I was highly impressed with the exceptional service I received. I was updated daily with pictures of the progress. My car was completed earlier than expected. I have never received such excellent service!! They exceeded my expectations!!

I am beyond impressed with my experience here. I needed moderate repairs due to an accident. They work with Enterprise and the rental car was waiting for me at drop-off. They completed the work ahead of schedule, including some extra unrelated work I asked for. They kept me updated by text. I picked up my car in much better shape than it was before the accident, looked like it was completely detailed. All the things I did not clean out of my car were placed into a tote bag, and they even cleaned a massive detergent spill I had not had time to clean out of my trunk. Would not hesitate to have all future work done here.

This was one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have had. The work was done perfectly and on time, we received frequent text updates and daily photos were posted on their site so we could see the progress. Communication was great and we received immediate responses to any questions. Truly, I cant think of anything more they could have done to provide better service. We have had accident repair work done by Carriage Shoppe in the past and they have always done incredible work and beautiful flawless body repairs.

The Carriage Shoppe has always taken care of our vehicle repairs when needed. Recently, we were hit and had to bring our new car in for repairs. The team communicated with us every step of the way - telling us when parts were ordered, updating us on expected completion date, etc. Not to mention, they worked with insurance and even communicated with the car rental company we were using. Any time you need repairs it seems like the aftermath with handling repairs is just as bad, or worse, than the accident itself. Carriage Shoppe takes the hassle and headache out of the process. I picked up my Jeep on Friday and was very satisfied with their work, their timeliness, and the fact that they kept me appraised of the work every step of the way with pictures and texts. However, I was blown away by the detailing they did on the car after completion. I have black interior in my Jeep and a white golden retriever, and there was not one dog hair on the inside when I got it back! Hasnt been that clean since I drove it home from the dealership! These folks are awesome!

This is the most impressive body shop we’ve ever done business with! Will never go anywhere else! They had the best prices by far, excellent communication throughout the process, great customer service. They saved us hundreds of dollars by having a loaner car available which took a lot of stress off the situation. And they got the work done and significantly less time than they estimated. Finally, when I picked up my car it had been detailed and cleaned better than it has been in years! It was such a relief to pick up such a sparkling clean car!

Someone backed into my car while I was at work, and Geico gave me no option but to go here to get it fixed. After my experience with this shop, I will not be going anywhere else. The staff was all very kind and helpful, the work was quick and well done, and they even detailed my car. I asked them to give me an estimate as well for my air conditioning as well. They saw it was a blown fuse and fixed it free of charge. This shop has good, honest workers who will treat you and your vehicle well. If i could give 6 stars, I would.

If anyone is ever needing professional auto body services then Carriage Shoppe in Fort Collins is absolutely fantastic!Someone threw a very large rock at my car and dented the hood and cracked my headlight. Someone recommended this shop and they got me in the next day, a rental car waiting for me, updated and sent pictures of the progress the whole time and had it all fixed within a couple days. When I went to pick up my car it looked like new, inside and out, they had nearly detailed the whole inside for free. The staff goes above and beyond!!

Best privately owned collision shop in Fort Collins!

I was hit a few weeks back and this is where I was sent to get an estimate. They seemed very friendly but gave absolutely no info or instructions. Furthermore before I went to clear out my car after turning it over I found that my wireless headphones went missing and Im positive they were stolen out of my car.

Will never take my vehicle anywhere else! They are awesome and the quality of their work shows. Have brought several vehicles to them over the years for hail damage and most recently a small accident. They addressed several issues that I asked the dealer to fix under warranty and was told there wasnt a fix for. They took care of the issues for me and ever touched up a few rock chips I had at no charge. Highly recommend them!

If you dont care about your vehicle and dont want things fixed correctly, this is the place to go. Horrible work, had to take the vehicle back to finish the rest of repairs and damage that occurred from their work. I dont know why farmers insurance would contract this repair shop.

