I’ve used these guys for about 4 years now. They did great work for me when I had an 09 Mini Cooper S and now with my 03 Toyota 4Runner! They’re always quick, my car is never dirty after they’ve worked on it. They don’t cost an arm and a leg, and the staff is friendly. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics and these guys just seem to do it better. They don’t try to rip me off or tell me something needs to be fixed when it doesn’t. Great company, great people, super friendly and helpful, quick, professional and easily the best auto shop in Fort Collins.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for service and repairs for some time now, and Ive always have been satisfied with the quality of work that was done, Its nice to have a shop that I trust will do the work correctly, and charge a fair rate.

Ive been here 4 separate times for various problems with my 1999 Mercedes ML 430 and theyre awesome. Never tried to sell me anything I didnt ask about like some other places in Fort Collins.

This place is great. They are very honest and efficient. I took my daughters car in for service without an appointment. I left it with them mid afternoon and they called at 8:30 the following morning saying it was ready for pickup. I highly recommend them.

As a young woman I look for a mechanic shop that won’t undermine or overcharge me. I was glad to find Campus Auto and be treated with kindness and like any other customer, they even invited me back to see first hand the issues with my brakes. I am glad they did this instead of just writing up a bill and telling me that’s what needed done. They did a full write up and allowed me to choose what to get done or not get done and I’m grateful they didn’t pressure me into buying or try to up sell me. They fit me into their day and I will feel safer in my car at half the price I was expecting to pay. Will definitely be using Campus Auto from here on.

Campus auto does it right again! They helped before us by looking over our Toyota Prius, giving us the green light to purchase, we were satisfied with that. Now they provided a differential fluid exchange on our Chevy Traverse. Billy is usually ok, but she can be very unprofessional and Im tired of the verbal sparring. If you havent checked the alternator yet, then dont tell me twice I dont think its the alternator. Humor me or stay quiet, but dont speculate. That just seems lazy and rude. Guessing as to whats wrong without giving me a solution helps no one. Im done working with them.

Amazing! When my car died after hours and we had to get it towed to their shop and leave my keys in the drop box they called me first thing in the morning to check up on what happened. Not only that, they were able to fix it that day and the staff were super nice and they wanted to make sure I had the cheapest route to get my car fixed! Highly recommend.

TLDR; These folks are great! Very happy with their work and customer service. I trust this shop 100 percent with major repairs.I usually fix my own vehicles but there are certain tasks where I just don’t have the means to do so. Replacing a few big parts of my suspension was one of those jobs. They took the time to quote prices for a few different things before I had any work done. Fixing my front suspension was no easy task but they got it done without any issues or complaints. After all the work was completed, they had my 4Runner aligned and said I could bring it back in for a realignment If I wasn’t happy. They honored their word and did just that. I’ve put almost 10,000 miles on said vehicle since they completed the work and I’m very very happy. This is my go-to shop now. 10/10 would totally recommend!Update: had another major repair done. Still excellent work and customer service! My rating still stands.

This place is awesome! I showed up with my 2009 Honda Fit, which I had purchased online with a dealer. I got a 5,000 mile warranty and noticed a slight pulse in the engine and weird electrical sounds. They were able to diagnose, fix and work with my warranty company without a single hiccup and with zero cost to me. I got there around 2pm on a Monday and they had me back on the road by 4. They were super honest and friendly too. Billy was the woman at the front and I really appreciated her for sticking up to my warranty company when they tried to get her to purchase a cheaper part. She was so cool- and we talked a little bit about old cars and got to know each other! Honestly I always feel nervous going to a mechanic- especially alone without much knowledge about cars. But this place- is my new go to spot! Thank you so much!

Another shop quoted me $4200 to fix a couple oil leaks and a coolant leak. Campus Repair got it all done for around $1600 and they were very fast. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my truck and made me feel confident in their knowledge to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend them.

Provide good diagnostics, accurate estimates, as well as potential exceptions to those estimates and they keep me informed as to progress. These are genuine and professional folks. Few people in the reviews have mentioned that their costs are more expensive compared to the other guys in the area. These comments are surprising to me. The other equivalent or higher rated guys in the area are also good, but my experience has been that they are more costlier (labor charges) than this place. I found the parts prices to be reasonable as well. Highly recommend. Last, support local.

