I ordered a transmission under warranty through Movaris and when I went to pick it up at Advance I was told that I had to pay for the warranted transmission first. I kept trying to explain to Juan that is not what the warranty company told me. To make a long story short I paid $2400 for a transmission that was already warranted and paid for and I ended up having to call Movaris to rectify the situation. Juan was very rude and kept cutting me off as I was talking.

Went there today to make a automotive parts purchase,just wanted to say it was worth the time going there,people that work there are friendly and helpful, well satisfied with the prices and the amount of help I received,medium parking spaces,including handicap parking,highly visible location at the corner of a red-light intersection & access from 4 lane divided hwy,not far from interstate i _285.plus theres many other amenities you might need in all directions things to know when out traveling.

For the sake of being in the area doesnt account for anything when your customer service is non existent and the store has nothing in stock and inventory is completely off! This store would FAIL an audit!!! Individual locations should take more pride in the location they work in rather than spewing from their lips so fast, Lake City has it.

They are always ignoring you. Go to the one across from the car wash much better w being helpful.

They will not process any orders via the website for pickup.

Not very friendly employees but hey is an autoparts so i get it. You do have to ask for the money back you receive when you turn in an old part for the purchase of a new one because they wont tell you or give you the money.

Guy that helped me at the register was helpful and made sure I had the correct antifreeze for my vehicle.

I called about a fuel pump last night a girl said they had it I said put your hands on it if you got it will come get it she put me on hold then came back to the phone a few minutes later said she had her hands on it. I drive 35 MINUTES TO FOREST PARK just to find out they dont have it she said she was gonna wait till I got there to make sure I was coming smh.

Everytime I try to give this store my business, they fail me, I asked a young man on Sunday at 7:10pm could he help me out by testing my battery and alternator, I was patient in him taking forever and taking customers before me even when I was there first, he told me he could take my battery out and charge it 30 minutes so I waited for him to get the tools. Now I waited outside in the hot sun after a long stressful day in the sun at work and he did not come back out, I went in the inside and asked did you forget about me. He then says he cant assist me while laughing, looking at the clock stressing they were about to close in 20 minutes. I asked for the manager he was also rude, I explained to him he said he would help take my battery out and charge it and never came back to assist me I was then told they cant help me because rules and regulations, BUT IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE with getting my battery taken out and charged. They stated I would have to remove it, I asked for tools they stated were about to close while laughing so I left and went to another store I will never come back to this store. If you need help go to auto zone or somewhere else this store staff needs to be looked at and evaluated they are rude, they never want to help you, their attitudes are terrible and if I could report them to the BBB I would.

Great place now but a little confused I have nothing against guys but the men who rung me up have a mustache and long green finger nailed. His hands where very ashy like he had been baking biscuits all day and was in desperate need for a fill in. I was lost and confused. His bra strap was hanging out. Made me fill uncomfortable. Will not return. I spend to much money with them for this. I will continue to shop online.

Purchased struts from the store on Christmas Eve and had to pay $23 for expedited shipping for the parts to arrive on Friday. Asked the associate if it was going to be in later because of the holiday, I was told it would be shipped over night and be at the store in the morning. Called the store 3 different times and was told the parts would arrive at 3 different times. Gave the store a contact to call once the parts arrived, did not receive a single call.Customer service was poor and unprofessional... DO NOT BUY YOUR PARTS FROM THIS Advanced Auto Parts Store. Go with AutoZone, OReillys, or anywhere else.
