Yooo not gone lie, this is a legit place to get your car serviced. They got real reasonable prices, you get in and out, and the employees are all professional and helpful! I was helped by a dude named Frankie, I highly recommend seeing him! I was going to Nissan for all my services but after he helped me I’m not going nowhere else.

I came in desperately looking for a certain tire. Although they didnt have it in stock, Frankie went out of his way to get it for me in 30 min from another location. He brought it back and got my tires changed in less than an hour. He went above and beyond to providing the bet customer service. I will definitely be doing business here again.

Worst alignment shop, these guys have left toe rod ends loose which could result in a crash or death. I discovered this during a walk around inspection after they did my alignment. They wouldnt just come loose, they wasnt tight in the first place.

Waited there for 3 to 4 hours to get an alignment done and they didnt do it.

Southern Tire Mart and their Manager Ricky went far beyond normal customer service to help me change my F450 summer tires to Continental Scandinavia winter tires (which are truly awesome). Short story, I drove from Miami towards Denver, CO and Southern Tire Mart was the first stop where I would be able to get hold of these quality tires. Brian at their sales office helped coordinate moving the tires from Continentals Atlanta storage so that I would not have to drive out of my path to get them mounted. The curveball to this was all of this took place on December 23rd and off course we got caught up in in heavy traffic on our way up and got delayed beyond Southern Tire Marts closing time. Ricky, Cody, Brian and one more mechanic stayed and waited for our arrival. When I rolled in their truck bay there was a team of skilled mechanics ready to swap out my six tires. This is as good as customer service ever gets. Best possible experience even when I could not be there in time. A heartfelt thanks to the great team at Southern Tire Mart! ❤️🙏I also would like to thank Denver White at Continental Tires for helping coordinating all of this!

Nice place. Big lot, no problem to bring truck and trailer here. Very helpful staff made sure I got the best tires within my budget and installed 8 new drive tires on my rig in about an hr and a half. Nice waiting room so you can kick back while they work👍👍

I was going down 75N headed to airport. Hit somehting in road pulled off at exit. Pulled into Southern Tire Mart. Walked in spoke with Rawlin. Super nice. Greated me, asked what I needed. I told hime the problem, and he got me in and out in 15 minutes. Changed my tire and put on spare. New I was in rush, and sent me on my way. I HIGHLY recommend them. I didnt think employees like Rawlin exsisted anymore. Super nice.

Ashley was wonderful at the front desk. Service was fast and the techs did a good job. The price was fair and reasonable. My one complaint is the tire techs left a mess on my rims after the tire change.

Chris McNeil is the man!!! Him and the crew at Southern Tire Mart always seem to have whatever is needed when I come here for my company vehicles. Staff is always pleasant and usually work quickly to get me out of here and back to the grind!I would definitely reccomend them if you are in need of tires for your vehicle.

Broke one of my covers on my rims did not tell me but when I call to find what happen to the cover they could not tell what happened and tried to tell the next day not the day it happened didnt want to the blame never use this place again do not go there

A true gem, tucked away in your local neighborhood (Forest Park/Morrow/Jboro, totally worth the drive!!) with great prices and an amazing staff! Every customer is greeted and treated with a personal and KNOWLEDGEABLE touch from amazing professionals (special shout out to Chris McNeil for being INCREDIBLY kind and thoughtful,) and they genuinely appreciate and respect their clients. I dont think Ive EVER seen a repair shop that clean, either! I will be back time and again! Love these guys!

They did not want to provide the service we needed even though the reason why is they were at fault we wont be going back

So after a year Im editing my review. The reason for the dramatic change and review is the customer service and service is not about the customer but completely about the money. This is a billion dollar company that does not truly care whether the customer is happy or even somewhat satisfied in my experience. My story is long but I will blog and do a video on it. I spent over $4000 and I was only asking for a small amount to be allocated to what I lost not even 15% and they rejected me. No satisfaction. 0.5* if I could

My wife and I were on our way to Tucker,ga due to a death in our family. When all of a sudden my truck lost oil pressure and started running hot.just so happened to be at and exit ramp, so we took the exit and at the top of the exit ramp we saw Southern Tire Mart . So we coasted over to there parking lot and I got out to see what might be wrong with it. While I was checking my truck one of the employees came out and offered his assistance and immediately he wanted to put my truck on the lift and upon the inspection he found the problem. He offered to repair it and While waiting on the repairs to be completed they ask us where we were from and where we were going and in these conversations they made us feel very comfortable .They truly wanted to help get us to our family. They repaired my truck in a timely manner and a very very fair price. I highly recommend Southern Tire Mart for all your automotive needs.
