This is a great location! Kimberly was very helpful I can in to get a space and it was my lucky day because another customer was vacating. She gave me a tour of building and told about all the benefits to my surprise they even have a free van rental for new move in customer for the first 2 weeks. She was very knowledgeable of her job and answered all my questions. And the location smelled amazing if you need storage this is the place but act fast they fill up quickly.

Kimberly is more like a mother than Store Manager. Shes taught me more about life than I could have ever learned in my 26 years on this planet. To say I would take a bullet for her is an understatement. I plan on naming my first born Kim and my second born Berly. There is a point in space where all the planets, stars, and solar systems revolve around...and in my book that is Kimberly.

Very friendly and professional service. The facility is clean and climate-controlled. When I brought in my items I was able to pull the moving van right into the facility so I never had to deal with inclement weather. There were large carts available to move all my boxes. It was so convenient to be able to rent the van right there that morning and return it to the same location that afternoon.

I had a lot of complaints with Life Storage based on my first few experiences dating back to over a year ago. But yesterday I received some of the best customer service Ive received in a very long time.Shanell is a ROCKSTAR! She helped me change my unit within the facility to save me money and gave me a lot of information that wasnt made available to me prior to yesterday that will potentially save me even more money. She made me feel like she really cared about my customer needs and that is a rare thing these days. This one experience has changed my entire view of Life Storage. Up until yesterday I was literally warning people to NOT do business with this company, but after my experience with Shanell I will be recommending it!! (the Forest Park location specifically)Thank you Shanell! I greatly appreciate the work you do!

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!! Again Google needs to fix this!!!!! I work near Life Storage. They are right at the corner of an intersection of a major street and an industrial area. I have to drive right past them to go to and from work. On the way home traffic sometimes is held up at the corner. Sitting on the street by a business for 2-3 or even 5 mins waiting for traffic doesnt mean you went to that business. GET THIS FIXED GOOGLE!!!

After reading the reviews I made a reservation with Lifestorage. I am happy to say the reviews are right Kimberly provided amazing service she’s very courteous and she didn’t rush us although we came in close to closing. The probably is clean they also have a drive in loading area. If you need storage come meet Kimberly you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience renting a storage unit here. I signed up online a few days ahead of time. Ashley reached out to me the same day to see if I had any questions and was able to reserve the van for us. On the morning of the reservation she reached out which I think was great customer service. When we arrived on site Ashley provided top of the line customer service. Gave us a tour, explained everything to us, got us through the process quickly and was so friendly. The storage unit and van were both clean. Made a reservation through the call center for a 5x5 unit. Received a confirmation call from Kelly, one of the managers at this location and stopped by an hour later. To say that I was impressed with the facilities and the staff is an understatement. The managers, Kelly and Jason are very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. The space feels warm and inviting. I felt very safe going to the storage unit, the air was fresh and the music was cool. Its a totally different atmosphere from other storage facilities. I would highly recommend this location!

This is the cleanest and friendliest storage location we have ever used. Jessica is awesome, she is friendly, helpful and always there to answer any questions we may have. Often when I visit, there are no hand trucks. They keep raising rates and service has diminished.

If you need storage this is the place they also have office spaces and parking. Kim, is so kind and full of information. The inside loading dock is amazing.

From the first phone call to when we actually came in to view the facility, everything was smooth and easy. Jessica was very clear with all of the details of our storage rental. This is a wonderful location with top notch facilities! We have three units in the heated driveway (indoors), two private/gated parking spots, and an office space! This location has a wonderful office/lobby with supplies to purchase as well. The staff is always outgoing and willing to help! There is a unloading dock if you need to get pallets delivered.

They also offer coffee and also other necessary items that make storing your items as simple as possible. I was recently in the market for some off-site storage. Being new to the process, I was very overwhelmed. Had it not been for my Administrators last minute choice to discard said materials Id be at the this location. Jason (store mgr) was very helpful. I had a list of questions that were answered in great detail w/o me having to ask. The facility was new and very inviting. Modern technology and state of the art equipment. 1 of our physicians left to start her own practice so well be moving to a smaller office this summer. I look forward to continuing the rental process here at Life Storage-Forest Park!

