UPDATE: After my friend had the car for about three weeks an making payments they were told that they could not get paperwork to get plates until they paid taxes on the car which was an unexpected expense that was not made clear at the time of purchase. My friend did not budget for this unexpected expense. And I dont understand why this wasnt made clear at the time of the sale. Put 1k down. Imo the taxes should have been paid in the down-payment. BEWARE of unclear costs at time of sale. (First Post) My friend bought a car here and had some brake and drive train issues a couple of days after the purchase. She talked to them about the problems and they fixed all the problems a few days later. If you are looking to buy a car that has around 100k miles and dont want to spend too much for a vehicle, I highly recommend Palermo. They also do buy here pay here. This transaction gave me the feeling they use ethical business practices everyday.

Doesnt even deserve any start Alex and his girlfriend Jackie are rude! My husband worked for him in his houses Alex took hours out of my husbands check to pay for rent at one if his houses we lived at. He then tried filing for eviction he list in court 3 tomes when I would get home from court there would be another eviction on my door we have actually paid over and hes trying to sue us for 5000.00 dollars. This man is rude and so is his girl friend! They both yell at you when your in there to pay rent and she told me to f$#* off and that I wad her least favorite person on earth! I have it all on video!

Said hed be ready by Friday (I needed to paint some parts of the car), but that was a lie I couldnt even expect. I picked up the car the next week, when I started talking about a discount in price, because for some time I could not work without a car, I started yelling at me and said the price is higher than the one we agreed on. I will not say anything yet about the quality of work))I DO NOT RECOMMEND, MAN WITHOUT HONOR. NOT A MAN ....

Alex owns this “car lot” co owns a bar and roughly 100 rental homes inter Fort Wayne area. We rented a house from May of 2016- December of 2018 and he is now taking us to court for the sum of $6,000 when the total in “damages” at the walk through was less than $2,000. These damages include having to paint walls (after I patched all the nail holes from pictures we hung), replacing drywall that was damaged from the upstairs shower leaking. (We had zero use the master shower for 1-1/2 years), fixing a dent in the drywall in the garage that was there when we moved in. And the list continues. Alex was a really nice guy up until we moved out. I would recommend not doing any business with him.

This company does not deserve not even one star!! When i was 18 single with a new born baby i walked into plamero auto. I had just gotten my first tax check ever and put down 1000 deposit. I left with a pretty white grand am. Two days later the car blew up, he never made it right! He stole $1000 from me amd my child!!! Karma will get this man!!!!!

They showed me several cars but didnt have prices on anyof them also couldnt come up with any. One car was dead and wouldnt start.
