20 free giftcard.

Visited BB & B today in search of a new coffee maker. I was assisted by Tom. It was a great experience in that it was so not the norm. Usually I find salespeople to annoyed having to go out of their way to help customers. They dont care about them or their needs. If on commission, they just want the sale...far be it to get them the best deal and or to be honest in their pitch. However, today like i said i was helped willing by Tom. He was engaging, courteous, interested in my needs, answered my questions...in other words...a great experience. Tom should be recognized for his people skills and follow through manner. I will definitely return and be sure to ask for Tom.
