These guys went above and beyond for us. They did not have the tires that we needed for my car but they found them at another store nearby sent someone to get the tires for us so that we could do tires and alignment at their store the same day and got it done and to us. They were so incredibly helpful it was a fantastic experience with tire Barn

I was told by my father that itll take 2 hrs.But when I went in they said itll be an hour. But its been almost 3 hours and still waiting. (This is on a Wednesday).To be honest Im not mad or anything, just wished they would have told me it would be 2- 3 hours so I know how to plan my day off while waiting. Other than that the employees were nice and respectful.Also they were the only ones with the size of tire I needed. So its better than waiting another day to get this done.

I have used tire barn for all my tire needs since 2008. I have always been treated with respect and never told I needed service I did not need or request. The guys at the Coldwater location have always gone above and beyond when I have needed service. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Made appt online, they was busy but cars was moving out in a good pace. Recommend ion was made that I needed lugnuts at my next tire rotation and notes was placed on my receipt. I went back for safety check made me feel safer to recheck tires.

I stopped by here a few days ago an hour before closing to get my tire patched & the guy did it just in time so I didn’t have to wait until tomorrow to get it fixed. It was super last minute & they were on the ball about it. Highly recommend & it was less than $50... Can’t beat that

I don’t live in Fort Wayne—I got stuck here with a surprise flat tire. Called Tire Barn (one of the only ones around open on a Sunday!) and they were so patient, kind, and helpful. I got what I needed, and could finally go home. Very thankful!

Replaced lug nuts so poorly that they stripped three bolts and one is now impossible to remove for a simple brake change. I have to to take it to a mechanic just to have the final lug nut removed before I can have the brakes changed at home. Careless.

Had low air on one of my tires. They put a new stem valve and reseal tire to rim excellent work. Still under warranty after two years

I am kind of torn here. The service was excellent. They mounted and balanced my tire that I bought on eBay and disposed of my old tire for under $25. The staff is polite and helpful.But, I had arrived to Tire Barn at 10:30am for an 11:00a.m. appointment. My car was finally done by 1:30pm, causing me to miss an appointment. I witnessed the staff take walk-ins ahead of those of us who made appointments. I think they need to rework how they take customers, scheduling time slots for walk-ins.Again, the service and staff were wonderful, they just need to work out the time management issues.

Between 2 workers and having 1 customer ahead of me, I only waited about an hour to have 4 tires changed on a walk in with no appointment 👌 would recommend

They are pretty good, man name dawuan is helpful.. had to wait hour and 1/2 just for have 4 tires n rims put on brand new and got wrong lugnuts, had to get other ones and still ended up late to work and they forgot put my caps on my rims before i left tire barn.. but all in all they pretty good.

I have been dealing with Brian the manager of this Tire Barn since the early 90s and he has never been anything but professional. I would never trust anybody but Brian to be honest when it comes to tires here in Fort Wayne.

Got good tires at a great price really quick with no nonsense. You cant ask for more than that!

Didnt feel like they were trying to money grab like all the other places do and are friendly and always make time for you. Went to a different place and was told that I needed all new rims to fix my tire issues, went here and they fixed the issues for $66. Would recommend.

Great customer service and even faster service went in for a flat repair on a tire that we had a warranty on they had me in and out the door and less than 15 minutes

We brought my car in since one of the tires was dropping pressure quickly. After over an hour of waiting, they found a small nail in it and pulled it out. After giving us the receipt, we thought they had done some work on the tire to patch the hole, but we discovered they didnt actually do anything else after another an hour of driving. We would have been better off just leaving the nail in the tire instead of wasting our time here. At least they didnt charge us anything, so that was a small consolation.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Bryan and Steve were all over it, even making sure that there were no tire leaks and Bryan even checked (and reset) the Cadillac air pressure sensors for each wheel after the wheels were rotated. They got new tires on my van in a timely manner. They did not put spare away like they said they would. That’s my only complaint.

I went to another local shop I won’t mention no names. Had a balance done and I knew there was something wrong. Went to see Steve and Brian at Tire Barn. They checked the balance for me and it was still off. So they did a re-balance for me and now my truck drives like brand new. Thanks again

Great service. needed new tires, technician was knowledgeable and didnt try to run up prices, instead tried to make the tires as reasonable as possible. plan to do all future tire business with them.

Luckily I got there before they closed, they had multiple staff and took my car right away. I thought it was a slow leak, it had a screw in it. They repaired it for $25 and I was on my way in 15 min, very pleasant staff.

I thought I had a major repair on a problem tire. Just turned out to be a nail and the professional’s here had me in and out in less than a half hour. Highly recommended, very cool dudes to boot! Keep up the good work

Quoted me 850 for four new tires with a 50,000 mile warranty. The place looked and smelled like a bathroom. The help looked like theyd just come from the trailer park after cooking a batch of meth.Went down the road to discount tire and had a completely different experience. 100 dollars cheaper, clean, and the help had all their teeth.

Printed a quote for tires which included disposal, installation, all the essentials for my 37 dollar tires. It came to 245. I took it with me and told the tech, i want this. When i went to pick up the car the tech say 385. Apparently, they now charge extra for the lifetime rotate and balance service that used to be included. They wanted to charge me 40 bucks per tire. I refused and will NEVER go back.

The most friendly, down to earth people ! Everyone comes out (mechanics, front desk, ect..) to talk to you if they have to explain something wrong with your car so you get multiple points of view... and expertise.

I like their service. They are efficient and for minor jobs I rarely have to wait more than 20 minutes, even without any appointment. I suggest buying tires with warranty from them. This helps to take care of anything wrong with the tire: rotation, balancing, replacement and fixing flats for free.

I had an alignment done here after my husband worked on a repair in the fall of 2016. I remember these guys being fast and friendly, but Im leaving this review because its now winter of 2017, and we noticed that Tire Barn did not put the appropriate nuts back onto my tie rods after the alignment. I just suffered a disconnected (not broken) drivers front tie rod, and we noticed that the nut is missing on both sides. This means the other side can potentially suffer the same disconnect. Theres not much that we can do since the service was a year ago, but they were the last guys to work on this part of my car and made a critical error that is costing us big time this holiday season. Not to mention that Ive been in serious danger driving for a year now.

Great service, wait time wasnt even that long, With all 4 new tires it cost me around 750 and thats even with the Mileage warranty. when I went down the road to discount tire they had quoted me over a $1000 for 4 new tires. The waiting area did not smell like a bathroom the waiting area is just simply a waiting area, I had no problem waitting. And the man that had helped me seems like he is a very hard working man. Bought tires almost three years ago, was pretty sure that I had purchased road hazard warranty, but couldnt find receipts. Store manager looked up the receipt, and I was covered. Left front tire was losing air, turned out it was a bent rim. Repair was still covered. I was very impressed and thankful.

Made an appointment when they opened, brought car in at time of appointment. Was told when dropping the car off that it would be 1:30-2 hours. Now, 2 hours later car is still untouched. Piss poor management. Had I known this I would have waited a day and taken my car somewhere else. I will never come here again. And I advise all others to avoid it as well.
