Very good people and quick service

Customer service was excellent. Fast in and out time. They figured out the electrical issue with our 05 Town and Country transmission quickly. Prices seem very fair and he even located a used replacement power distribution center (new would be extremely expensive I imagine). They also called and asked for approval before fixing the issue, and gave us an estimate which was spot on for the final price. Really appreciate that too. They allowed us to drop off and pickup the vehicle on our weekend/after-hours schedule because we paid for the bill over the phone. We appreciate the good fast work and flexibility guys! Thanks you!

Very nice and helpful staff. The wait is typically longer than expected even with an appointment. The waiting room is always thick with fumes that quickly cause me to have a sore throat and irritated eyes. My car smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up.

JTS is the real deal! We have had bad experiences at previous auto repair places. We found JTS and decided to give them a try. That was over 2 years ago and we have never been disappointed. This business is the best one around Fort Wayne. We have been going to them for years. They even installed a winch in the bed of my husbands truck which is not their normal duties. They are very honest and always get us in as soon as possible. Will not go to any other shop.

I would highly recommend this shop, especially Crystal. When I broke down she helped me get my car off the road an into a parking lot. They were able to fix my car very quickly and it runs better than before. The whole staff was very nice and respectable. It ended up costing less than expected as well. Definitely a good place for a car repair!

I have been having service work done at JTS for over 8 years with our 4 family vehicles and over 20+ company trucks. Tim has called me several times when parts are covered under a dealer warrenty rather then just replacing the parts and charging us. I would of given five stars. 2 was dog friendly. Didnt help me much. When he told me to hear much greater noise on my vw jetta 03 to come back i believed him and a fool i am to come back they still refuse. Hey just tell me i dont specialize in jettas maybe i wouldnt come to begin with. It would of been nice if they did more speculations on my car. That noise is noticable and my car doesnt make sounds since ive owned it. But shes old i get it but man i should of read the reviews before taking it to them. Domestic and common asian not german reviews.

A great shop you can trust!

JTS did a great job in fixing a front bearing issue on my truck. I thought the problem was a 4 wheel drive problem, but investigation found the left front bearing bad. The problem was difficult to find . They did not give up until they found the problem and it was resolved. Another great job completed by JTS!
