I love they have Saturday hours. I work and it made it much easier to find a ride back home . They did my 60,000 mile stuff, and fixed my break pads. If i only spend 800 for the year i feel great. Everyone was nice and they finished pretty quick. Great work everyone .

I highly recommend INFINITI of Fort Wayne! Everyone we talked with during our search for a vehicle was kind, helpful, open, honest, and patient with our repeat visits and endless questions. The sales force was genuinely interested in exploring our needs and investigating with us how different products may match those needs and desires. The scheduling for the service department is the WORST I have ever dealt with in my life. It takes forever for them to pick up the phone and if they do half the time their system is down. The other half of the time you are made to feel like you are bothering them with your call. Now they have a new policy that they may or may not have a loaner car for you when you get there. I am over 30 miles away and do NOT want to play loaner car lottery. Finding a new place to do my Infiniti service.

I gave the dealership another try as I have been disappointed with previous service. The quality of the work is great however the time it takes for service is terrible. The service type has been an oil change every time I have used this location. This time when scheduling service I had requested the shuttle service. I was using my 30 min lunch break to drop of my car and would return when I was finished working for the day. I called to verify that shuttle service would be available and explained that I was using my lunch break to drop off the vehicle. I was told that yes, a driver would be available. I arrive to drop off the vehicle and state again that I am on my 30 min lunch and was told the shuttle would be available. It wasn’t. I waited 15 min for the driver to arrive from another drop off, then it’s a minimum of a 20 min drive to get back to work depending on traffic. Once again, disappointed in the lack of communication. I have stayed and waited for the vehicle during a previous appointment and it was a 2hr wait for an oil change. This location will not receive another chance.

I am pleased with this experience Fort Wayne Nissan. I feel they went above and beyond what was required to complete the service needed on my 2017 Nissan Frontier.However, the shuttle service was not on time to return me the 5 miles back to my job and I was counting on it to be. This is not a deal breaker for me but if your not going to provide a loaner vehicle then the shuttle service needs to be counted on. They did have someone personally drive me back to work after expressing that I could not wait any longer and I appreciated that.This was my first experience after swearing to never return to Fort Wayne Nissan again. In December of 2017 I was treated very rudely by a service writer at this location. I was very shocked and angry at the time because after submitting an email to Nissans customer service I received no reply.This was a good first step in redemption. I may return here for service to me or my wifes Nissan.Thanks for your time, Bill Rogers

I was actually surprised. I loathe dealerships and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I was greeted when I first walked in despite every salesman having someone at their desk. The wait was super short. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for without being over pushy or trying to just get my money. Definitely a great experience and I know where I’ll be going once I need a new car!

I purchased a Infiniti QX80 in March from Brad at Infiniti. The vehicle was listed as is, however prior to giving them a check outright, I had conditions. The headphones to the theater system was broken and the vehicle smelled. The salesperson gave me a due bill for headphones and a professional detail. I’ve contacted Infiniti several times asking for a resolution to my due bill. Needless to say, it’s now over two months and I haven’t heard a peep from them. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and total disregard for their customers. This will be my last purchase through Infiniti and I will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service says EVERYTHING about an organization. Once they received my check they could careless about any promises made!

Well not sure about my purchase. It’s a very nice 2018 Nissan Rogue with 35000 miles. Has all the bells and whistles. AWD. But I feel I was kind of ripped off. 1st off it needs new tires which I should of spoke up and asked for them. The price of 24500 was over the top price of KBB value. So got ripped off there. Then I paid a lot for the 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I think it should have came with it. But then again my fault. When it was all said and done it was $31000!!!!!! For 81 months!!!! I now wish I would have got up and walked out. I didn’t know what I was getting into until I went into the finance guys office. I thought 24000 that’s ok. But 31000 and 81 months man I kinda got ripped off. I really didn’t get pressured but just wish I would have spoke up. Like I said I didn’t speak up when I should have.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review because my car was not repaired. My car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to the dealer. They charged the battery and performed a computer diagnostic check. I was told that they could not find anything wrong and that I must have left a light on or door open. I drove the car home and the next morning the battery was completely dead again. Once more I had it towed to the shop. No one called me with a report so I called them and was told that the car started right up for them. They couldn’t find the problem and were just letting it sit to see if it would recreate the problem. I called again the next afternoon and no progress had been made. I was told that they would call me back at the end of the day. I did not receive a phone call that day or the next so I called again. My call went to voice mail. I left a message for the service manager to call me back with an update but have not heard from anyone. I don’t understand the lack of communication. I get that they are struggling to diagnose the problem but it is frustrating to be without transportation for several days and not hear an update on the repair status. My past experiences with Nissan have always been quite good and communication has never been an issue before. I don’t know what has changed but this is not good service at this point. I still don’t have a car and I have no idea what steps they have taken or what to expect going forward.

I was in the market for the QX80. My local dealerships in MI were little help. I found Infiniti of Fort Wayne, they had the vehicle I wanted down to the last detail. In 1 phone call I was able to get my application done and within a couple days the deal was finalized. The staff was super friendly, Mike was amazing. My vehicle was delivered and even the follow service was amazing. I did this whole process from my office and it felt like they were there the whole time. I love the vehicle and I appreciate the service I’m getting g it to me.

