Beautiful place! The ambiance is great! Live edge wood tables with real flowers. The service was amazing and the best and food was phenomenal. ( I actually chose this place after seeing the menu and photos of the cuisine!) Definitely worth the, off the interstate, stop! My husband and I chose 3 appetizers as our meal and walked away fully satisfied. I highly recommend the Fried Brussel Sprouts! I also enjoyed their Spectacular Dracula (Hazy IPA).
After hearing about this place for a long time and wanting to try it out, we decided to drop in for brunch. It seems that the best way to guarantee a spot to sit is to call and reserve a time so I highly suggest that for anyone thinking about checking this place out. We lucked out and got bar seats, and got to chat with the bartender and servers and it made for a fun experience. I tried a beer by Urban Artifact and ordered the chilaquiles with chorizo, while my wife had a mimosa and chicken and waffles. Both dishes had excellent presentation, tasted great, and were portioned well. One thing I suggest for all new people like me to try is the cinnamon roll… that thing is to die for! Quite possibly the best one I’ve had in my life, no joke! Can’t wait to go back and try the other menu options!
Good selection of beer. Menu is elevated pub food. Lots of flavor. Had chicken and waffle. Good portion. Not huge but ok. Chicken was mix of dark and white nuggets not in bone. Good batter with seasoning that has just a smidge of heat. Waffle was good. Shrimp and grits was great. Not a grits person but they were good. Shrimp was battered same as nuggets. Fried egg on top of grits and served with a sauce.
This place was amazing! It was our first time there and we were very impressed with the food and service. The fried green tomatoes was fantastic, I had the shio raman noodle bowl I highly recommend it and my husband had their mushroom pizza and that was also so good. We will definitely be returning!
Great atmosphere, intimate dining experience. Servers were very helpful in beer & wine selection. Pretzels with pimento cheese were excellent. Homemade soft pretzels with crusty exterior, with a great homemade pimento cheese spread. Burger and fries were excellent. Chuck roast gnocchi was a little sweeter than expected, none the less was very good.
The food was delicious and I say this..well, write this as a food critic. The service was amazing, even for an arrival ten minutes before the kitchen closed. While not elegant, it has personality and character. The wood tables are a great touch. The drink menu is extensive and different. This was a winner!
From the atmosphere, to the service, to the our food our visit was phenomenal! The ingredients were fresh and had an amazing balance in their flavors. We eat organic at home and many times when we eat out we are disappointed but not here everything was delicious and perfect! We will be back! Thank you for an amazing experience!
Beautiful place, amazing food. Drinks are good. Modern, chic ambience. Can go for a casual drink as well as a nice sit down dinner.Service was a little slow but the food more than makes up for the wait. Definitely check it out.
This is a great place to eat brunch. We tried the pastry board, grand slam breakfast and the burger. Was all delicious!! Our waiter was fabulous! Will eat their again!
We were heading through Fort Wayne this morning and went to Yelp to get a recommendation. Junk Ditch Brewing Company had brunch and ratings were quite good so we thought we would give it a try.First off, make a reservation if at all possible. Bar seating was first come, first served, but there are only 6 seats there currently. Luckily, we only waited about 10 minutes. My wife just opened for a cinnamon roll. It was large and fluffy with a delightful texture. The flavor was a nice balance of cinnamon and brown sugar. The glaze had a nice texture, neither too thin or thick, and just the right amount of sweetness. To drink I had a strawberry Berliner weisse, which was lovely. The level of fruit was nice. It was a refreshing summer quaff. As for food, I ordered the shrimp and grits (fried shrimp, sweet corn polenta, tuffle demi-glace, slow egg, bread crumb, and scallions). It was a delight. The last brunch I had that was executed this well was in Chicago, at a restaurant that held a Michelin star.If youre in or around Fort Wayne, stop and give Junk Ditch a try. You wont be disappointed.
Just had brunch here and their brunch burger and shrimp and grits were so so good. *dip the fries in the gravy ;)Also nick, the bartender/manager gave us exceptional service. Will be back again.
Good selection of beers that paired well with an exceptional menu that rocked my taste buds. will definitely be coming back in the future
Absolute great experience for our first time visiting on a work trip. Awesome environment, food, and beer. Chelsie took care of us and gave us great recommendations on food/drinks. She was super helpful and friendly. The Spectacular Draculas and Pink Cloud Summer were both awesome beer choices - highly recommend. Ordered the local basic burger and it was delicious. From service to everything else, very glad we chose this spot. If you’re in town, GO HERE! 😊
Went here before the Whiskey Myers concert on 7/30 last week. I was impressed. Food was spectacular, I definitely recommend the main lobster Mac, Brussel sprouts and the Titania. Should have taken some of that to go. Thanks to the bartender, she was friendly and engaging.
