The worst experience I’ve ever had twice. Took a government vehicle there to get an oil change, left the facility for 2 hours, came back only to see they had not began work on the vehicle. After about an hour of waiting, I noticed the tech in the beginning stages of putting new tires on the vehicle. When I spoke to him about it he informed me he speak with the fleet management company and they authorized him to put tires on. No problem at all but at least call the person who dropped the vehicle off to inform them.Came by today to get an oil change on my personal vehicle because I was in the area. I get the invoice and I’ve never paid this much for an oil change in my life and I drive a pretty standard sized car. The oil change took 2+ hours and during that time I walked outside multiple times while on different calls only to see the tech just standing underneath the vehicle. Would never recommend anyone to use this location in particular. Unless you are getting more than just standard service done they will take their time with your vehicle.
Took my car to the forest park location for an oil change on 10/18/2021, paid $100, not the problem. Here it is 10/25/2021 and my oil light came on. I checked my dip stick and my oil is dangerously low. This is a serious problem. I dont want to drive it and risk destroying my engine. So basically Im gonna need to add oil(more money I dont have). Totally disappointed with my visit!!
Would have been better rating had it not been for the extremely long wait time. And the facility was pretty dirty. There was also a urine smell coming throughout the location which was a bit repugnant. Besides that I had a good experience felt the staff was knowledgeable and not trying to trick me into buying anything. Sam was friendly the tech was friendly and informative. Thanks

I took my car to the Forest park,GA location get the tires rotated and balanced and also have the alignment done because I have an account with Firestone. I asked the service tech to check one of my tires thinking it had a nail in it because I was losing air and if that was the case while they had the tires off fix the hole. The next morning my tire was running low again so I took it back and ask them to plug it they told me It would be an hour and a half wait. The following week I took the car back With an appointment to get my tire fixed then they tell me they can’t plug it because my tread is too low.They wanted me to buy a tire and the only one they had that would fit my car cost $149. I took my car to another reputable tire shop they fixed my tire with a plug when I asked him about the tread being too low he said no my tire was fine there was no reason for them to say I needed a new tire. Now it makes me wonder if it’s because I am a woman they thought they had an easy target to get $150 out of me.

For the most part, they have a friendly staff and hard-working team. The only downside is the manager, Emanuel. Emanuel is not a customer-friendly person He is very rude and I dont believe he has the skill set to lead his team. I have had multiple run-ins with Emanuel, all of my experiences have been bad. A few weeks back, he misdiagnosed my van and charged me 400 dollars for the repair. My van still had the same problem when I left the lot. I took it to the tire shop about 1000 feet down the road and they fix the problem for 10 dollars.. If hes working the day you need service, I Would go Somewhere else.
The person that took my order was very personable and he took great care and let me know where I was inline to have my car fixed and I really appreciate that and it seems that they did a great job with my car👍
The wait is something Ive come to expect (4 hours vs the 1.5 I was quoted at 7am). The lack of communication. No sense of urgency. No accountability amongst staff. Tech was paid for inspection. Said brakes were fine. I went with expectation of getting full brake job. Dealership and another Firestone have shown me brakes needed work badly within past 2 weeks. Came today to get them fixed and tech could not have any looked at them. Missed opportunity for Firestone of $1k worth of brakes. Will follow-up with regional office. This was a horrible visit.

Came to Firestone this morning to get my company van oil changed. 2nd time and last time I’ll come here. I arrived around 649am 6/9/2021. I stayed in my van till about 659am which a young man was opening the overhead doors as I exit my vehicle to place my iPad in the back, I’m park by mt Zion road. My plan was I was gonna smoke a cigarette before I went to front door before I can take 2 steps from my van the guy opening overhead doors says “Don’t rush to the door I don’t have it opened yet 2 steps out my van by my Zion rd. No Good morning how are you what can we do for you today but DONT RUSH THE DOOR. He makes it sound like I was running to door. I work in customer service for my job. I see my first customer at 8 am and greet with Good Morning if I like them or not!
Terrible don’t go to Firestone went to get a oil change and the guy just said no my line is to long so no pole change. I’m just kinda confused I guess if it was me I would want the business
I am Thankful Firestone was able to replace my flat tire. The asian man at the counter was unhelpful. When I would ask him a question he would tell me ask the other man. I was given an estimated time of 1.5 hours. Instead it was more like 2.5 hours. I was therefore late picking up my daughter from school.
It took way too long to get a tire replacement, be sure to call for an appointment in advance.

Good folks here, been using this place for at least 15 years if not longer. They have always been able to help me get the lowest price and really helped me out when I really needed it. Plus the Firestone credit card is a absolute savior when you have an issue with your vehicle and an issue with funds, and thats just being real with it. Thanks guys.
This is my 1st visit here and I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service! I’ve been here since 10AM and they are now just taking my car 2hours later and they are still not finished! I came for a simple smoke test now I see I made a mistake coming here.
Completely irrespective of peoples time, I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. it took 2 hours just for them to see the vehicle and this was just for a point check I cant imagine there any more prompt with any other vehicle maintenance.
Horrible service. Went at 8am for a new tire. Waited til 10am going back up to see what the wait was about. Found out they couldnt change the tire, but no one thought to inform me. I just sat there waiting

Got approved for a Firestone credit card. Went there to get a set of tires and they maxed out the whole Credit limit. Tires didnt cost about $400.00 a set. Wont be going back back there!!

