We’ve been getting our oil changed here for several years now and the service has always been pretty good. However, recently they got a new manager and he is the real deal. The speed, professionalism and overall experience has increased significantly. I feel comfortable sending my wife on her own to get an oil change knowing she won’t be sold unnecessary services and charged a fair price.

I absolutely LOVE this store, it is the only one Ill go to! There is rarely a wait time, services are performed quickly and efficiently and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The manager even took the time to stop what he was doing and come say hi.

I went in for a regular oil change. The service was quick and I was able to sit in my car, taking no longer than 10 minutes. The man who helped me was very kind and kept calling me Mr. Nico, which I thought was both respectful and a little funny because I’m only 20 years old. He also checked my tire pressure, made sure all my lights were functioning, and topped off my coolant and windshield wiper fluid. Overall a great experience, and I was later emailed a coupon for the next time I come in, given that was my first time at the shop. Overall great experience, and I would recommend to anyone.

AJ and Paul did an outstanding job for me today. I have both of my cars serviced her several times. I have always had a good experience at this location and would recommend it to anyone needing to get their car serviced.

Interesting tactic at this business... you got me this time but I will not be back.Ask which oil I want and do not show the prices. I present a coupon and they state a higher price to offset the coupon. I never thought I would fall for that one. But never again Grease Monkey, you should be ashamed of your company! Scammer! AJ & JJ were very friendly. AJ showed me my air filter and inquired if I would like to replace. It was dirty and had not been replaced on my last oil change service. I asked if I should do so. She suggested that I consider doing so, but did not insist I change it and that the decision was solely mine. I advised I would. She came out with a new one, showing it to me to confirm a new one was being installed (actually saw it being installed through the windshield of my vehicle). Thanks AJ and JJ. Ill be back due to your courteous and professional service.

No employees at this location were wearing a mask indoors including the clerk who processed my payment inside. Non-masked employees would approach me with no social distancing and would speak to me only a couple of feet away. I am not vaccinated yet and this is alarming to me. I have reported this location to the Larimer County Department of Public Health and Environment.

I just cannot say enough good stuff about this company. Whats the covid-19 in place and business is dealing with a difficult time these guys really have their stuff together. I drove right in and never had to get out of the vehicle. They checked my lights liquids and get a oil change. Read my credit card for the payment. It was all done in a matter of minutes and it was a great job. I was so impressed! I definitely will be going back for the next Oil Change.

I am so happy with the customer service here. Paul the manager is fantastic. He definitely needs more workers to get the pace up. I will be supporting this place solely for the customer service that Paul the manager provided me with and the quality of the work that he provided my my car with. I know my car is going to run great with him servicing my car. The price is a little high and hopefully it will come down soon and more workers will be hired, but I am coming back every time I need an oil change.

Paul the manager was so helpful and went above and beyond helping me during a routine oil change. I had a check engine light on and he took the time to give me a readout on what it was and explain everything. The service was super fast and all the employees were very friendly.

Overall this is a well-run shop. Occasionally, some of the employees will try to recommend things that arent necessary, but overall they seem refreshingly straightforward. The manager in particular is very cordial.

The gentlemen I met all were so nice and very helpful! I really know nothing about cars and they were great in checking to make sure everything made sense and explained everything they were doing. They didn’t try to over sell me (which since I know nothing would honestly would have been easy to do) which made me feel like I could really trust them and all they did recommend. Been coming to a grease monkey since driving and moved to Fort Collins pretty recently so glad I found another place I can trust and go to.

Service was great, cant really say whether or not they were fast or not, but I do know my car was ready and waiting when I went to get it..I would recommend, that if you need quick efficient service this is a awesome place for that.. Although I was happy with the friendly service, and felt my questions were being addressed in a knowledgeable patient manner..and fine with everything until I got in my carnext door at Big O Tires where they were rotating my tires.Just asking....,but is it customary to smoke in customers cars while servicing them? Also leaving huge oil smudge marks around the hood?I realize I have an older car and it is not in pristine condition, but I felt a bit disrespected because of that.Not sure how I feel, now.

Attendents upsold services without going over accurate pricing. I was told the oil change with extra engine service would be $80, was charged $130. Way too expensive for a simple oil change on a car that is over 20 years old

I went in for the Spring car care package and I also had a disconnection in my windshield wiper line. What an awesome customer experience, I was in and out faster than I have ever been, and they fixed the windshield wiper line disconnection at no charge. I will definitely be using Grease Monkey at N College Ave for all my maintenance needs in the future!