Brunch was outstanding! We will return for dinner. I highly suggest reservations. They were turning people away the whole time we were there.
Everything was amazing. The beers we had were great and the offering of a taste prior to committing to a pour was so great! I had the salmon and my husband had the curry. The curry is really spicy but both dishes were so delicious! We will definitely be back.
Go for the beer stay for the food. Go for the food and stay for the beer... I dunno but this place rules. The service, beer and food were incredible. Order the chuck roast gnocchi and thank me later. Their bread and hamburger buns are made in house too. In a state filled with mediocre chains this place is a gem.
This has made my list of favorite restaurants in Fort Wayne! I had the Ramen with pork belly and it was amazing! My youngest kiddo had the lobster Mac and cheese and my oldest kiddo had the pepperoni pizza. Everything was amazing! I had a hazy ipa 🍺 that was pretty decent as well! We will be back!
Our waiter Skylar was fantastic! The food and beer was amazing! The atmosphere was great! It made for a wonderful birthday dinner!
Great food. Great service. Would highly recommend this place.
Wasnt sure what to expect, menu sounded a little out there, but the food was amazing! Burger had such great flavor with an unexpected slaw. Lavender creme brulee was well done and definitely didnt taste floral, but delicious. Great offering of beer, cider, and wine. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and non-obtrusive. Would 100% come back the next time Im coming through Fort Wayne.
The shrimp and grits very good! You will not be disappointed. Staff was courtesy and friendly; I was nervous at first cause I’m in Indiana and I normally only eat this cuisine in the south. But i was Pleasantly surprised by the creativity of flavors!
Its pretty cool. Been there a couple times now. Tuesday afternoons they have food trucks and a jaz band. In-house beer is great and they have a sour, thats awesome. In-house food is also awesome, get the pizza its the best.
A little hard to find but well worth the effort. Food menu is not huge but incredibly good staff was very helpful and I can recommend it if you like local well-made food
A hidden gem. Because its hidden. Drove past a few times to find this place, but thrilled that I did. Had a lunch meeting here. A very cool very open dining room with high ceilings and exposed supports. The lunch menu is simple and filled with unique items and they offer a great variety of alcoholic and soft drinks. Will be returning here for dinner soon.
Awesome! Food Awesome! Beer Awesome! Service Awesome! Thanks Nick! My new favorite place in Fort Wayne.
Really great establishment with a very impressive staff. It’s not your typical brewery, but rather feels like a classy lounge/restaurant that serves its’ own beer along with other drinks. Totally worth a visit.
Brunch on Christmas Eve was excellent! The croque madame was amazing ... first time for this dish and I think Ive found my new favorite! Our server was perfect and the atmosphere is fun here. We had a bit of trouble with some over-cooked bacon, but that was quickly and politely addressed. Highly recommend this place!
We had a great time here. The beers were very good and the staff was super friendly. A unique menu with many options and our food was great
Food was unusual but tasty. Service was friendly, competent and professional. Prices were market-typical. Well be back!
Great for date night. Super cute. Great atmosphere the food was delicious.
Great food! Service was outstanding and the wait staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when making food and drink decisions.
Great experience other patio. MacKenzie did an awesome job taking care of our group of 6. Food was great, although burgers were a touch over done.
I went with my best friend for a girls night out! The waiter we had was polite and a gentleman in fact! He opened the door for us and complemented our outfits! Perfect environment and best menu!
Awesome food and amazing service. Never disappointed!
Neat spot. I had heard great things. In my opinion, it was a bit pricey; and dishes were too heavy on the ingredients & flavors. However, I’d still try it again. The food was still good & the portion sizes were huge. I had the brussel sprout appetizer. Unfortunately, it tasted too burnt. Nonetheless, my entree (duck and shrimp fried rice) was good. The duck was phenomenal & tender and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. It was also packed full, so it’s not just a bunch of filler. The staff was also very friendly and attentive!
Arguably the best burger Ive ever ate!! And, if they wouldve sold the honey butter in 5 gallon pails, wed have one in our fridge right now!!
Chelsie our waitresses was amazing food was great and beer was fire.. such a great place to hang out and have a good beer.
Husbands birthday day was amazing there. Thanks to all the staff food was amazing..
Nice atmosphere. The staff is super friendly! The food looked great. Tasted bland though. I think more seasoning would help
Great food, good service. Lost my pendant...hoping some good Samaritan found it. Glass beads made in shape of a nurse, heart and 🐞.
