Yesterday I got service From a female named Courtney and she was very rude she pretty much belittled me soon as I came into the door.

Replaced my flat tire on July 5th, when everybody else was closed for holiday observance. They were there when I needed them, and they had it on & balanced in just a few minutes.

First got four brand new tires, that were very much needed . Greatly improved the feel of the ride . Than when I was able to come back for further repairs once again improved the feel of the overall ride .

I was going here for over a year now and had no issues. I take my 3 cars here every month or 2 for a alignment and a checkup and never really felt cheated. About a month ago a guy started thats brand new that works the counter and hes done nothing but cause problems from hanging up on me to me being on the schedule for the day and him saying to bad we will have to get to it tomorrow. Hes always very rude and sarcastic and im now moving onto another shop for my needs because i just cant handle him anymore. Steve and the other 2 ladys are always so nice and never had an issue but now this new guy is just so rude im done with this tires plus.

Never have to wait long love it

They got me in on a sunday before the time they told me it was going to be, I call that a win.

Gotten my car fixed there a few times and Ive also got a new battery from tires plus and I can honestly say they always do a great job on my car.

If you value your time like any regular human being, go someplace else. I dropped my car off Friday at 4:00pm for tires and an oil change. I didn’t get my car back until 6:30 Saturday and they close at 6pm. Not the first time they have wasted my entire day but I promise it will be the last. DO NOT COME HERE.

I went in for a routine oil change, but the team was so thorough that they told me I had a nail in the shoulder of my tire. Shelley had a new tire delivered and they made the repair at the same time. I really appreciate them being proactive and showing concern for my safety. Im thankful they brought it to my attention and that I didnt end up stranded on the side of the road.

I brought my car here on Sunday may 31st to have a valve stem replaced after all said and done the tech his name is Larry decided to rev dump my car and ping it off the rev limiter. I would like some answers on why bouncing my car off it’s rev limiter was needed.

If they make a mess, they do not take responsibility. They did a bad patch work on my tire. I found its leaking from the same spot. Now they are asking me to buy new tire from them with so called discount! I do not recommend this place.

We dropped off our Dodge Ram for new tires and were quoted an outlandish fee. After stating that we would try to find a better deal a few clicks brought the quote down $100. The vehicle needed to stay longer than our essential jobs could accommodate for so we went about our day a car short. I had to be at work by the time the call was received that the call was ready so my spouse was forced to Uber to the location to pick up the truck.He and several other customers reported that the truck was peeled out on the test drive. I don’t believe that this is how tires are tested. The “manager” came to the defense of this action, which is truly unscrupulous. This is not an action that we have ever experienced in buying a full set of tires before.We have been placed in dangerous situations in the past with Michael Tires in Fairfield where the tire fell off before we left Route 4. We made the decision to bring our truck to the Forest Park location and have been disappointed yet again due to lackadaisical practices.We come to you to repair our vehicles. Not haphazard practices.

I had a couple of tires put on the front wheels, no problemI can do much of my own mechanical work myself, however I dont have the equipment for changing out tires, BUT when I started to change out my front brake pads I ended up breaking two studs off the passenger side and one on the driver side. This happened as a result of IMPACTING THE LUG NUTS ON TOO TIGHT! Fortunately, despite the missing studs I could still drive the car up to the shop and Michael Tire honored their warranty and replaced the studs for free

Wont be returning. Liars! I only went here for tires and oil changes but not anymore. This place advises service that is not needed. Every person in the waiting room needs the same stuff? I was told that I need brakes and rotors and they attached a $500 price tag; engine air filter and cabin, attach another $80 (replaced them both myself not 6 months earlier). So... I take it to my dealership for a second opinion. Instead of the 4mm (hmmm, just happens to be when Toyota recommends) that I was told, my pads are 6mm all around. Another 40k miles easily. Not to mention Im not having performance issues with my brakes. Even had the service tech at the dealership show me. YouTube air filter replacements, folks, and dont trust the small outfits. Management puts too much pressure on them to move the needle. Find a high volume outfit that would rather build trust than to scam. The big boys know to change with the times. Focused on trust now that we the customer are empowered with information.

Maybe update your google profile. They DO NOT sell used tires. According to the manager that was watching cartoons 5 min. prior to opening, We do not sell used tires because they are unsafe. He then proceeded to try and sell a new one but couldnt get to it right away anyway because the schedule was full. I would imagine so since there were no technicians that had arrived for work at that time. Unless of course the counter guy was a manager and a technician.

Have been going to this store for over 5 years. Have nothing but great service. They are friendly and timely. The manager Steve is very helpful.

As a former employee of this place, I can assure you that your time as a customer means absolutely nothing to this shop. Do yourself a favor and find a better shop that actually cares about you as a customer.

After spending $1250 at a different Michel Tire to get my car fixed it was still doing the same thing. This Forest Park location refused to perform a diagnostic on my car eventhough they advertise that all locations will guarantee the work done by other shops.

