We visited for the first time the other day, this place did not disappoint. The store was clean. There were plenty of options for everyone. We came for the frozen yogurt this time. Next time we will try their juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, salads and/or sandwiches. Customer service was good also. We will definitely be back!
First stop at a Red Mango, and Ive gotta say I was impressed! Its not just frozen yogurt, smoothies, and fruit granola bowls. They have an assortment of flatbreads and pitas too. The Mediterranean Pesto was outstanding! I also had the Berries & Acai bowl, which was good. At the end, our family tried a few small samples of the different frozen yogurt flavors. Again, highly impressed with the taste and quality, not to mention selection! In Ohio, we have quite a few Tropical Smoothie and several Frutta Bowl locations. Both are great on their own, but Red Mango combines both concepts into one and adds frozen yogurt! When it comes to the Acai and Pitaya fruit bowls, I think Id still prefer the selection and overall taste of Frutta Bowls, but Red Mango isnt far behind and has other kinds of food to offer on the menu. We will definitely be stopping at a Red Mango again in the near future.
Place was amazing. Ill definitely go back. Also: polite staff, restaurant was very clean
I love the idea of create your own/self serve here. And not only that, but their menu had other things I didnt expect such as paninis and power bowls. I wanted to just keep coming back to try everything out!
Today was my first time visiting & wow I highly recommend coming here. I chose the banana peanut butter protein smoothie & it was so delicious & well balanced flavors!
We got the boba (however you say/spell it) it was very good. They put a LOT of balls in. I thought it was a bit on the higher end of price for this drink which we get often at different places but its understandable for the area & it was good.
My expectations were really high. The service was ok. The wait was a bit longer than expected. That may have colored my opinion.
I thought it was cute the first time I came and they had a child take my order. It wasnt cute the second time. He speaks so slowly and yells everything he says. Its not his fault, but dont have a CHILD at the register. And everything here is so expensive. Its good, but man.
My experience was kinda like shotty. The staff were bored and not very enthusiastic about working...I felt that. They had a small group of people outside and a few inside but I just didnt feel anything from anyone. It was a little off putting.
First time here asca vegan. I was excited to try the vegan options. I got a frono swirl of the best one and the spinach one. I asked the attendant about what toppings were vegan and she had no idea. I grabbed what I knew was vegan, coconut shreds, walnuts, abd maraschino cherries. I loved it. The reason not 5 stars is only because lack of knowledge by the girl there meant lack of options for me.
The Best smoothies and yogurt 😋
Best yogurt in fort wayne and best value!
The sweetest experience I had I think In a year thanks
I had lunch here today. I tried the flatbread chicken, cheddar and apple chip and a strawberry berry and banana smoothie. It was yummy! I finished eating lunch and couldnt resist also getting dessert! Yes, it is a little pricey, but its healthier than many other eateries around town.
Came here for an afternoon snack and was disappointed by a few factors.1) ordered online and was told it would be ready for pickup at 3:45. We arrived at 3:50 and waited at least 10 minutes more. They hadn’t started making the food yet when we arrived, despite there being nobody else in the store.2) neither of the 2 employees were wearing masks, even while making our food or handing it to us. This is in direct contradiction to the signs to “follow CDC guidelines” and advertising it as a safe, healthy place to work for job seekers on the door.3) I bought an açaí bowl and paid a couple dollars extra to add peanut butter and chia seeds. When I got home with my order, I realized they had only given it to me with the standard banana, strawberries, and granola. No PB or chia seeds, despite being charged for them.4) I included in my order notes that I am gluten free and to please make any necessary substitutions that were needed for my food to be gluten free. I am concerned that if they didn’t read my order enough to see the add-ons, that they also did not pay attention to my allergy concerns. Thankfully the granola appeared to be gluten free, but I would be wary if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Good, but a little overpriced for smoothies.
1st time there for our family. Staff was nice and professional. The toasted Peanut Butter & PB& J sandwich was delicious and larger than expected.Note: they apparently have soups and salads per the TV in their restaurant but the menu does NOT reflect these options. Wouldve been nice to know BEFORE ordering our lunch...
New Hawaiian bowl is amazing!
Very nice people and their food is very delicious and their juices are amazing! Highly recommend 👌
My fiancé is doing grub hub and someone ordered a choco nut bowl so I had too go back and order one it was really good pretty expensive but was definitely delicious and looked really pretty too the employees seem pretty friendly so that’s a plus
They are pretty cool for letting try free samples of fro-yo. They have smoothies, juices and even gourmet food including peanut butter and jelly. I like the reward points and card. They give me free stuff a lot. Seating is limited but they are never super busy like cold Stone. They also have gluten free flavors of two which is better than none
I use to love this place.Unfortunately, it has gone down hill. The new staff is terrible. They cannot understand you and vice versa. In addition to that they seem profoundly incapable of performing the most basic tasks.
Kinda pricey.
3.5 stars. Store was clean, employees were...there (they seemed bored). The toppings were pretty typical for what Ive seen at froyo places--nothing too special--but the yogurt itself was a great consistency and tasted fresh and delicious. I couldnt find the price per ounce posted anywhere, and was shocked that our 2 servings in the smallest bowls came to over $16....with very few toppings. Its definitely a splurge place for us. If we go back, Ill probably skip the toppings--the yogurt shines without them and they just add $$.
We come here often! Great service and great prices! Best of all their options are much more healthy than most frozen yogurt places!
Great service & yogurt! I am so impressed & just wanted more .So many toppings to choose from. A little pricey, but delicious .
Wide variety of flavors, toppings are always fresh, and they have a vast menu of healthy treats if youre not feeling the self-serve. You can get as basic as plain frozen yogurt with fruit and its still delicious.
