Restaurant reviewFor such a large town as Fort Wayne, I am surprised that there is only one Baskin Robbins. There is something about this being the iconic ice cream chain that I always wanted to go to as a kid. The pros is the Baskin Robbins variety of ice cream along with their ice cream cakes which are better than DQ birthday cakes. The bad is the super slow service with a line often going to the door as it is a Dunkin Donuts as well. During these covid times, you dont really want to be clustered together with other people. I was able to order an ice cream Disney Princess cake which looked exactly like the advertisement which was a plus for my daughters birthday.Hidden deals: Sign up for the birthday club to get a free scoop of ice cream.

Absolute worst Baskin Robbins you can go to. Ordered two scoops, the size of scoops were very small for the money, my son ordered a hot fudge sundae that barely had any hot fudge. You could tell that the employee named “Cracker” could give two &$@?’s about their customers. Not the first time with this experience. It used to be a great place a year or two ago. Not sure if it’s under new ownership, but I’d recommend go elsewhere.

Waited for several minutes to order. Only ordered a strawberry shake. They made everyones order after us and after sitting at the window for 5 minutes ask what we ordered and asked for our receipt. Absolutely awful.

Lobby was suppose to be open so we drove across town to take the kids. The lobby was closed 2 hours before closing time (door said lobby open) so we had to go through the drive through. When we asked why the lobby was closed (assuming the answer would be covid related), the employee said because we wanted to keep everything in one area tonight. Its hard to have children choose what they want with a menu that includes more options they are out of than what they have. Giving two stars because they did have a dairy free option for my daughter.

Waited forever to find out theyre out of bananas, every kind of cone, no sundaes, no good ice cream, out of everything... this place is a joke.. I dont understand how they make money... #1: Zestos. #2: cold stone. #3: dairy queen. Baskin Robbins is absolute garbage!

Please- someone needs to open another Baskin- Robbins in Fort Wayne! The one on Jefferson suffers from lackadaisical staff and no ice cream inventory.

The girl on the speaker was extremely cheerful to tell us that the Baskin and Robbins side was closed but have a good night!

Waited several minutes to place order to be told didnt have what we wanted on top of not being able to hear the person taking the order, then there was a car behind us honking because of the amount of time we were at the speaker. On top of that we waited several minutes for change. Very poor service for the money.

Baskin closes at 6:30. Had there been a sign on the door stating that the inside was closed we would have went through the drive-thru and made it before Baskin closed. They avacado toast was not toasted whatsoever. Wasted alot of time drive here specifically for Baskin as this is the only location in the area.

Low on flavors and waffle cones everytime ive went.

Location doesnt accept app orders so I had to go to the store to see item availability. Once there I realized the lobby is still closed so I had to get in the drive-thru line to then finally see they were out of 90% of their products but by then there was a car behind me so I had to wait to get through the drive through line just to go home empty handed.

They never have flavors, I have no idea why they still open if they dont have anything

Drove all the way to this place to get a new iced tea freeze to be told the blender is broke and they cant make it.

Love going here for evening coffee! Staff is just great and friendly.

Change your hours, please. It makes no sense to advertise that you’re open until 8:00pm, if you don’t serve ice cream after 7:30pm. It also sucks to be in the drive thru, be told that ice cream is not being served, and then have to back out of said drive thru.

Had a great experience Andrew did amazing with suggestive selling to me I will definitely be back in the near future I do not come to Fort Wayne very often but when I do I will definitely make sure I stop and visit this place due to Andrew customer service

Why dont yall ever have bananas here?? Makes no sense for a banana split or banana Royale to be on your menu and this is the 4th time I come for one and theres never bananas. Never any jamoca almond fudge or snickers ice cream. Like seriously disappointing.

Decent ice cream, kinda expensive. I wish they had more choices.

Didnt even get to place my order as no one would even acknowledge my presence. I stood behind the blue tape for the fake social distancing and everything. Waited for close to 10 minutes while 4 cars were served in drive thru. DAIRY QUEEN got me though... thanks DQ!