They came highly recommended to me by several people in my office at work and every part of my experience from obtaining an estimate to coordinating a rental car to the repair was completed with exemplary customer service! Renee called me multiple times throughout the repair process to update me which was greatly appreciated. Even picking my car up today, the team there made the process so easy and seamless. Though I certainly dont hope to have any need for body repair anytime soon, I know exactly where Ill go in the event that I do!

Wonderful place filled with wonderful people. They took care of everything I asked them to take care of and more. I got my truck back so clean that I could see all the reflections in my brand new hood.Nothing but positive words about this place. The people want to make sure you are taken care of. On the insurance side of things everything is done wonderfully. They are very personable and very professional. And to top it off, there are two dogs that are almost always there that just make the entire place seem so much more relaxed.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing body work. The work done to my truck is fantastic. Granted all I asked them to do was replace my hood so I didnt have to look at the pockmarks from the hail damage. But it was done beautifully and everything is done in house. The paint is superb and there are no scratches, pitting, or anything for that matter. Fine work.

Twenty-five years ago, I needed a body shop, and tried The Carriage Shoppe on recommendation. I was so happy with their work that I’ve gone back again.I had a minor run-in with my Lexus RX-350 recently. The Carriage Shoppe quoted me a price, and we agreed on a time about two weeks in the future for the repair. I dropped my car off, and three days later it was ready, as promised.They even said they would keep the chrome Lexus emblem from the tailgate for me to use as a paperweight ~ which they forgot to do but said they would call when they got another. I guess time will tell on that.To have work good done on time, as promised is becoming a rarity these days, it seems. Luckily, this family-run business has kept the secret for success. If I have another “issue”, they’ll be high on my short-list for consideration!*Five months later and they have NOT called. Guess maybe I need to DRIVE ACROSS TOWN if I want it that bad!

I was in a bad accident that shouldve left my truck completely totaled, I called numerous places and upon recommendation I went to the Carriage Shoppe, and they put a lot of hard work into my truck always being completely transparent during the process. They called me often and gave me updates constantly, in which they were always friendly and honest about the timeline of the repairs. I picked it up earlier today and my mangled truck was restored to perfect condition, looking absolutely beautiful, cleaned and polished. I highly reccomend them for anyone who needs repairs, big or little.

The carriage shoppe recently completed a collision repair on my husbands 2008 Avalanche. They did a terrific job and returned by truck in pristine condition. They coordinated payment through our insurance and completed the work in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and made the experience painless. I highly recommend this company!

Came back as good if not better than new! They clearly paid attention to the details and have an appreciation for the craft. Was always in the loop regarding when the repairs would be done, and the turnaround time was very reasonable. A blanket I had left in the back was even folded neatly on return. I am totally impressed with this shop. I had concerns regarding the integrity of a 12 year old Subaru which had records of frontal collision damage before my ownership and I wanted to sell it on to a new owner as long as it was safe. The CarriageShoppe owner and one of his employees went over my car very carefully and showed me what to look for and found no evidence of serious damage. Between the two of them they spent the better part of an hour with me and wouldn’t accept a dime for their time and expertise. Great people- I can highly recommend!

Came in to get an estimate and was met by a rude front desk lady who had little to no knowledge of the business she represents. Her sad customer service has ensured that I certainly won’t be back for the estimate. On to the next shop with friendly desk workers...

Not impressed with the integrity of this body shop. They have done 2 repairs on my car and they looked pretty good and got them done before the estimated date but as time goes on I continue to find things wrong. First of all, after the first repair they broke my outside air thermometer and just taped it back to together and taped it back to the harness. I told them that after they did the repair the thermostate didnt work but they never fixed it or offered to fix it. I brought my car to a delearship and it cost me $300 to fix something they broke from doing the repair. This sensor being broken caused my AC to stop working. After the second repair there were scratches from them on the truck which werent there before ( I have pictures right before the car went into the shop and there are no scratches). The repairs looked good but the lack of intergtity to tell me they broke the air sensor and then saying they fixed and never did is enough for me to never recomend this body shop to anyone.