I called first thing in the morning to see if they could provide a last-minute pre-purchase inspection on a used car. They got me in within the hour, and were done about 2 hours later. These folks are the best--not only excellent work on my car, but also timely, i.e., I dont have to take my car in at 8 a.m. and wait all day. I take it in shortly before my appointed time, and can wait for it, depending on the work being performed, or I come back at the appointed time. Makes my day easier.

This place is a really great auto repair shop! I had nothing but good experiences with them, they kept me aware of the situation with my car and prices of replacement parts before installing anything and checked the easy/cheap to repair problem areas before replacing an expensive part to diagnose what was wrong. I cant stress enough how good of an experience I had with this shop! I normally try to do my own maintenance and repairs but I will definitely be coming back for and repairs or installations that are out of my league.

Theyve always fixed the problem I came in with. I dont feel like they upsell me on junk I dont need either. They do occasionally recommend other repairs but I trust these recommendations. For example they recommended I replace a wheel bearing once. I had come in for something else but the new bearing reduced noise at highway speeds so it seems like I did need it.

These guys are amazing. If they dont get it fixed the first time, they will fix their mistake at no charge. They dont fix things that arent broken.

Ive been getting my car worked on here since my first car when I was 16! The work they do here is always solid and always reliable. It may be pricier than general places like a Mieneke or something but the work is superb.

I went in for an A/C recharge since it was working. The pressure was tested and found that wasnt the issue. After a diagnostic rest, found it was wires. Very happy with completed work and only charged for diagnostic and wires. Will definitely be a return customer for any other problems that arise. Thanks Campus Repair!!

We had a sensor go out on my daughters Jeep. My normal mechanic was booked a week out and even the dealership couldnt look at the vehicle for five days. My mechanic recommended I call Campus Repair and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING. Sadie was a pleasure to work with and the Techs had the sensor replaced in one day. They squeezed me in for a brake job just before a long trip in the car and did only what was necessary and cost efficient. Prices were reasonable and they are very customer oriented. I also witnessed them helping a customer with a transportation issue, definitely above and beyond the normal car repair place.

A good mechanic is like a good doctor, once you find one you trust you dont want to let go. I had an 11 year relationship with my previous mechanic when he closed down. I was like an auto-nomad, wandering the desert of mechanics. Many places friends recommended were either incredibly overpriced, untrustworthy, or if they were decent they were never available!It was refreshing to find Campus Repair. The atmosphere in the shop is calm and professional. I was offered a loaner car when my vehicle could not be completed the same day, and I feel the diagnosis I got was accurate.I have used Campus three times now and have been satisfied every time. Awesome service. My ac stopped working middle of summer, and Im not that car savvy. Google told me my blower motor went out, and my research on pricing was a few hundred bucks. Went there money in pocket, man they could have taken me for a ride. 15 minutes later they come and tell me I had a loose electrical connection, or something silly like that, and I was good to go! Just recently moved to foco and this shop has won my business!

Great shop. I stopped by unannounced with a quick job. They immediately pulled my car in, took care of the 5 minute job, and didnt charge me anything since it was quick. Even gave me a cup of coffee. Definitely the kind of ethical place you want working on your vehicle!

Got new tires installed at local tire shop in town and wanted to get my alignment done to ensure my new tires would be good for long run. I came to Campus Repair after making appointment via email. Dropped off Honda Accord night before appointment. Sadie made sure the Honda got in when I was promised. Technician put Honda on alignment rack, verified all angles were within spec, made maybe a few minor adjustments to the specs and checked suspension components. I was not charged for this service as the technician verified my alignment was within spec. I think the tech did make a minor adjustment as my steering wheel is now perfectly straight and Honda still tracks beautifully. It was admirable that because the alignment was within factory spec they did not charge me alignment fee (49$), but may have made a slight adjustment because the wheel IS perfectly straight now. I do all my own work and maintenance on the Honda and my Jeep but if its too cold out or if Im stumped on something, I will surely be back here! Thank you!