Im torn between two and three stars. Reason being that they provided me with reasonable service that I asked them to do. Replace a tire and check alignment. They did that successfully. But they came out to the lobby and asked me if I wanted to replace my air filters, which I wouldve done if I hadnt just spent $600 dollars elsewhere on my car, just before coming there.I would not have a problem with this but they bring out this big pile of lint with it which I know didnt come out of my car. They are practiced deceivers to run up my bill. All in all, nice people but they lie to you about stuff.

Tires are fine but the service is horrible. Doesnt matter if you have an appt you will wait several hours to get a tire change. Why the customers time is not important I do not understand but this has happened to us on 2 occasions. ..it wont happen again!

Great place

I went with a fixable flat tire in hand that only needed maybe 5 - 10 minutes work and the lady asked me if i made an appointment which i didnt because it just happen and it just needed a patch. But they didnt take it. I walked next door to (AAA) with no appt and with a friendly staff and they were busy but they took my tire. I will always remember that in Michaels i got a careless service.

Took my husbands car there because we needed to plug a tire. Apparently the 3 men behind the counter arent technicians and they wouldnt help us today. Thats okay though, well pay someone else to do it.

It is hard to say something bad about this place because I do trust that they are up front about what needs to be done to my car. But it never ceases to amaze me how high priced their services are. This time I will shop around or do it myself.

Wouldnt recommend this shop. Went in to have spark plugs and a manifold gasket replaced...and left out with a check engine light on and a messed up egr valve..... they replaced the valve for free...because after explaining to them my light was not on when I brought my car in, they admitted they messed it up.

This place is terrible. I dropped my truck off for new brakes. I work out of my truck and asked how long it will be and was given an estimate about 2-3hrs. I understand things can take longer but when it did nobody called me. They had a bay go down and should have told me it wouldnt be so soon. Instead I had to call 5 hrs later to be told it was just now getting pulled into the shop. 4 hrs after that I was called and told it was done, but they were trying to figure out what an odd noise was on my truck. I guess they gave up, because the next morning, after losing a whole day of work, the noise is very noticeable. to sum it up, i wasnt kept in the loop about anything/I had to call, and after a 9hr brake job I still have to go back and lose more valuable time.

Honestly over priced. A set if 4 firestines and allignment costed me $600.... Got a quote from tire discounters for $400 for a similar tire and sevice. They claimed tire discounters dont include allignment. They do if you buy 4. Lied and overcharged. Other than to make use of my warranty and if not for the fact i had a catastrophic blow out on a Saturday and they wasnt the least busy place in the area.... Will never visit again.. others at minimum was a 6+ hour wait at the time....

Went in for 4 tires, I was told a half hour to an hour for it to be done and I ended up wasting 3 hours of my day sitting there. Choose a different location or different business.

Bit expensive, Midas on Route 4 is much cheaper, better and honest.

Ive been a customer for over 12 years at the tri-county Tire Plus store and sadly its to turned into a scam shop.Its simply unacceptable to misled customers with hidden fees and unnecessary work/service. This pattern appears be something new with the change of management.My last visit I had a product under warranty (an interstate battery) and was charged the labor to replace it with a new battery. I asked if labor was covered and they said no. The sham continued b/c after the battery was replaced I was told I needed an alternator ($400). Needless to say I said no but they wouldnt let me keep the new battery without buying the alternator . So they charged me labor to put the old batterry back in! Odd b/c I signed and agreed for service of a replacement battery!Shortly after I went to another Tireplus shop and I was informed that I shouldnt have to pay labor cost on parts under warranty so its very sad that a lost a few bucks on that. Another test showed i did not need an alternator at this shop. Ill continue to find someone from the corporate office to talk to but, buyer beware and Im not sure why cost and honest management vary from shop to shop

Tooooo expensive and bad experience. I dropped my car at this place to get my windows fixed and i been told that it will cost me arround 450 to 500. I said ok but had to leave it there till the next day cuz they didnt have the part. When i left i made couple calls to check on the part, it was 100 dollars less at auto zone and when i called him to tell him abt that he said well i have to make some money of my customers to keep the place running witch i understood but 100 doolars too much. Anyway i had no choice, i agreed to his price. When i pick up my car next day and got home i noticed that the door lock wasnt right it was pushed out and took it back next morning and showed to them, they said we cant get you in today being it back tomorrow. I told him i cant cuz of work but i may bring it back saturday morning he said ok. And i ended up fixing it myself and didnt and i will never go back to them. Too expensive and bad customer service when i send back a customer that spend around 1000 dollars on his car in one week. Brakes and windows. And the worst they never called back to ask me why i didnt bring my car back saturday to fix it witch send me a good message. That was my experience with them, my advice, do you home work before going to any mechanic.

Got a tire replaced here. Now my tire pressure system is screwed up. Now I have to visit the dealer.
