WOW! For many reasons. I was told that I had to buy their lock for 20.00. The 20.00 cash never appeared as purchased on my account. The next agent asked my why I did not purchase a lock. I td her that I did. I also told her that I was due a 20.00 refund. She denied me and said I do not see a purchase of a lock on n your account. Why do you feel you would be due a refund she asked. I told her that the agent before her asked for their lock back after I produced my own lock. She took back the lock and kept my 20.00. She disputed that that could not have happened. I e plainer to her that at purchase I received two keys I immediately put one on my key ring. The other key was place inside of the lock. I went into my glovebox and took out one that I owned. I put it in first and told her I no longer needed their key. To finalize the argument. I told her where to look for the returned key. She looked and found it. She said that doesnt prove anything. I asked her to put my the key from my keyring into the lock. It fit and rotated the lock. I still.didnt get my 20.00 back.

Kimia made my day I went to 4 sofferent locations to make my payment today and none of them was open (the locations was Hwy 85, Tara Blvd and and the other location on old dixie hwy by 75) but her and she helped me set up the public storage app so I wont have this issue again

BEWARE ALL UNITS HAS A RAT INFESTATION. CLAIM IS ONLY $250 EVEN IF PERSONAL ITEMS ARE WORTH MORE TO REPLACE OR REPAIR. NO FOOD EVER IN STORAGE, RAT MANAGED TO EAT WASHING MACHINE HOSE, DRYER PIECES, ATE TV PLUG WIRES, AND EVEN HOME DEFENSE BUG STRAY BOTTLES. THEY GET IN VIA THE CEILING. I EVEN GOT A UNIT WITHOUT HOLE IN CEILING, BUT RATS STILL ATE UP MOST THINGS MADE IF PLASTIC OR WIRES. UNBELIEVABLE. JUST BEWARE, SHOULDVE LISTEN TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONSITE.

Awesome location! Bria was a huge help. She followed protocol by showing us the unit first unlike uhaul and helped us save a ton of money. We paid 80 for 2months, a lock, damp check (she recommended) and insurance! She is amazing!

Let me tell y’all something! I have had one of the greatest experiences dealing with this public storage facility here in Forest Park. The facilities are nice and clean and the office area and bathrooms are very sanitary. I have seen some public storage facilities that have rats and roaches! But not this one. The storage space was very clean. If you consider any public storage in this area consider this property. The customer service is also fantastic. Mrs. Christen is so wonderful. She provided great customer service with a sense of humor. I felt right at home. If you are considering renting with any public storage, choose this one RETNA!!!!

I must admit I almost didnt come back after, getting soaked yesterday. Only to find no-one in the office and it was after 9:00 am! But Tanica made up for it with her great service today! She helped me find the storage room that was the right size for my things and has awesome customer service skills! I also like the fact that there is coded gate entry!

This location is great...especially the STELLAR service we received from Nathan! He was extremely helpful, courteous and detailed when explaining the process. The location was well maintained and the unit we were assigned, very clean. Of course it will be better when they upgrade it to a climate controlled unit, but other than that, not one complaint!

I enjoy storing here. I love dealing with the manager Christen. She is very beautuful, sweet and helpful! She always makes sure i am taking care of and her office always smells good Thank you.

I arrived to pick up an item from someone. Workers were outside pressure washing ask if the buildings. I was politely asked by one of the facilitys employees, to move so many car would not get dirty on it from the pressure washing. They clearly take pride inn their facility. They are courteous, and appear to be secure.

Christen was great. She was very knowledgeable and very willing to help. She was patient and easy to talk to. She was very great at explaining the documents and everything I was signing. It was just a great experience all around.
