I loved our experience with Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! We had an appointment and 1pm and left at 4:15pm with a new Jeep! They were fast and cognizant of our time, which weve never had at a dealership in the past. They were easy to talk to - very down to earth! The showroom was clean and the staff were friendly. They were not pushy with all of the extra offers either. Cisco was a great salesman & the manager was A+! They even washed my Weather-tech mats from my trade-in and put them in my new vehicle! Hawk has a solid team of customer service reps and service crew! Lightning fast Service and great communication with clients. It’s the only place I go for my Jeep maintenance. Their service crew was out for a few weeks due to some labor contract issues but am happy to see they’re back in business. I’ve always had a great experiences there.

Francisco Rangel @ the Forrest park location was the best representative I’ve ever worked with when car shopping. He made my experience Fast, smooth and easy. He listened to all my needs and wants. He didn’t pressure me into just buying any car he made sure it was THE one for me! What I loved the most was how knowledgeable he was with all Vehicles. He was on point with numbers. I went to Hawk when I totaled my car because I needed a new car fast. Brian Gagliano told me the Jeep he was trying to sell was an upgrade from my Jaguar. It wasnt. It was a base model Cherokee with a sunroof and luxury car price tag. The dealership has been completely unwilling to help me with a more appropriate alternative.

Fresh off of the strike and when I arrived there was four cars ahead of me. The service worker told me an hour to an hour and a half wait for an oil change. I said Id wait because I knew the strike had just ended. My oil change was done within 45 minutes! Excellent service and hospitality!!

Just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Hawk Jeep and the entire process was AAA+++. Thank you to Paul for helping me in finding exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a new used car, previously leased with low mileage. With his help, I found my beautiful Nissan Altima. I just love this car. Its about two years old, and it looks and smells like a brand new car. All the staff at Hawk in Forest Park are great; knowledgeable and friendly. I’m not one to post negative reviews… but I was NOT pleased with my sales experience. Alan initially showed interest in selling us a vehicle but when it came to him getting the information he needed from me, the numbers were way over quoted. Wasn’t willing to help out in anyway..could have assisted with finding a vehicle in my budget perhaps? Went on Jeep’s website and was able to make the same vehicle listed on their website for a few thousand dollars cheaper! I’ll wait the few months for production than buy an over priced vehicle. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience! I had tried two other dealerships prior to Hawk and left upset and frustrated. I first communicated with Hawk via email and they were very straightforward with me. So I set up an appointment and had a wonderful salesman named Enrique. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I told him the specs on the 2019 Ram Promaster that I wanted, and he found one on the lot. After a test drive, we sat down and Brian came over with the offer. It was substantially better than any other dealer and met my price target on the first try. The details of the price and loan werent exactly what I requested, however, they found a way to meet my target and it actually turned out even better than my original request! Frank in the finance department was very friendly and helpful as well. Bottom line is, everyone there that I worked with was straightforward and didnt play any of the typical games you find at a car dealership. Extremely pleased with my purchase!

Does anyone enjoy buying cars? Yeah, that’s what I thought. I’ve actually had some really bad experiences, which make me scared to set foot at a dealership. Fortunately, Hawk CDJR is very friendly. I made an appointment, came over, got checked in, met Ryan, who was quick to answer my questions, and point out things that I wouldn’t think to ask. No pressure at all, which I _loved_ - none of this, “what’s it going to take to get you driving home today?” He understood what I’m looking for and will call me when he’s got it. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied These are trying times with the pandemic, and a chip shortage, among other things, limiting the number of available new cars. I never write negative reviews, but I thought this disservice needs to be known by other consumers. The service department is terrible! Lack of communication, car not repaired, in fact my car is worst than it was when I took it in. I drove it in with some noises and when I went to pick it up, it did not start at all. I could not drive it out after I paid almost a thousand dollars! They have now had my car 5 days and I have no idea what is wrong with it! I keep calling and no one is answering. I send a text and no response. What the heck! I will never take my car there again!

