Pretty good place for an ice cream. First time I tried rolled Ice cream. Ice cream has a smooth texture while also feeling kind of gummy? Amazing, would eat here again.

The blonde girl with glasses was so personable. i was impressed by her craftsmanship of creating such immaculate ice cream rolls with great technique. i will be attending again.

I do wish they had a smaller size because that’s a lot of ice cream per serving! The atmosphere was nice and relaxed in the store when I went. Will definitely come back again!

This place is pretty understaffed, but the staff is very nice and does panic when a huge crowd comes in. I cam in with just me and my boyfriend, but a group of 6 came in right behind us. The staff was kind and pretty fast considering everything is made here. The milk tea is also pretty good! Worth the wait.The place is also exceptionally clean!!

I love how this place is decorated! The employees are professional and work fast, making each order by hand and they all come out unique and beautiful. The ice cream itself is phenomenal! It only comes in one size but I understand why so I cant be mad. One serving is about the size of a personal container youd get in the store. There are places to sit and ear outside which I think is also nice. 10/10!

The ice cream was great. Especially the process how the make it, rolling it in. The best one was strawberry. The portions are huge. So dont try and go there after a meal. Good parking. The staffs were friendly. The place was busy. The staffs were all wearing a mask and the hygiene was good.

I was surprising impressed. It was not only interesting to watch them out it together but very delicious. I had a sorbet and it had actual fruit in it absolutely delicious.

This is a great ice cream place. Its rolled ice cream, they make your ice cream right in front of you and they add a ton of fun toppings depending on what you get. They are reasonably cheap as well. I go to this place decently often and they havent been too busy each time Ive gone. I usually get in and out within 15 minutes or so

Great spot for boba tea for Fort Wayne. Mango Sunshine is my go-to. Ive cream is fun to try for sure, fun to watch them make it.

Drove an hr 45 for a random roadtrip and having rolled ice cream for the first time was amazing. Watching the skill and finesse to roll the ice cream and just make it look perfect, was just super cool. I definitely will come back here again some day. Worth the road trip!!

The ice cream is great and I did not wait long at all. However, what is the best here is the staff. As any business is allowed, they started to ask their customers to wear masks again. Yesterday afternoon, I had noticed that a grown man took extreme exception to this and threw tantrum. The young lady was so professional and not rude once. She was still even offering to serve him regardless of his mask status. She was quite polite and pleasant to him, regardless of his hateful attitude.

A lot of work on the part of the folks preparing the ice cream. The ice cream was good, but not excellent.The wait was very long, but that was because the place was packed. The people behind the counter were hustling to keep up but the amount of work required to prep the food makes it not worth the effort.

Service sucks. Always out of something and still let you order it. Long wait for a 75% full drink. Only came here bc it was the only one opened late but definitely regret it.

Good ice-cream but management has decided to require customers to wear a face diaper to enter. Absolutely ridiculous. Customers were standing outside furious at this senseless, tyrannical, over-reaction. Our family went to another ice cream shop and will never return to this joint until they figure out how to respect our countrys values and their customers. Please consider supporting an establishment that doesnt infringe on your God given rights.

I didn’t find the ice cream special and it was crazy expensive. I wanted to get a Milk tea with their honey boba and they didn’t have it. It’s my one and only time I went and don’t plan on going back.

A little daunting your first time in, but the staff are very helpful. The rolled ice cream is a different twist on a classic. I will come back and make up my own creation for sure! Only downside is that everything is one size. Fine for a hungry adult, but kids will need to share.

This is your typical over priced overly sweet ice cream. Stood in line for ever. Over $30 to get basics off the menu for my family. Then to hear every one hate it (my husband got a vanilla cookie dough milkshake the lady asked if he wanted whip cream he said no the ticket on the cup showed his request after the longest wait he got a watery and I mean liquid drink with crushed cookies not cookies dough and a mountain of whip she knew it was wrong and just stared at him like will that be fine ? My husband was mad so we just left . Save your money get twice as much for buck and it taste way better at Just cream Ice cream boutique they have more selection and its delicious 😋

The ice cream is good, but the tables were disgusting, it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Even the benches and sidewalks right outside of the store were absolutely disgusting.

Fun place with a different twist on a classic treat. The ice cream is rolled after being chopped and frozen on an anti griddle. Awesome flavors too. We got s’mores and magical unicorn. Great boba tea as well in black and green options with lots of flavors. Great place!

Ice cream was good, put together well. The staff I spoke to werent very nice though.

The kids liked it. Took 40 minutes for 2 cups of ice cream. Very over priced. Dont offer any discounts for large groups and barely anywhere to enjoy the ice cream. Best to try on a rainy day when theres no line because they clearly need help

I went here in the middle of the afternoon and got helped right away. That staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very unique and different in a good way. There isn’t too much seating 3-4 tables with 4 chairs per table and a few benches. The ice cream was blah. It didn’t have a bad taste it just lacked a taste. Kids would enjoy this because ice cream is always ice cream and fun. Especially rolled ice cream. However, if you want good tasting ice cream this isn’t the spot.