Do not come here!! The part that was to be replaced was only painted and the wrong color so I knew it was the same piece.

I received tons of hail damage all over my vehicle a few weeks ago and honestly this was the first time Ive ever had get any major repairs on any vehicle - the staff at the Carriage Shoppe helped me understand the process, what really needed to be done and helped me save money which Im sure anyone would be thankful for! They followed up with me and although working with insurance companies is hardly a speedy process they have assured me that myself and my car will get taken care of in the best way possible - cant wait to see my un-dented car!

Never again. I waited for weeks after having my deer struck car towed in. They finally tore it apart and then told me it would weeks more. It took so long that my insurance rental car time ran out so I got one of their loaners. It was awful and got a flat tire and had to pay for a brand new tire before they would let me out of the shop. Then I got another loaner which I had to fill with oil to even make it home. The 3 women yelled at me and called me names that I haven’t heard since jr, high. They refused to give me my car until I paid with a check claiming I’ll cancel the payment on my credit card. That makes no sense. It was so bad that the insurance agent had to do all the communications to get things wrapped up. The body work was done well so I’ll give the place one star. I had my cars here in the past and the experience was good. Message is— customer service is on their term...avoid the place at all costs. They are off my insurance company’s recommended list now.

Completed repairs of my Land Rover, Range Rover ahead of schedule and with great results. The car was detailed when picked up and they have the convenient ability to just leave the Enterprise rental car at the shop which simplified the rental return process. I would definitely recommend!

I had to bring my new 2015 car in to get a new bumper. They went through insurance and got everything done quickly and professionally. There was a small paint run on the new part that they fixed immediately and without issue. They also let me use a loan car so I could run errands while the work was completed. Great service, highly recommended!

Very unprofessional and unorganized business! I took my Husbands truck here through our insurance and they did a horrible job!! I don’t think they even deserve one star! These people are jokes!! These people will give you the runaround and fix one problem but cause another. Save yourself the trouble’s and just take your car to Ozzi’s in Loveland. The staff at Carriage Shoppe is wonderful. Steve goes above and beyond to help out his customers. I use a wheelchair and needed a grab bar to assist me getting in and out of the van. He went and found a handle from a junked car and installed it for me, this after another shop said it wasnt possible because of the air bag. He has since worked on my wheelchair, powder chroming the wheels and now has my van after a mishap....they are the best!!

I havent been to a ton of places for body work, but this place struck me as somewhere Id return to. I had a bumper replaced, a headlight changed and my hood replaced as well and my estimated wait time was 5 days. Not only did they have the repairs done in 3 instead of 5, but the repair looked excellent and they also cleaned my car from top to bottom. To top it off, during the time that my car was in disrepair, the plastic wheel-well for my car had ripped off which I had left in the trunk to deal with later; without asking they also reattached it. Besides the service being quick and positive the folks here went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them for repairs.

Very bad experience. From the front desk to the mechanics ALL rude. From the moment you call the lady who answered the phone had an attitude. Being a potential customer, not a good first impression. Ended up going with the estimate I was given but should’ve shopped around because I paid way more than expected for a horrible job! The paint is chipping & the window installed was done incorrectly! This body shop has excellent customer service. I have been in there twice in the past two weeks: once to look at replacing a door hinge whose repair complexity that another body shop in town did not catch ; and another impromptu visit without an appointment when I an armrest came off, and they glued it back on for free.

Had our 9 year old minivan in for detailing. I was totally surprised at how well it came out, and the price was an excellent deal. We will be back and tell our friends. Thanks!

