Love to rent trucks from here. Great company

These guys were great. Jumped right on my truck figured out the problem and got it fixed fast. Really nice guys.

We rented a 26ft truck from our local Penske in Duluth, Georgia, about two weeks ago. We were quoted $69.00.00 a day. Upon arrival a week later we were told that none were available. Penske in Duluth stated “we dropped the ball sorry.” Having to be out of our rental in a few days, we drove as fast as we could 60 miles away to Forest Park, GA. We asked for a 26ft truck. We were given one at $149.00 day on September 12th. We talked to the manager who said he would grandfather in the other quote (that didn’t happen). We also got charged for 120 miles-the mileage used to go out of our way. We also got charged a full day (the 12th) the day we picked up the truck. During that time we called central res. and explained everything. That we would have to go another 120 miles to drop the truck back off at Forest Park and wouldn’t make it in time. It is also in the 41 minute conversation with Ms. Debbie from central res. who stated to have the truck back on Friday the 17th by 6:00 p.m. and those days would be waived. Come to find out central res. can’t make that call on situations. Our total bill was around 1,400.00 dollars. We called Andrew the district manager for Duluth, we talked to a Lanney, Mike, Cheryl, you name it. Cheryl the other central res. lady also stated that the original quote should have been utilized and routed us to Forrest Park, GA. We called one of the corporate offices in Atlanta who stated that they would have one of the district managers from Forest Park call us within 24 hours, that was yesterday. We spoke with Andrew from Duluth, GA yesterday who only refunded the mileage and the Sunday, the full day we were charged solely driving. He said “that is all I can do and my hands are tied,” and we would have to speak to the manager at Forest Park We spent money we really didn’t have, and would just like our original quote to be honored. We have called every 1-800 number given, from these jokesters and no one will help us. Finally got ahold of Brian Hards e-mail and phone so we will see what that does for us.

The trucks that we rented was not what I expected a tire blew out took 6 hours to get it repaired then after the truck was repaired driving was really kind of sketchy as the truck handled differently and nobody cared to help fix it

There customer service is the worst. Had an issue with the Forest park location, reached out to customer service. The supervisor basically told me not there problem deal with it. The WORST. Will not be renting from them ever again.

First time renting but extremely helpful, very polite and patient. If I rent again I will go here.

The techs there are all helpful and they let me stay the night on the property which saved me really!

Clean truck, professional and friendly staff, from the rental folks to the shop guys. I was in a bind on December 30th & 31st, 2019 & this location found a unit in their shop having preventative maintenance done that was exactly the size I needed. I expected a longer wait time, however, the shop was advised of my circumstances and had the unit ready quicker than expected. Was able to complete my task on Dec 31st.Thank you and I will rent again!

Great service. Called in a reservation and received a prompt call to confirm and give me the best rate. Truck was ready on time and clean.

Overall experience with the company was excellent outside of when I dropped the keys off. The person who took the keys had a very bad attitude. I know it was late, about 8PM, but he was not one to ask questions, etc if needed. There is a drop box, but we forgot to include the inspection papers with the key (so this was why communication with him was needed.)Also, the truck I rented was a 2018/2019, so it was nice and clean inside and outside. 😊Overall, Penske rocks and Id use them again. They are the cheapest state-to-state truck rental period. (Believe me I shopped around)

Went in with an air conditioner problem. Was repaired and back on the road in under two hours.Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Drivers take their trucks to have their scheduled PMs done.. And when drivers go back to pick up their truck so that they can go out on their scheduled run and its not done. I mean I guess that speaks highly that they have so much business.. but it doesnt make it easy to get these things done

I use Penske Truck rental almost on a weekly basis. They always treat me great!

Dont go to Earth City Penske! Dangerous rental units, and when servicing our fleet truck had lug nuts come loose on steering tires just after they replaced the tires!

Very unfriendly.takes too long to do 5 minutes work in to 1hour 30 mins.