I have had a leased Jeep Wrangler for the past three years and had some great service experiences at Hawk with oil changes etc. However, I recently worked with their sales department because my lease is coming to an end and i was looking for my next vehicle. Long story short, I will likely get another Jeep in the future but never from Hawk. Their sales team was entirely unhelpful in making recommendations for vehicles that fit my needs and budget (which was not a small amount), they gave me inaccurate information about an option to sell them my leased vehicle and would not even allow me to turn my leased Jeep into their facility because they “don’t have room to ground vehicles for customers that don’t purchase from them.”

Got my beautiful 2020 Jeep back in April which Francisco helped me get a great deal on!!! I’m so in love with my truck! Today I had some issues with the Bluetooth not connecting to my phone so I brought my truck in and my service advisor Oscar was able to help get the issue resolved!! I was in and out within the hour. I will be returning for my free oil change in a few months. Highly recommend this dealership! Helpful staff & no scams. Ask for Sisco in sales if you are looking to buy a car!

Ive been a customer at 4 other CDJR dealerships in the Chicago area in the past and this was the best experience.Easily the best new car order, purchase, and pick up process that I have ever experienced. People who receive you at this dealership are wonderful at processing servicing of your needs. The one star comes from the actual service. I have been servicing my jeep here for about 6 years. After my last visit, the problem I took it in for continued. After taking it a personal mechanic (out of convenience) I come to find out that the REPORT that claims services were done, were NOT done! Beware of this dealership and their claims of completing services that are not being monitored for completion and/or quality. For the amount of money that comes out of pocket, it is a shame that you cannot even trust the DEALERSHIP to give you quality control. These are peoples livelihood, money and trust you are gambling with!! Terrible, and shameful!

Made an appointment for my car to be looked at today as its nearing the end of my warranty. Was told my warranty would not cover more then half my issues(not told to me on the phone). Was also told my oil change expired and when I asked how much an oil change was I was told $75 or 3 for $100. They said they fixed my tires, without my approval. Car drives worse now then when I brought it in. My other issues were not addressed. After I left I checked said work to find no proof of it done. When I called and inquired why it was not done the service person gave me the double talk. They will tell you anything to get you in the door worse then the small used car dealership and not follow through. I brought my car from this dealership because they had the car I wanted, I have regrets ever since. The sales people lie, the financial guy is the best, service department is a joke. Would not recommend.

I bought out the car that I had been leasing. It took them nearly a month to have my remaining lease amount settled as they had promised to, along with me having to continually follow up multiple times to ensure it was done before my next payment would have been due. I purchased an extended warranty including two years of oil changes and tire rotations. I went for my first one and they said it wasn’t in their system, even though they could see I had indeed just purchased it. What was even more disappointing was how the service manager responded—he said I would have to talk to the sales department to get this straightened out. When I inquired why I as the customer had to fix an issue that they made happen, he said because they were separate departments. Mind you, this is no more than 100’ feet away. Ultimately I was able to get this corrected, but the service manager’s response, coupled with me having to follow up MULTIPLE times to ensure my lease pay off was completed as promised, give me little faith in ensuring that Hawk Jeep follows through in their promises, and worse, they expect their customers to fix errors that were caused by them. Poor customer service and will not be purchasing my next vehicle from them for sure despite having purchased a vehicle from them and getting all service through them. Buyer beware.

Im so upset with Hawk dealership service department. You should post signs outside the fencing stating mechanics on strike myself with other customers sat on Roosevelt Rd from 6:30am to 8am, it wasnt until a customer crossed the fencing went to door and it reads on strike how do we suppose to know this information? Therefore I came to the Glendale Heights location where I have to wait 1-2 hours for oil change. I paid for 3 oil changes at Hawk and was on my last one when I was told Hawk sold me the wrong package Therefore I gotta pay $91 over here at DuPage CDJR. I am furious I need someone to reachout to me asap. Disappointed Customer 😞

