They are located next Door 2 a donut shop an across the street from Piggly Wiggly the market and the Clayton County Water Tank THEY DO HAVE EXTRA PARKING IN THE BACK... SO go an ✔ them out...

Came in at 8:40 left at 9:30 here for oil change and my brakes the service for brakes was a little pricey so I just got my oil changed which came out to about $60 which is about average and pretty decent very friendly staff and honest which you dont find very often now of days would definitely recommend for oil change and tune-up because they have reasonable prices but the brakes are pretty pricey

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Place is always SOOOO busy, because, Im sure, they have good prices and do good work. 4 stars because it took so long, but glad for them for having so much business but holding the line on prices. Theyll get my business the next time, too.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. We will be returning to them when more work is needed. There is a little wait but its worth it for the quality.

These guys know much more about cars than most people! I know this because the other oil change places did not know how to even change on a smart car and these guys did the job incredibly and efficiently and even pulled my car in front of the window so that I can watch every detail. I cant say enough great things about the manager and his employees because they know what theyre doing and I highly recommend this place because they are above average! The guys are super helpful and super friendly and best of all they really know what theyre doing!

I arrived at 7:04am and waited for the shop to open being that they do not accept appointments at this location. The guy opens at 8:12am turns on the lights and walks out. About 6 customers are in line and he’s off to the side smoking a cigarette. He didn’t give any information as to why he wasn’t checking anyone in nor the wait time. At 8:27am I decided to leave. Very unprofessional he didn’t give any details on the wait time barely said good morning and proceeds to smoke his cigarette.

Friendly and courtesy service. Clean and spacious waiting area. Jake (Manager) and technicians were also very helpful. Would return & recommend visits.

Although we share reviews management doesnt care. I felt as though if they did, they have our contact info. Why not reach out to us? I arrived at the forest park location yesterday at 10:33 am without even acknowledging me of any delays or problems. I went to the desk after sitting there over 3 hours to ask if they had forgotten about me. The guy had oil all over his hands and standing there typing on the computer with a sausage biscuit in his hand. Very unprofessional. 2 minutes after I asked if Id been forgotten then my car was pulled in. I had sway bar end links done and it took about 30 mins 169.00 turned into 225.00. They could at least offer some type of compensation on next visit. The stockbridge location is much cleaner and professional

I had to leave because I wasnt acknowledged. They have a ton of billboards. Seems like a waste.

I felt as if they was toying with me. They had me coming to that shop almost everyday. They made my car even worse from when I brought it to them for repair and then told me it was ok to do uber in it. If you didnt know what was wrong with or couldnt fix it you should have been honest about it instead of having me come there everyday. Now my car is at the dealership and they told me that you all misdiagnosed my car. All this put me behind financially.

The Manager Tommy was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. He called me with updates to my vehicle and explained things to me that very easy to understand. Im not mechanic but from dealing with a lot of horrible mechanics and getting burned, Tommy this far has been the best 1 I met. Thank you Tommy and your team for your Service!

Nice guys. Pretty professional. Decent prices. They have a small lobby with no mask enforcement though, so wear a mask and go early when you dont run into a bunch of inconsiderate customers.

They quote you 1 price then when you go there for repair,kt is a total different price.

Went in for a oil change there tech who have worked with the company assured me that he have 1 year of experience changing oil. He also said that my oil plug was very hard to turn and it was free wheeling. He had my car all of 20 minutes and also shared that the last company was at fault. First off I know he stripe my plug and possibly have striped my oil pan. I have a 2015 Malibu which is one of the easiest oil changes to do. The general manger wasn’t willing to work with me at all. He actually called the police thinking that I told a customer not to do business with them. At that point he was upset and wanted a reason to remove me from the property. I was on my air pod talking to a friend. This place is very unprofessional and it’s franchised own. So there protocol is bs. There not going to fix or help solve the issue even if there shop is at fault. The district manger will avoid you and not show up to a scheduled meeting either. Do business at your own risk

Your mechanic tells people to kill themselves because he didnt do his job correctly.?

I had the worst experience,took my car there 3 times for a power steering leak that they claim to have fixed but is still leaking and loud,this place is a complete ripoff. Last time they kept my car for 4 days and didnt start repairs until Saturday an hour before they was scheduled to close,I wouldnt recommend them to even put air in my tires cause they might mess that up.