We just love this place. We live in Michigan not near any.....so visiting this place is a treat. Getting a free birthday ice cream is the icing on the cake.... :)

Love this place. Dunkin and Baskin Robbins means you can get coffee late until the store closes. Good for later night drinkers. Love the icecream too! 4 start because they can be slow sometimes. People need to figure out how to line up along the street instead of making a mess of traffic in the parking lot too.

Ive visited this spot for many years. Different employees but all have the same anguished expression. Order is not correct but good products.

Went there this morning and paid $24 for 5 donuts and 3 drinks! Was over charged,charged me for 8 donuts and only got 5. Called multiple times with no answer. Finally got thru and and explained and was told I was over charged and what did I want them to do about it. I tried to explain to them and was only hung up on. I called back and again no answer. I finally got thru again only to be told that it was not dunkin donuts, and hung up on again. Excuse me I just called the same number how is it not dunkin?? Finally got thru again to find out that they do not have a manager at the location and the employee that had hung up on me repeatedly does not know his own name!!!! WOW really poor customer service! Will not be going back to them when they treat thier customers like this! It was a simple fix but they blew it WAY out of perpotion!!!

Ice-cream was OK. Was told they were out of cones that were dipped and sprinkled and found out they can dip the cones and put sprinkles on it and it didnt have to be already made. Kinda wasnt the best first experience

I would love to say good things but the doors were locked over 20 mins before the posted closing time and those working inside pretended the 3 cars outside were not there!

If I could give a 0 I would came here 15 mins before close all the doors and window was locked they ignored us knocking on the door went in the drive thru and they ignored us as well we called and they were so rude said we already closed down the cash register completely rude never been to somewhere this rude never will go back

The Oreo ice cream was great. Really yummy, and one scoop in a bowl was enough for 2 to share. (Big scoop!)

The ice cream was adequate. The place was dirty, tables had coffee stains, foid and waste on the floors, bleh. The service was meh. The attendant gave us the wrong ice cream, didnt care to expand on choices and just assumed. Didnt seem like she knew menu well. Price was ok. Overall, Im meh on it and probably wont go back. The place appears to need better management.

They have one of the largest ice cream selections, even for a Baskin Robbins. Our kids love playing with the toys, they are such unique ones and they change them regularily. We also love the outdoor seating area.

They have my favorite flavor of ice cream, so it is a treat to go there every time.

Ordered a cone, and a good portion of the ice cream is falling off before it is handed to us; at least they offered a bowl and spoon. Then didnt know how to make what I asked for. As someone comes to help him, 2 other employees take their phones out; one of the two hops up and sits on a counter where drinks are made.Go to sit down...tables and floor are dirty, garbage is basically over flowing, and a cockroach is on the wall. By now, 4 employees are just looking at cell phones while one is bringing out more donuts. Sign inside says the Halls have owned and operated this franchise for 35+ years...cant fathom how.This was on Sunday, July 9, 2017 about 4:30pm.

Incompetent employees who don’t care about customer service.

Despite having 4 people visibly on staff every table was dirty, as well as the floor. The staff was too preoccupied entertaining themselves with phone videos and loudly singing along to actually do any work.

Arrived at store and went inside for ice cream. There were 5 people working behind counter, 2 possibly trainees. Was not greeted, was ignored by all who appeared to be working orders from the drive through only. Left after approximately 10 minutes standing at counter. This was 12:20pm on a Friday (06/15/2018).

Never have the flavor of ice cream I want that I drive 20 mins for and the same guy who works just says “nope” with no explanation of when they will have it. Supposedly they have to order it. I may try once more before I just give up and call it a day. I thought this place was known for daiquiri ice? Guess not

The girls were very snarky over the intercom when taking my order. Then I had to repeat my order when I got to the window. The girl gave me my ice cream in such a violent way that some toppings fell into my lap. Very unprofessional. Not going back go to cold stone or diary queen!

Do not order cakes from here. Owner doesnt care for delivering what you pay them for. He will blame their negligence as your fault for not knowing what their policy is. Ordered two cakes and was not given what I paid for, owner gave no care for ruining our cakes. Basically had to beg for refund which was not given to me.