Paul was my salesman, He was so great with helping me find a car that was good for me. He didnt try to just sale me anything he made sure I was comfortable and made me test drive other vehicles before picking my car. His father instinct kicked in and treated me like a daughter and explain everything to me. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car. If I had to do it again I would choose Paul a million times. He made me feel so comfortable with my decision of my car I wanted to give him a hug but due to COVID-19 I couldnt.. Came in for a transmission flush and oil change on my work truck. Initially everything was fine. The only issues I had were that my advisor took a lunch and I had to wait an additional hour to get my truck back even though it was finished. The other advisors said they couldn’t close me out and that he was late. They weren’t much help, but I’m patient. I couldn’t even pay on my own. Then when I get the truck back they never did the oil change! I had already paid and luckily I checked the engine oil before and after the service. My advisor agreed and said it was a miscommunication. So he took it back in. I had a issue the last time I came here too, but I couldn’t prove that they broke off the part due to negligence. Pretty poor service for a dealer. They need quality compliance check. I was tempted to check out the new GC L but this was a buzz kill. I recommend the Naperville Jeep. It’s worth the drive.

I went to get a recalled part replaced. They said it would take about an hour and it took about that time; over the hour by about 10 minutes. The only thing that bothers me when I go there is that there is never anyone to meet, greet and direct you where to go. I walked in to the mechanics service department and was not acknowledged. The person behind the counter didnt look up from his paperwork and the other employee, who walked in behind me, again nothing. A third person came in and gave no acknowledgement either, but I just spoke out loud, to who ever and stated my business. Then, just one person, the last guy who came in answered. Basically, customer service can step it up a little bit. It would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, I have no issues.

The service center is way overpriced. Replacing a car battery isnt a $300 job. $298 labor charges + $140 for the battery. They also charge initial fees of over $100 for each car part checked. If you decline the service you still get charged.

The only reason I am even acknowledging the one star Is to those whom have “TRIED” and helped me with the best efforts they could but everything is terrible. First Off I had to wait over 2 1/2 weeks for parts to come in for my car which than only took 4 hours to put on (Confused? Me too it gets worse). Not only having my car 2 1/2 Weeks i had to be required a rental which they said would be covered though them for the 5 days (Ok understandable it shouldn’t take more than 5 days for my car to get fixed) after the 6-7th day I’m still getting the same answers their waiting for the part( at this point a call should’ve been made to Chrysler to confirm the part has been sent out so hey cannot keep patrons from their vehicle to inconvenience anyone’s time. So now another couple days go by still hearing the same answers ohhhh the part hasn’t arrived, so at the moment i chose to contact Chrysler cooperation and got the positive answers i was looking for and my car was ready the next day. My real issue is that Hawk/Chrysler is only covering the first 5 days i rented the car but not the rest of the other 8 days which is completely not at my fault. I feel like Hawk should reimburse me the money i have spent on this rental due to the fact that your company didn’t choose to send out the parts in the timely manner for me to. Until than i will be having my attorney review and recap everything

I took my Jeep couple of days ago to get an oil change and Alex took care of me. Very nice, polite and helpful. Answered all my questions I had regarding my Jeep. He also let me know my free oil changes were going to expire (good to know) One thing I am grateful and it might not be a big deal but it is to me, they put air in my tire!! This review is specifically in regards to the parts department the people that wrote up my work order and a middle age long haired blonde woman, whom assured me that she would have had someone from accounting call me by now.Its also a review of the two receptionist I spoke to on June 29th. The first person I spoke to completely did not listen to my request (it went in one ear and out the other in regards to the fact I wanted to talk to an actual person and not a voicemail) the second woman I talked to assured me she would relay my message and make sure that someone would call me back and no surprise this did not happen.Its no wonder they have a one star rating! They absolutely did not follow through with something I was promised in person while there! Even after multiple text messages I sent to a a number from the dealership (that texted me specifically saying to text back if I was not satisfied)Even after I called in twice today the first time they didnt listen to me at all when I told them I wanted to talk to a live person and they sent me to someones voicemail and the second time I was promised by the receptionist that she would have someone call me back and that she would explain the situation. However this never happened.I feel like actually calling the parent corporation of this Dealership, considering how frustrated I am right now.This place is price gouging severely and and their word means nothing. They dont follow through at all with what they say they are going to do.I absolutely do not recommend taking your vehicle here for service considering how I have been treated!They me being new ownership. However apparently whatever cause the previous owner to have to cash in his chips, hadnt been rectified. Your of to a great start and earning yourself a good reputation in regards to customer service over there.I even told them how I am a Veteran who has been facing significant hardships due to health challenges and they could care less.Some Dealerships actually respect Veterans not here! I was expecting them to kiss my a&s or anything like that.However even basic standard customer service in regards to follow up and follow through is completely absolutely.This isnt a shady used car dealership.. I made my appointment online...I was a little apprehensive! The day of my appointment it was pretty busy in the service department, I was eventually seen by Oscar (10min of waiting..not bad) who was very professional and had a friendly demeanor! He was able to pull up the information that I filled out online, which was great! Oscar informed us of a 3 oil change package instead of the 1 for that day ...would save us some money, so we purchased that package! He told us it would take about an 1 1/2hr for the service and it was ready in that time...we were pleased with the customer service!