I came into life Storage today to get information and was greeted with a dog doing its business right by where I was supposed to walk in. When I went insode I was greeted professionally be the 2 women there. Everything was going great until the same dog I saw outside was running freely and barking loudly behind the main office. When I asked the staff at the front desk about it they said that some of their businesses in the back have dogs. I thanked them for their time but I did NOT feel comfortable renting where dogs are all over the place.

Great experience. Facility is clean and well kept. I arrived at the office and was promptly shown my unit and all questions were answered. They make the process easy and I feel safe leaving my possessions inside.

The gentleman that help me know what he was talking about. Was able to get me in and out of there really quick with a new unit. I was using a different facility in the area that did not compare in price, cleanliness and service. I would recommend this facility to others for sure.

I cant really remember the young ladys name that works the front desk I believe it was Ashley or something similar, but what an outstanding and joyful personality. Storage facility was very clean compared to others I’ve stored at. The storage manager Ashley was very knowledgeable & helpful with a smile. The process was quick & I love the pull in driveway.

My husband and I have things that we needed to store. Eventually, we will move into a house, but, for now our condo it is... we have more stuff than space. We pass by LifeStorage daily..... After much procrastination, I checked out the facilities. Jason showed me around and answered all my questions. He is very professional and we feel very comfortable storing our things here. The building is well maintained, there are carts available for easy moving, the facility is well lit (motion sensor lighting), and it is climate controlled. The whole sign up process was quick and easy.... just wish we would have done it sooner!

Friendly, very polite staff. Very clean and new facility. suggest you need a few signs at cross junctures to guide customers through maze of units as I got turned around a few times locating right direction of my unit number. Overall a pleasant experience.

Everything has been positive so far with this storage unit. The staff was very friendly and efficient regarding the reservation and move in. The facility is clean and well organized and seems very secure. I like how you can drive inside and have quick access to an elevator, and they provide carts for making moves quicker. Price also seemed extremely reasonable, especially given the promotion.

Were really happy with the service at LifeStorage! The facility is like brand-new, super clean and well maintained. The manager is helpful and friendly, he was able to set us up with a unit right away and he walked us through the entire space to show us different features (like the dock and the offices available). The drive through option (you can drive your car into the facility) is really convenient for loading and unloading.

We moved our belongings over from Public Storage due to their facility being outside and overpriced. There was even water damage which I have filed a claim for items that were damaged. LifeStorage is indoors, clean, more secure, have bathrooms on premises, and a much better value for the price. The manager is friendly and very helpful. They even have a special going on that sweetens the deal. I will be saving over $100 per month because of the move.

Its safe, clean, and has an indoor loading area so you can unload in the rain without getting wet. It also has wheeled carts you can borrow free of charge. Inside staff was helpful and courteous.

Facility looks very new and well maintained. Had reserved a unit several days prior. Unfortunately I am not sure about the welcome that I received. An older gentleman had arrived there 40 seconds prior to me and, the person on staff was going to show him units available I assume. I was locked out of the sitting area/store region and informed I would have to wait in the hallway outside of the sitting area. This was fine since I figured standard procedure. 30 minutes later they return and they unlock the area and tell me I can have a seat in the store/sitting area. While the person finished up helping the gentleman that was shown the unit.A new couple arrived while that transaction was completed. When that transaction was completed I was asked for my information and I asked to see the unit prior to committing. Well I guess that the couple that came after me were not asked to wait in the hallway as I was or that area locked up as it was for me. This rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe I should have walked away after seeing the unit cancelling my reservation, but I understand since I am uncertain if it was the long hair that I have for the first time grown out. Or the possibility that I looked tired from battling a cold recently. I would hate to say that it was based on ethnicity.I will wait and see how my next visits go......
