Very nice place. We just had 4 different Razzles but they definitely do not skimp on the toppings. Was very good and will definitely be returning when we are near Fort Wayne.

Yummy soft serve ice cream. Plenty of options/toppings. You order at drive thru window or walk up to window and can sit on outside tables. No indoor public space. Good prices and friendly staff

The ice cream here is great. They fulfill orders very quickly. We actually had most of the order before we even paid for it.Ordered at the window instead of drive thru.Everything was as ordered and perfectly done.

If you prefer soft-serve, this place is for you. Love the fresh fruit they use! Personally Id prefer hard ice cream varieties, but this is about as good as soft-serve gets.

The ice cream is awesome!! The parking and the drive thru are not great. Only a single line goes stone the building. Once you are in you are stuck.

The only thing I dont like about this location is the way the parking lot and drive thru is set up. If they have a long line in drive thru there is barely a chance for you to park.

Oboy do I have a story, after baseball games my team would go to zestos because our team was zestos. Then get ice cream and sit on the hill signaling cats to honk at us. Good times.

8:30 on a Thursday. There were more cars in the drive thru than people out front, so we parked and walked right up to the window. All the employees wore masks and the outdoor tables were spaced more than 6 apart. Great service and great turtle sundaes

I dont eat ice cream but anytime I visit FWA I have to stop and get a vanilla cone. The ice cream is so creamy and smooth! My sister loves their cookie dough razzles.

Pulled into an extremely clean and pristine parking lot and building. The young man in the window was professional and worked quickly. The manager was working the kitchen area and he did it with such ease and professionalism if someone that takes prude in his work.Overall my experience was phenomenal! Looking forward to my next visit!

Each year they continue to raise the prices and make the servings smaller. You can get more for your money at other ice-cream stores. Also employees are not very friendly. They are always talking to go-workers and ignoring the customer when handing them their food.

The people were very happy to serve ice cream, even though we were a group of around 30-40, I give this a 5 of 5 for this reason. They are a good place for desert, and its small so I guess that would change it to a 4 out of 5 (Sorry zestos), That concludes my review of Zestos!

Ice cream here is very good but I was very displeased with the service. We first had to wait about 30 minutes in the drive thru, (which was expected) then when we ordered, the person taking our order had said sorry our register isnt working right please say that again, we told him our order again which was a large vanilla ice cream cherry dipped cone, small chocolate ice cream chocolate dipped cone, and a small twist cone. When we got to the window we paid they gave us the small twist cone then they went to give us another small twist cone and we told them we only wanted one that we wanted a small chocolate ice cream chocolate dipped cone, the gave us a vanilla chocolate dipped cone, and we told them that we wanted a chocolate ice cream chocolate dipped cone again, and the 3rd it was right. They then gave us a small vanilla cherry dipped cone, when we paid for a large. It was a simple cone order. Perfection is not expected but to mess up one order 4 times is ridiculous. VERY disappointed with the service and that we paid for more than we got, probably will not be coming back to this location for awhile. Very disappointed.