Red Mango is a great place to go for a wide variety of different smoothies. The only thing is I wish they had a place in the shop for ppl to recycle there bottles. Besides that little hiccup, great place.
I loved all the choices. Such yummy froyo, great variety of toppings. My favorite are the bobas, and they had tons of flavors.
Rare soft serve ice cream place I can eat at. Love it!
Ive always liked Red Mango and the froyo fad of the early 2010s. There arent too many of these serve-your-own places around anymore, so check it out while you can.
Nothing like the shameful Red Mango stores in airports. Good, fresh frozen yogurt and toppings.
Our first time in here, glad we came in! Delicious yogurt both fruity and creamy varieties. Wish they actually had some more mango though! 😛
Im sorry if you would have been a bit disappointed by this is because you have been very good at it and it is very important to me that I have to tell you that I am going to be a lack of praise and he seemed like you would like me for this one of the most powerful and inspiring
Prices are great, great employees, yummy food, healthy options. The frozen yougurt changes regularly, the raw juices are great!!
It was good but would never come here without a special running it would be crazy expensive!
Best place ever. Their smoothies are amazing
My mom and I finished up dinner and were craving froyo, so we headed out to JP to satisfy our bellies. Our usual place was out of flavors we liked (it was about 8:15, they closed at 9) so I googled nearby places and Red Mango came up. We decided to give them a try, since it was so close. What a mistake! It was about 8:30 when we got there, so the lack of people was expected. We were greeted by the single employee, but she looked and sounded incredibly bored. We grabbed our small cups and got a little yogurt—well, I wanted chocolate, so I got the dark chocolate “sorbetto,” whatever that is. The topping bar was where things started to go downhill.Obviously, since it was the end of the night, we weren’t expecting super fresh and full ingredients, but we certainly weren’t expecting what we found. I went for the strawberries, which looked like they’d been out for days, while my mom grabbed a cup of cheesecake bites. When she poured them on, she discovered they were MOLDY.When she told the cashier, she seemed completely unfazed and didn’t so much as offer an apology (was this not a one time thing? Do they have moldy ingredients so often it’s not a concern?). My mom made a new bowl, with no cheesecake, and we paid. Prices weren’t listed anywhere (perhaps on the gigantic menu board of smoothies and such) but it was about $7 each for very little product. We sat down to eat and, while mine had an initial decent taste, it had a terrible aftertaste. There was nothing creamy or remotely delicious about any of it—the best thing was the chocolate chips I’d put on! I ate about half of my bowl before chucking it. My mom powered through and ate all of hers, but she also complained of a bad aftertaste (she got one of the fruity flavors). It’s been a few hours now, and my stomach is horribly upset. I’m not sure if it was the “sorbetto” or if my ingredients were moldy too and I just didn’t notice, but either way, we will not be coming back.
It was so good, I went there twice in a day! Everything tasted delicious!! Defiantly will be going back sometime soon.
Very nice staff. Healthy good drink options.
Little on the high price side. But I love the food selections and always a great smoothie!
The bomb on the healthy side love it!
Red Mango is my absoulute favorite place for a treat! I did not like frozen yogurt till I came here!!! I go every time Im in fort wayne. I have tried many different smoothies and juices ( my favorites being Beauty and The Greens & Blueberry Burner) but I also love that they switch out the frozen yogurt flavors almost every time i visit (which is basically weekly) and my favorite flavor is the acai blueberry! Its a must try!!! :)
My wife & I had the strawberry chocolate swirl skinny sorbet and are both sick within an hour of it. Looks like the sorbitol is the tough ingredient that many people have a hard time digesting. I have celiac which may be related to the intolerance, but dont know. Anyway, if you arent sure how your stomach handles sorbitol, go for a very small portion. Im sure the fro-yo would be a fine choice in the future.
Awful yogurt tastes salty and spoiled! Alerted the attendant and she just shrugged. Dont waste your time here!
Its yummy, but for a small cup of frozen yogurt, without any toppings, it was over $5.00.
Very overpriced. Ive gotten far better acai bowls for 1/3 the price in the West
Good, very good, but a bit pricey for yogurt.
I love this place the yogurt is delicious and refreshing ❤
Creative & delicious smoothies, froyo, & sandwiches. Too bad their prices are high, making their fare a rare treat.
I have not yet had the frozen yogurt (although I suspect frozen yogurt is hard to screw up, especially with 4 assorted flavors of boba on the toppings bar), so this is more a review for what I HAVE had; the hot chocolate. If I were rating on the hot chocolate alone, this would get 1 star. But I cant very well rate an entire restaurant based on only one item on the menu. For starters, the hot chocolate was EXPENSIVE. The only reason we went was that we had a buy one get one free coupon. Even still it was $2.70. Additionally, as I watched the associate make our drinks, I knew we were in for trouble. She filled the cups with tap water, added powdered mix (too much, I was sure of it), added more tap water, and served it to us. It was the perfect temperature, which I was surprised by, coming from a tap, but thats about all it had going for it. It was poorly stirred and WAY, WAY too chocolately. Additionally, it seemed to be a dark chocolate cocoa, with again, way too much powdered mix. We could have gotten much tastier cocoa and paid for two for the same price from Dunkin Donuts (and Im sure other establishments). DO NOT get the hot chocolate. I wouldnt take it if it were free.
Great flavors! Awesome staff!
Best place to eat frozen yogurt location is by Jefferson point Mall in Fort Wayne Indiana
Love the original with some granola, love that the granola is nut free and has flaxseed in it!!!! Clean and good flavors!!!