Do not go anywhere else. They are the best shop in Fort Collins hands down. I had to replace my brake and clutch cylinders and they did it for cheaper than expected. A couple days after, I was driving it and the brakes locked up so I couldn’t move or drive the car because of the brake master cylinder malfunctioning. They towed it for free, are replacing it for free, and loaned me another car for free while they fix it again.

I chose Campus Auto Repair simply because it was convenient - I could drop my Jeep off for repairs and run or walk home. However, I will definitely be going back as they were extremely efficient and friendly! My repairs were done quickly, all my questions were answered thoroughly, and they even noticed a nail in my tire and fixed it for free. I am extremely pleased with their service and highly recommend them!

I have been using Campus Repair for about 5 years now. Excellent quality work on my car and very friendly staff. Sadie knows me by sight when I show up without an appointment and always find time to fit me in within a reasonable amount of time. I fully trust their opinion when it comes to the work they suggest and I have not had a problem with any of the work or parts on my car since they have fixed something. Anything from oil changes to new spark plugs, I have had them fix all sorts of parts and will continue to go to them as long as I live in Fort Collins. They are very fair with their prices and I have never felt that they are trying to inflate or prescribe non-necessary work.

Maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) done smooth and quick! AC blowing cold again after recharge. My brake used to be squeal, and although I dont ask for it, they went to clean it and make the squealing disappear. This is the sign that they went above and beyond on their services.Sadie is also helpful and knowledgeable in auto repairs. She gave some auto work recommendation need to be done without any pressure. Will be back next scheduled maintenance.

I recently used this shop and I really enjoyed my experience, they had to replace my spark plugs and ignition coil. The check engine light came on again a couple weeks later so I took it back to them, because they warranty all their work. As it turns out they had accidentally put in a faulty coil(no fault on them, stuff like that just happens sometimes), and they replaced it completely free of charge. This kind of honesty and integrity is what I always look for in a shop, I will definitely be coming back to them whenever I need another repair on my car. They are also very friendly, especially the shop manager Sadie, shes always very nice and is really good about communicating all the needed repairs and the status of my car, which I really appreciate. And Ive always gotten my car back in a timely manner.

I was driving and my battery light kept coming on and off and my car would completely shut off when I would sit at intersections. I drove by Campus Repairs and they were extremely friendly and helpful. It was already 5:00 and they were about to close and they even offered to stay late to replace the alternator so I could get into work that night. This was my first experience with Campus Repairs and I would 100% recommend their staff and services to anyone.

Campus repair was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very friendly and extremely transparent with all aspects of business, from their quotes, to quality of parts and pricing, to what was truly needed (and not needed). I came in for an alignment and, while aligning, a piece broke. Mind you, my car is 18 years old with 218 +k miles on it. They explained what happened and put a brand new piece on at no cost to me. This shows me that they act with integrity and stand behind their work.I was out of there in less than two hours with a bill under $100. I will most certainly be back and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and skilled repair shop.

We chose this place based on the Google reviews and high rating. Dropped off our only vehicle on a Thursday and were told itd be done the following day. Called the next afternoon to check the status and they hadnt even done anything. Had to take the bus to go pick it up (cant miss more work) and they had fried the battery by not turning it off, but instead left the auxillary power on. So now we are out two days of work, have to buy a new battery, and havent had any of the work done. Id avoid (wish there was a 0 stars option) and we wont be back. Good luck to others though! ❤️

I first called because of a leaking power steering. They were able to give me a great quote compared to other shops. I made an appointment the following day and they even had a loaner vehicle for me to get to work. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs and I will continue to go back for any other vehicle needs!

This place is amazing! After I had some issues with Big O not taking care of my car the correct way and causing major issues for me, Campus Auto Repair not only fixed the issues that I had, they went above and beyond in helping me with getting it paid for and allowing me to let it stay in their lot a lot longer than it really should have been. These guys are amazing! And I have to give big shout out to Sadie for coordinating it all, and dealing with a 22 year old who had no idea how to get herself out of a pickle. One of the best experiences Ive had with any repair shop. I drive an older car with 250k miles on it and theyve kept it running like a champ with very fair and competitive prices. I wont be going to anyone else here in Fort Collins

Excellent shop. I had about 80% of a repair finished myself, but couldnt get the last part finished. Dave stepped in and finished the job professionally and at a very reasonable rate. It was my first time there--I will be back.