Yesterday I got flat tire and came to the Firestone Complete Auto. They are help fixed but not better, and decide change a new tires. Mr. Sam ( manager) very nice, funny and opendmind. He had 22 years in there. He help me and any costumers too
Went this morning because check tire pressure light came on. The last two times this happened I took to Firestone at this location and the tire had to be patched. I was told they can fill them and I asked could they check for a nail they gave me every excuse and then told me it would be 3 hours and went back to what he was doing. I have no problem waiting but it’s bad business to just send me off without seeing if there is a cause. I am now at NTB where my tires are getting checked and not just filled up.

My visit with Firestone was awesome. I had to have my rotors and brake pads replaced. Sherman the man who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed. Sherman made it a pleasure for me to give my money to Firestone. My car runs like new. I am a very satisfied customer. Firestone has earned my trust.

Please do not insult people when you do not have an opportunity to make money from customers. I have my cars serviced by this shop in the past, but no more from now on. First I had a schedule appt which I would later find out I was in wrong place but there was an employee there when I arrived who didnt even acknowledge the fact that I was there. I had decided to just spend the money there. Any woo I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I wonder why I wasnt acknowledge?
Been waiting three hours so far for an oil change with no predictable time for delivery. Was stranded and vehicle came in on a wrecker so I don’t have any other options. Sucks I have a 2 hour drive home after this.
Had confirmed appointment for slow leak at 6pm, told I couldnt be seen due to manpower. Rescheduled upon arrival Employee at desk said, oh you need new tires without looking at tires. Then told the tire couldnt be fixed. Whats the point of paying for road hazzard if tire wont be replaced? Paid $122 for new tire. I feel ripped off. This is the last visit to this location, Im going somewhere else. Will tell others to do the same. Consumer confidence is more important than pushing tire sales, especially if consumer never comes back.

Customer friendly, however, did not have any make of tire in my size. I am a regular customer and have been for a long time. Had to go to a competitor to get taken care of.
I had a good experience with Firestone at this location. Our tire was flat, and we were able to get it to Firestone. They were able to patch the tire, but the patch did not hold, by the time we arrived home (about 5 miles away) the tire was flat again. It had gone flat and had worn through the sidewalls, the tire was no longer usable. We called Firestone and explained the problem. Firestone we replaced the tire on them, we paid for the labor only. The manager was very professional.
I stopped by on my way from FL to OH for a nail in my tire and oil change, Sherman was so kind, personable and helpful. everything was done in a quick manner and I was back on my way. thank you for your assistance!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!-This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE you can ever go to. We called ahead of time to see how long it would take for on oil change and alignment, we were told 45 minutes to an hour we ended up waiting 3 hrs, then was told my engine light was on which both my husband and I knew was Definitely Not on when we dropped my car off, we were also charged for a routine service check which we did not notice is actually free, but we were charged anyway, when they were finally done with my car, my engine and rims had oil all over them (very sloppy) and my carpet on the drivers side jad a big oily shoe print right near the pedal. When I saw that my check engine light was still on I ended up arguing with the guy that charged us and he said that it took long because the alignment sometimes takes longer than usual, then he said that the check engine light was on because of my turbos but there is nothing wrong with it, he also said they can reset my engine so the light goes off but if it comes back on to take it back to the dealer...THESE PEOPLE MADE MY CAR HAVE AN ISSUE AND REFUSE TO FIX IT OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, INSTEAD THEY TRY TO CUT YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU KNOW NOTHING. THIS LOCATION IS A RIP OFF AND SCAM YOU ANY WAY POSSIBLE...DO NOT GO HERE.

09/05/2021 GOT MY OIL CHANGED AND TIRE ROTATION...WHEN I GOT HOME I CALLED THEM BACK TO LET THEM KNOW THEY ROTATED MY TIRES WRONG...MY CAR WEAR STAGGERED TIRES..THEY PLACED THE BIGGER TIRES ON FRONT AND SMALL ON BACK..HAVE TO TAKE BACK...TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE...WENT TO FOREST PARK BECAUSE THE SERVICE I GOT AT UNION CITY WAS HORRIBLE...MAKING ME THINK TWICE ABOUT FIRESTONE ALL TOGETHER

Bad customer service
This place try to charge me $585 to replace the motor in my wind shield wipers.I found the part for 55 bucks And did it myself. I then also had lifetime alignment but they manage to charge me $75 just to look at my car and tell me it needed a $585 windshield and when I left Day either really sucked at doing the alignments or did not do it at all. I have been a customer of Firestone at a few locations for about 15 years on and off and have always been well aware that they were overcharging but stop with them just based on convenience. After being talked down to like an idiot and their attempt to charge me almost $600 for a $55 part that took me 25 minutes to do myself with a YouTube video I will never be using any Firestone again despite having a free alignment

Setting here over an hour and a half a waiting customer and my vehicle hasnt been touched but others after me are getting helped. This is also my 3rd attempt for them and Im about to Chuck it and go-to a competitor.