This is the only place to go for service, repairs, detailing, etc. I just picked up my car from a $25.00 wash in and out and it has never looked so good! Staff is helpful and friendly. They even helped me solve a problem with hatch back: too high and hard for me. Adios expensive dealership, no more hands in my pocket as soon as I walk in! Had my truck there for two weeks to install new airbags and replace bumper with one I bought that was in bed. Simple enough after waiting two weeks for their parts to come in I dropped of the truck.In the two weeks they had the truck they didnt install the bumper I bought and didnt replace the airbags. They sent me on my way without airbags. It took me (not a mechanic) a total of six hours to prep, prime, paint and install my bumper. A week later they called to tell me they had all the parts. When getting the airbags finally put in, a job they quoted as a one day job, they needed to keep the truck another day because they still havent retrieved the necessary parts...I will say the service is very friendly and customer care is great; however I would be prepared to compromise and wait if using Carriage Shoppe. I would not reccomend Carriage Shoppe for anybody with a unique model car such as a ford pickup truck.

Holy cow these guys are awesome! Took my TJ in to check the frame because none of the bolt holes on my new bumpers were lining up. Knowing the previous owner had an accident (via carfax), I figured it might have been a shoddy repair causing the issues. They took the time to let me walk them through my issues and told me they would get back to me by the end of the day. The frame was indeed bent but they were able to get it on the rack and fix it PERFECTLY. All bolt whole lined up, measurements were completely within tolerances, and here is the kicker - it was 1/2 what I was expecting. The Jeep looks and performs like new! Thanks Steve.

I would give it zero stars but not an option. Not satisfied at all. The car ended up being hundreds more than estimate. They did not put the floor mats back in the car. I drive a white car and find bright GREEN paint all over my rear tire. Very rude and not professional.

Highly recommend Carriage Shoppe, I was in an accident and decided the cost for repairs wasnt worth the cost and Carriage Shoppe let me keep my car there until I was able to have it towed to a salvage shop. They were very patient with me, I would recommend this place based purely off of their customer service.

Sadly, Ive had occasion to take vehicles to the Carriage Shoppe at least four times over the past fifteen years. Each time, they have been professional and have done an excellent job. Recently, while repairing damage from an encounter with a deer (who ran into the side of the car and bounced off unharmed), they called to ask if some scratches were caused by the incident. I said they werent. When I picked it up, though, they had buffed out scratches all over my car, not just on the front left quarter panel. They really went above and beyond to do a good job for us.

DO NOT GO HERE!The owner is a tyrant who completely mistreats his employees. He pushes his employees around by bullying them and calling them insulting names. He sits on his ass half the time and points fingers at everyone else. Not to mention he drinks on the job and works on his toys while everyone else is hard at work. The owner is an insecure prick that talks badly about his customers and employees. Dont give this business your business because they do not care about you.Their painter is garbage, saw multiple parts where the paint had run. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, giving you fair warning.

WORST shop I have EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. Went to pick up my vehicle only to have it VERY far from being fixed. Shop owner is beyond rude and condescending, completely screws up and then tries to write you off with just an apology in an attempt to just get you off the phone and completely ignores what you have to say. I have literally had better customer service at a wal mart. When it comes to inspecting and repairing a vehicle, Im pretty sure wal mart could have done a better job of that too. Downright disgusting display of complete disregard for anyone unfortunate enough to be doing business with her.

Friendly, clean and quick

Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible shop. The owner is the most pompous jerk you will ever have the misfortune of running into. Used/knock off parts are their first choice when it comes to replacement auto body pieces. They replaced my side window with one that was all scratched up! Repair work was very shoddy overall. Take your vehicle to the dealer instead of this low rent place.

They do not know how to do quality paint work. Paint chips away very easily, they let it run during the drying process, and even bonded other things such a dirt into the paint. Even after bringing the vehicle in for the second time Im still not satisfied with their quality work. The issue is probably that they do not use OEM parts to try and make as much profit as possible. So some parts fit too snug or not snug enough, I do not believe the paint that they used for my repairs sticks to the cheap parts that are not OEM. If your a VETERAN with USAA I would let USAA refer you to a shop other then this one especially if you care about your vehicle like I do with some OCD. For a $5000+ job I am not satisfied.