Spoke to Gina to confirm a truck was on their lot. She confirmed it was there…. I drove from Naperville to Forest park just for them to tell me it was taken off the lot right before I got there… 20 min later. Typical bait and switch. Another reason this industry gets little respect.

Jason Beltran & Courtney Mariaca were both great to deal with! I had a horrible experience with not 1 but 2 other dealerships just not caring. Courtney got me the information I needed within minutes and got me on my way to purchasing at which time I was helped by Jason who also treated me as though I was his only customer. Although once I got to the dealership I realized these are busy people! I never got that impression though and felt as though they only cared about what I needed. So glad I chose Hawk! They know what theyre doing and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you what you need.

Seems like these guys really arent interested in doing service work. First its nearly impossible to even get them on the phone. Any time Ive tried to call the service department phone number no one ever answers and it sends me to a voicemail box with no recorded message. I always end up calling the main switchboard to ask them to page the service dept. Today when I tried that I was left on hold for 10 minutes each, gave up, called back, talked to switchboard again, got left on hold again. The third time I called her response is well I guess they arent answering. So she just leaves me on hold, doesnt even bother to check if anyone took the call? What the heck?And the reason for my call today was to schedule a recall service which I already called about weeks ago, was told We dont have the part, well call you back when it comes in, and never got a call back.If these guys dont want to be my dealer, they can have it their way. Plenty of other dealers out there.

Seriously I cannot say enough great things about this place. My car was all messed up and needed to have an engine replaced through the warranty. They were so helpful. From the renting of the rental to the picking up of my vehicle it was all so seamless. They kept me in the loop and were able to answer all the questions I had. I would seriously recommend them to anyone who has a Chrysler, dodge, or jeep. I will be going here for service for now on!

I would have given 0 stars. We have ordered the 2021 Pacifica hybrid limited by customizing from Chrysler website. It is supposed to come with sunroof as standard. It came with out sun roof. When we asked the sales Manager - Heather. She accepted that manufacturer has made a mistake but she couldnt get any help for us and suggested for trade in. 8500$ extra for trade -in. When we asked why do we have to pay so much money, she has changed the tone. They havent helped us in anyway at all. They dont have any knowledge on the vehicles etc. Try the better dealers out there, absolutely disappointed.03/16/2021 - 7:45 PM - I got a call from Heather - Sales manager and she is speaking harshly for posting the review. Is this the way how you behave ? We lost so much of money & time, thats why we put the review so that other people wont suffer like us. They replied to above that they will help but she is calling and speaking harshly not to write another review.

My 2017 dodge ram diesel truck was sent here to get my drive shaft replaced. It took them over a week to do a 3 hour job. After I got it back there was a big scratch on my truck. Took it back 20 minutes later and there was no one available to talk to about that so they told me to go back Monday. Took it Monday and its been about 2 weeks and they cant tell me anything about it.. this is no different than going to a small dealer. No professional service here and they are not careful at all handling cars there.

The Hawk team was excellent in their outreach. They provided several avenues of contact, from the floor agent up to the sales manager. I had direct access by phone to the decision makers for several of my requests. Heather Garcia was very responsive to my unique concerns. My main point of contact was Alex Rodriguez. He was extremely professional and helpful to me as an out of state buyer. He did everything possible to be responsive and to make my transaction smooth and quick. He even responded to me on his personal cell off hours many times! I loved working with him and everyone at this dealership.