Ridiculous brunch. Ill go multiple times to try everything. Very kid friendly.Get the shakshouka extra spicy.. They will add ghost peppers.
Delicious Foods, Great drinks, Cozy but lively Atmosphere, and Very Very kind and Considerate Staff. I recommend sitting on the outside of possible, good view of urban nature. Staff where a little slower at checkout but they repaid us with a free slice of pie and a genuine apology. All in all a great place if you want to splurge a little, a little pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. None of that big price little serving stuff either.
Pur server jess was wonderful and so was the food and beer. Samples are definitely the way to go! I will definitely be back
Update 8 24 19 - my wife made reservations so i had to go. The chicken and waffles was not great, over cooked, tasting almost burnt, chicken. The yogurt was ok. Overall meh still. The brunch item I got, a sandwich with carnitas, arugula, egg, and etc. was ok, but bland. Really needs some kind of flavor. The rest of the stuff we got was ok, not the greatest. Had to order side items separate, toast and fried potatoes that took a while to arrive. I mean, toast? But hey, it was thick and placed on the plate well. They were both meh too. The best item really was the orange soda. The atmosphere is about the same as any new trendy place. However, annoying loud music. After being denied a seat the first time we came, and then making a reservation for the second, I can say it was really not worth it. Maybe Ill try them for lunch or dinner, but the brunch was wholly unimpressive. Best place in Fort Wayne? Not for me.
Always interesting and delicious fare and the perfect drinks to pair. Love the atmosphere and the service is incredible every time
Great food. Fantastic service?
It was my first time coming to this place and it is a hidden gem ! The food was absolutely amazing as well as the wine !!! My boyfriend got the beer and he loved it ! The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming ! I think our servers name was Collin and he was absolutely amazing and so nice ! We plan on coming back once a week from now on !!!
Great pizza, often my go-to spot for carryout za. Fantastic beer and great quality food, you wont be disappointed. Besides having really good beer, you can also come here for the high-end food alone. The chuck roast gnocchi is amazing, and the pizzas are delicious and sizable. Love the adorable little outdoor patio.
Service is 5 out of 5, amazing staff, very helpful! Food is 4 out of 5, very good but each dish seems to be missing just a little something. Beers: 5 out of 5, INCREDIBLE CRAFT BREWS.
Went there for the first time during Savor Fort Wayne. The food was amazing! The service was equally good! Definitely want to go back!
This brewing co. Was a good place to stop and eat food, I would recommend for a stop to try the beer and food wont be disappointed
Junk Ditch has a lovely, private outside porch for dining. An attentive waiter and a good meal made for a really pleasant lunch.Three of us had a tasty cheeseburger with fries. One friend had a chucky sandwich filled with 3 cheeses. The highlight for this guest was their side of brussel sprouts filled with onions and cherries.
Beers, food, and staff were all amazing! Highly recommend this place if you havent been yet. Im definitely planning on another visit soon!
Great beer selection, and even better food. Service is friendly, and the place is beautiful.
The service was excellent, our server was attentive, sociable, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back for more good food, good drink, and amazing service!
Im so disappointed in the front of house staff/management. I made reservations for my best friends birthday a week before her birthday. I then called to confirm this reservation two days before. 15 minutes before our reservation, I receive a text that said my table is ready. Luckily I live close and we arrived right on time for our 6:30 reservation only for the hostess to laugh in my friends face and say youre late, the reservation was at 6 and we gave your table away. The FOH manager then walks over and says that they had sent me multiple texts and tried calling several times (only received one text/one call and no voicemail) and continued to blame us for being late instead of maybe considering that there was a miscommunication on the correct time. He did try to help but was rude and continued to blame us, the customer. From someone who has a background in hospitality management, this was a very poor way to handle the situation. My friends and I left and will not be back to junk ditch!
Friendly staff, great snacks, excellent beers. My friend and I had a great time trying a flight and snagging a couple of growlers to take home. Definitely plan on returning, and if I can trick someone into DD-ing Id like to stay for a few pints and a full meal next time!
Very different menu..tenderloin was thin on meat a d too much bun.
Went here tonight for a b-day dinner and the entire staff was great! Michele was an amazing waitress and was very attentive! 10/10!! Cant wait to come back another time !
Best place in Fort Wayne for brunch. Get the chilaquiles or the hash!
I loved the atmosphere of the place, and their food was amazing. On top of that, the servers were nice and pleasant to talk to. Definitely plan on going back.
Great food and service.