They broke the original hood of the vehicle and were not assembled properly.broke down on the way.They did not buy a new one, they stalled for 2 months and lied

As a college student I knew they would try to upsell me for my oil change so I told them I only wanted the minimum required for my car. They went round and round with me for a minute and then told me they understood but ended up way over charging me anyway :(Also, shortly after getting my oil changed here, my dad and I found that they had used some sort of sticky pink adhesive to put my oil pan plug back in place and it made it really difficult for us to remove it

This was my first visit to a Grease Monkey and I will say that I am very impressed! I was greeted right away by a very nice guy who is knowledgable and was kind enough to explain the different options for me since this is a new vehicle to me. They were busy at the time but the wait wasnt very long. I was able to set up my laptop and get some work done while I waited. They did an excellent job and I will be back for sure! And if I have the opportunity, I will send more people their way!

Kyle and his team were absolutely wonderful at meeting my needs, asking questions before adding any other services, talking through my car troubles so I could understand it (not a car person!) Just went today and this place was great! Wanted to write a review because I know how many places try to scam you into paying extra money. The last place I went to tried to get me to replace both filters (i replaced one) and this place didnt even mention it. The guys there were super nice and helpful and really fast as well! I also liked how you could just walk over to the tire place next door to get a free tire rotation. Will definitely come back for my next oil change.

Grease Monkey is fast, efficient and affordable. They will communicate any further issues before going through with the work. I appreciate the convenience of being able to drop in at any moment without having to schedule an appointment. The wait time is very minimal, maybe 20 minutes at most.

Unbelievable! $134.00 for 6 qts. of oil, an oil filter and an air filter. I can purchase these things retail for $69.00 and Grease Monkey even gets these items at a reduced price. Ill find a less expensive place. Never coming back!

I visited this Grease Monkey location this morning to have my oil changed. I was greeted by a young lady with a happy HI and a wide and bright smile. I was then greeted by Brad, the Service Manager. Another bright smile. And the entire team. What a delight. In addition to changing my oil, the oil leak that I had was discovered and fixed. My car interior was vacuumed to my surprise. All with smiles and pleasantly. Even the windows were cleaned. And this was done with no extra cost. I was treated with respect and not just as another customer.A most pleasant and successful experience.I definitely plan on returning and recommending this site.Thank you all.

I pulled into the place and right away Darrion came up to my window and got me checked in. He did an oil change on my car and I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. I came in for an oil change and they did it faster than I thought since there were two people ahead of me and I was crunched for time. I went up to the counter after only twenty minutes to tell them I had to get going and that if come back the following day and the mechanic came up and said I’m all good to go and the oil was changed!Which was just what I needed cause I really didn’t know if I’d be able to come back the next day.I’ll definitely be coming back to this location to get my brakes check out!Thank you so much guys!!

Been here a few times most of the guys are amazing gentle men only had one bad experience with a man named will. The manger Alex is very personable and helpful, you can tell they are all family men. My kids adored the manger especially. Great location and they always have great deals and are willing to help with any car need big or small.

I usually do all work on my own cars but started coming here for the oil change prices. My experience with places like this is that they are very basic technicians with no real experience, and will try to upsell you on anything.Not the case with this place. I usually work with Brad Becker. His entire staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and show you all parts with no pressure to pay for work that is not needed. Brad remembers customers by name and I would highly recommend him for any basic auto needs!

Phenomenal service!! After being tossed around by a sister company and sent away, this Grease Monkey location was able to take me in right away and complete the service I needed. Steve the Assistant Manager went above and beyond for me. For someone who knows next to nothing about cars, he was straight forward with everything my car needed and didnt try to sale me something I didnt need. The other employees there were also very nice, helpful and very good at their jobs. I will be returning to this location for maintenance and referring everyone I know!! You will not be disappointed coming here!

Went in not too long ago for an oil change, theyll throw more things on that you need they use the worst oil possible, the worst oil filters. They will check your diff fluid but not notice a broken U joint.They use air guns to return your drain cap, which used correctly will be fine, but they stripped my drain cap and continued to blow it in, the only way to get it out is skilled air gun use. I suggest changing your oil on your own, its far easier than you think and YOU choose what quality of oil/filter you use.I am far more than just dissatisfied with this service but very much angry of being treated like an idiot and taken advantage of. I honestly gave them a chance but they will never receive my trust in business or service ever again.

I have had three sequential oil changes here. The first time they literally lost my air filter and I had to wait for them to find it. Second time I fell for the old oil flush routine 😒... This last time time they told me that THEY did a poor job with the last oil flush. We said NO to another oil flush and they did it anyway and charged for it. Super duper done with this place