Absolutely terrible customer service. So concerned to have an approval from a fleet insurance company. After an hour waiting and the first customer of the day with a blow out they discover the tire was not in stock and have to currier the tire from another location. I had to call the insurance company and the agent advised the online information was missing for a new battery approval. So needless to say I would drive right on by to the next auto care location.
Saturday, December 22 my husband & I were driving to Aransas Pass, Texas from SC and we made it to Atlanta when a tire blew out.Our insurance company dispatched a wrecker to tow us to a local Firestone. I had bought new tires this year through Firestone and I have used them for several issues and maintenance on my car. I had purchased the lifetime warranty with the tires, thankfully. Our tow truck was able to drop us off at 5:40 pm and they closed at 6:00. I had a feeling that employees would be rude to us with it being the last working day before CHristmas and I know they wanted to go home, but that was not the case at all. Sherman pulled my account up and verified my information and had the guy in the service department pull my car into the bay to get it fixed. He had the same brand of tires I had bought and was making sure everything was handled in a speedy yet professional manner. At 6:10 pm we were driving out of Firestone and headed to Texas once again. I cannot thank these guys enough for making us feel welcome, being courteous and polite, and getting us on our 1200 mile journey in record time!!
Good people. My rental had a leak in the tire, firestone didn’t cover it but gave me enough air to take back to the airport to exchange for a new vehicle.

After many attempts of dropping off my car to get a quick oil change & told they were too busy, I finally got confirmation over the phone for an oil change today; was told it shouldnt take too long. I drive over & walk into the lobby to drop off my car. Garage was not packed, one person working on a car while three people inside & only one of the three working. I confirm pickup around 6pm (2.5 hrs away at the time) & was told it may be 7pm now or later. Just annoying so decided to go somewhere else.

They suck! I took my cobalt 2006 for a check up, $90! They didnt fixed my car or problem. They just told me I would die if I keep driving my Chevrolet car. Their solution was: take it to the dealer!.

Good place to buy your tires, they are open on sunday which is great but they get crowded early. Easy to find but dont drive over the speed limit, local police make a living on monitoring the highway.
I came in May and got new break pads and rotors. A day later, my breaks were right back squeaking and scrubbing. Now, in September, that I had time to bring my car back, after ONLY 13,000 miles when the other ones lasted over 100,000 miles, they tell me I need new brake pads and rotors once again, with NO regard to the fact they messed them up the first time. $350 wasted and they wanted to charge another me another $206.

Visisted this site on 11/14/2018 with my Chevy Tahoe. They stripped my lug nuts to the point my center cap wouldnt stay on! Now i have to buy new lug nuts and change them out!
Replaced all 4 tires. People are nice, no complain.

Went here for over 20 years. The last 3 years have been not so good. Different people, different service. Always adding work thats not needed on your vehicle and charges way too much. Never going here again.

This place is not at all the best place at all. I spent 800 plus in this store. I had to keep coming back every week. The last time I came their they broke my driver side rim. NOTHING i mean NOTHING has been done about it. I called the corporate number for over 2 1/2 weeks. I have tride after time to get in contact with the store or district manager still waiting for a return phone call. No one returned my calls. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Im not happy with this sucky service I was given.I have all my paper work none shows a broke rim. The rims never had a problem and iv owned my car over two years. Never a rim problem.I wish this place would pay customers for their troubles. Because now its has broke it is unsafe to drive.

The worst experience ever. We all have choices. So choose not to take your vechile there I spent $510.09 there on tires. Had to return due to noise in back tire. Then I was informed that I need wheel barens that would cost over $800.00 my car is a 2016 didnt sound right. Needless to say took to another mechanic he said no wheel barens brought car to dealer. This firestone has broke my air tire scissor and bent my rim the scissor is Rolling around in my tire. Dealer is charging $866.00 REALLY Firestone
Each time that I come I have to make a second trip just to get the problem fixed... From a oil change (leaking) tires not properly balanced, parts no securely replaced... It cost me time and money to keep returning
I paid for an alignment with a 1 year warranty. I go back and try and get my tires straight and they refused to honor my warranty because my car is Old 99 and he insist that the alignment could be something else, because thats how old cars are. Then he says you went over the mileage under the warranty. That was never specified when I paid all that darn money for the warranty. I will never give anY Firestone my money again. I felt as if they gave me the women dont know any better treatment. Very Disappointed in this company with as much money Ive spent with them over the years, Id think I deserve better service.
Dont take your car firestone if you want it fixed right. They charge you and they dont do a right job and dont honor warranty and blame the problem on other stuff. Take your car to kram tire on Moreland Avenue they have the best prices on tires and do a great job on alignment and everything else with professional and friendly staff. Firestone is a crook and they do not know what theyre talking about
What a horrid establishment. I got a tyre with a slow leak a few weeks ago, made an appointment for first thing in the morning. An hour later, I asked for my keys (since my car had not been touched) and both the manager and the employee who didnt record the appointment started arguing with me, trying to assign blame.