Fort Wayne Nissan and Infiniti have a awesome service, from sales person, finance manager and finance manager. I bought a car on Friday and the engine light came on, I called the dealership and talked.to the service department and sales manager about the issue I was having with my car. They then diagnosed the car and found out that the car had a transmission and radiator issue, I was really scared about the repair bill how much it will be but when they called me I almost can’t believe it that they will cover everything all the cost ($5k) and will charge me 0. They told me since they sold me a car with An issues they will take care of problem! I’m so relieved and a happy.

Jason was very polite and freindly and helpful by explaining what they was going to do and how long it would take to get the car done. When the car was finished and i took it home and i had this shaking in my steering wheel really bad, i calked Jason and he got me back in asap to check it out but i decided to get brand new tires on my car and when i did i DIDNT have the shaking in my steering wheel anymore so i stopped by and told Jason that i wouldnt need to bring the car back because we found out it was the tires that was making the steering wheel shake. I apologized to Jason for giving him a bad review . Jason and his team did a great JOB. Would return here if needed to and would recommend to my family and friends.

My 2011 Quest began running very roughly and service was required. Fort Wayne Nissan diagnosed and corrected the problem. My only criticism is the number of days between the day the van was staged at the dealership for service and the day diagnostic service was actually performed. One-week delay seems a bit excessive. A follow-up call came the day after I picked up my Quest from FW Nissan, checking on my satisfaction with the performed service and the resulting performance. I DO appreciate the dealerships concern.

My husband asked for new tires like the ones on the car when he purchased it. They were run flats so there was no spare. What he received was an inexpensive tire that was not a run flat and he has no spare tire or a place to put it in the back of the car. If he had a flat he would be stuck. All we ask is what we were promised...new run flat tires appropriate for this car. At this point we cannot refer people to your dealership or give a complimentary review. We would not purchase a car from this dealership again.”Sadly they never responded. I cannot and will not refer anyone to a dealership that makes promises and does not follow through. Buyer beware!

I traveled 4 hours for an appointment to look at a CPO Infiniti Q50. When I arrived and inspected the vehicle, I found front end damage on the passenger side front bumper (crease in the bumper and missing paint), as well as a large spot (12 x 12) on the driver rear quarter and a smaller spot on the driver side lower front bumper where the paint had been touched up by a very poor job of spray paint. I cant believe the dealership would not disclose this damage, much less try to sell it as a CPO when the CPO inspection clearly calls out damage to the vehicle. The dealership offered to repaint the and fix the bumpers, but I had lost all confidence at that point. I left and drove to another dealership in Illinois and had a fantastic buying experience.

I’m Giddy about my new 2020 Nissan Altima SR! It’s got all the bells and whistles! It’s pearl white; it’s sure classy looking! John H. was an easy to deal with salesman who was professional yet personable. Tim was great to work with as well. Ron, the finance guy had a great sense of humor and fun spirited.My previous car was a 2015 Nissan Altima. The 33 mpg is a major reason I kept with another Nissan; the average I kept with both city and rural driving.I am excited about the upgrades of this newer vehicle including heated seats, heated mirrors, moonroof, alloy wheels, 8 inch touch screen display, and Apple car play. The stereo speakers are fantastic.Lane departure warning is actually a neat feature.The interior looks so sporty! One last feature that I want to mention. The vehicle security system allows me to keep the key fob in my purse while I touch the door handle button which opens the door/doors.In 30 days, they want me to come back so they can check my car for a 30 point inspection.One thing I can see that I am not going to like is the touch screen; I can see my fingerprints.I recommend Fort Wayne Nissan! Make sure you ask for John H.!

Stopped in to have the computer system rebooted/ reprogrammed on my infiniti after buying a new battery, I was told, There is no such thing, but they could do a diagnostic test. Well according to five mechanics in Fort Wayne, the dealership is the only service center who could reprogram my vehicle after replacing the battery. I guess this place will only provide service at a particular dollar amount, ... if youre not a, regular customer.

Took my car in for a simple set of computer re-flashing. While they seamed friendly and understanding on the phone (We live an hour away) everything became about money when we got there. The floor manager seamed to have an urgency about getting us out of there. But the repair job took 3 hours. We had to reconfirm 3 times to 3 different people our set of rules reflash ecm and bcm. They charged us $129 to swap the ecu litterally a single bolt everything was already out. Maybe thats what took 3 hours to do. If you actually car about your money I would recommend somewhere else but if your buying a new Infiniti thats probably the least of your concerns right?

I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Infiniti of Fort Wayne. We live in Indianapolis but they made it worth while to make a two hour trip to Fort Wayne to purchase a vehicle. Kris Sanders our salesperson worked hard to earn our business. She found a vehicle with all of the options that we wanted and gave us a better price than the dealer in our city. We arrived at the dealer a few hours before closing but this didnt deter Kris from spending quality time showing us all of the vehicles options. The finance manager Steve Morrison was also very professional. He gave us a better interest rate than the rate I was offered from my local credit union. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and I would recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti to consider this dealer.

I have to say that my experience with the service department is not very good. One time I took my car in and they recommended maintenance that was not necessary. I know that because I had just changed several of the items they mentioned and even after they looked at it recommended it be changed. The last time I took the car in for some quick fixes that were supposed to last a couple hours, one lasted three weeks and now I am going on day four on this current quick fix. Each time in fixing the issue, something always gets damaged to the point they have to order parts. The length of time it takes to get the parts in makes me think they must make the parts as the assemble the car because each time parts are on back order. Not happy and will probably not buy another Infiniti if this experience continues.