I took my car in because it kept cutting off while driving. They fixed it. But made it worse now its leaking oil and smoking real bad and wont start back up at all.

Oil changes pretty good. Beware of prices for other amenities, make sure you have good knowledge of mechanic work and prices. They do have coffee 😁

Please do not take your car there. They only change the oil filter and not the oil. Yes they seem to be very friendly but their taking your money and not doing the job. So I advise you to watch them if you decide to have work done there thats if they dont run you out of the garage.. Dont trust Tommy, Hell tell you anything and why not hes the manager...I had a very bad experience there fyi.....

I can not say enough how easy these guys will make your car life. Tommy is soo awesome, and I just adore ole blue eyes, one of the mechanics. I will say it again, I absolutely luv these guys. Very nice and personable. The young lady in the office is soo sweet. Offer excellent service from the mechanics to front desk clerk. Gives the best prices in town, and they do great work. I had my car towed in for a diagnostic on Saturday....I must say the customer service was great Tommy advised me to take my car the dealership because he couldnt figure out what was going on with my car....came to pick it up today and noticed my truck was open and my doors was lock and my tool set was gone...talk with Tommy about the situation and he informed me that they have been having issues with thief in their parking lot...my concern is knowing this and making sure your customers car is secure is unsettling with me....Im not sure if I will continue to do business there again.

EDIT: I WAS TOLD THEY HAD ONE MORE AIR FILTER TO FIT MY VEHICLE. THE AIR FILTER WAS ACTUALLY TOO SMALL, AND THIS ALLOWED LEAVES AND OTHER DEBRIS TO BUILD UP IN MY AIR INTAKE, DAMAGING MY VEHICLE. I HAVE NOW SPENT OVER $600 TRYING TO DIAGNOSE AND CORRECT THE ISSUE THEY CAUSED. I went to two different auto repair facilities to get an oil change. Both told me I had a bad oil filter housing unit and had to go get it replaced at a Dodge dealer. I called Precision Tune Auto and they told me to come right in. Within five minutes of arriving, they determined that both previous places misdiagnosed me and it was simply air leakage from a gasket that wasnt secured properly. They also checked and informed me of my brake fluid needing flushing. Within 30 minutes, they had performed an oil change, replaced my brake fluid, and my air and cabin filters AND gave me a substantial discount and had me out the door. Great customer service!!!

I normally have a perfect visit, but I told them I have a TDI VW When doing an oil change.Turns out they didn’t know what they were doing, put the ring on improperly and caused oil to spill all over my engine. It cost me $500 to take it to the VW dealership and have it fixed and repaired.

Tommy was very nice and helpful. They took care of my oil change quickly even though it was after 5 on a Friday.

Had a last minute need and Carl promptly answered the phone and our prayers! they were able to get us in, inspected, corrected and out the door in just about an hour on a Saturday morning at the price we discussed upfront. Carl was super friendly, helpful, honest, understanding and kind with a big ol smile the whole time. we have found our car guy as my hubby puts it, and will certainly be returning in the near (and far) future for any mechanical needs for both our cars, as well as recommend them to family, friends, and you reading this review!

I went in for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone was nice and professional. They guided me through what they were doing and everything they were looking at, pointing at the little blemishes and telling me what i should and shouldnt worry about. And asked me about the price i was buying at to see if it was a good deal.After they were done, pretty quickly because it was a newer car with no problems, they told me it was on the House. (Disclaimer: This doesnt mean yours will be free, though. If your inspection requires more work theyll probably charge you, as its fair.) Im definitely coming back. They are nice, honest, and know what theyre doing.

Great place! Came during noon to get an oil change. We were serviced and out within 30 minutes. Prices were good and they didnt try to pressure us into spending on more services!!!

My fiance recommended this place to me because the service and quality was supposed to be good. Little did we know that the store manager fired all of the competent mechanics because they were lying about their work hours. Theres a slew of new idiots there who should probably be at a GED class. My car literally sat on standby for 3 days before these moronic bafoons even put it in the lift to inspect. On day #4 they still could not confirm if it was a starter issue or something else. On day #5 I had my car towed to the damn dealership.

Be careful the parking lot is small and easy to get hit turning the narrow corner to get back there