Only gonna get one star on this visit, wish I could give zero(0). Refused service last night for not having a mask on. One star,For your purely arbitrary and in my case, capricious, enforcement of your facemask policy. Yes, there is a sign on the door, BUT Let me preface this complaint by saying Ive been here 4x previous in the last month(including last week when you ice machine was down and busted ) and noone has refused me service much less even spoke up about it. And finally, I saw another man who had already been served, standing with his food, without a mask. Get it togetherUpdate...less than 8hrs later, thought wed try again. Surprise, surprise 😮 inside was like every other time we were there; virtually noone masked but noone said anything(see pictures)And were served this thankfully. No mames

The portions for the specialty rolled ice creams were good sizes. I liked all the extras you receive on top like a cheesecake wedge and an Oreo for the Oreo cheesecake bowl. My husband ordered the smores and had a toasted marshmallow on his. It made you feel like you are getting something over the top and extra. It was a fun treat with a good twist from the traditional hard scooped ice cream. I would definitely come back. I wish there was more seating outside however. Its chilly inside because they have to keep the ice cream cold so you are stuck eating your cold treat in a cold room. If you happen to go during a busy time Id imagine the wait might be a while as it took about 15 minutes to order and receive our two ice creams with only a few couples ahead of us. Its understandable since they roll and create your ice cream to order. Worth a trip to try it out though.

A unique little ice cream shop offering various freshly made rolled ice cream treats, milkshakes, and flavored teas. Ice cream starts out as just cream with some toppings chopped in on a cold metal surface. Then its flattened out and scraped up into little rolls and put into a cup with more toppings, whipped cream, and garnish. Would come here again.

This place is soooo good I get the Cafe latte bowl my daughter loves the unicorn one (which is pretty cool tbh) and my so. Is pretty plain so just plain mint which is pretty good as well

One of the managers was rude and was being rude to the employees. At least my order was right recommend you try the unicorn but thats about all this place has going for it. Sometimes is crowded and I feel uncomfortable even without the covid restrictions.

This is a place that you go to once because its cool but dont go there again. The ice cream looks neat and fancy but the service is SLOW and its very overpriced. The ice cream is ok, but Fort Wayne has some great ice cream spots with much better ice cream that are way more worth your time and money! If your looking for a cool instagram picture then this is your place. If your looking for great ice cream go somewhere else!

I got the Peanut Butter Time. Kids got cookie monster and Unicorn and husband got Oreo Cheesecake and an old ball vanilla shake. Every bite was eaten in our record time at an ice cream place. Gonna say they loved it.We had something like this is Tennesse and was very excited to hear it was coming up north. Took a while to get here but well worth it. The ice cream mixed with something a little crunchy was amazing. Watching these ice cream technicians was fun for all of us and kept my mind at ease that nothing was going into it that I didnt know about.Cant wait to go back and try the waffle tacos!

The girls are very meticulous about making the finished product look good. I got the cookie monster rolled ice cream for myself and got the cantaloupe milk tea for my daughter. She absolutely LOVED it.

Im not super fond of all the extra fluff that goes on top, but it is honestly the best ice cream Ive had in a long time. They have special teas too if thats more your thing. Definitely worth a stop if you have a sweet tooth.

Fun place to get your ice cream fix

Went here with a few friends after they first opened. Thankfully we were able to get a table, because as a few others said, the long line took quite a while to get through. That said, the ice cream was awesome, and the presentation was beautiful! I got the Salted Caramel, and I tried my friends cheesecake flavor and they were both really good. Hopefully theyll be able to work out the kinks with the wait time - for now Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that.

Finally got the chance to try this style of ice cream that I had previously only seen videos of. A fun process to watch. The quality of ice cream is much better than I anticipated! One size option makes things very simple, which I appreciate! On the other hand, no kids size that I recall so be aware.The overall cleanliness and interior is pretty bland and doesn’t quite match the uniqueness and creativity of the product. Would certainly return!!

Ice cream is great but they either need to schedule many more people on weekends or hire much more ambitious employees. They have 1 speed....SLOOOOOW. 5 customers standing there waiting on ice cream orders while the only 2 employees stand, talk and move at a snails pace.

I took a shot in the dark going to sweet monster. I had never been there before. I was in the mood for ice cream when in fort wayne. I normally go to Coldstone. But not anymore. Sweet Monster is my mew favorite. I will be going back.

I really enjoyed my taro and Thai milk tea!! The tea was very well made and the boba tasted great! They have a wide variety from boba tea to many tropical and fruit teas! I also really enjoyed my ‘blackpink’ ice cream. ♥️♥️
