Called to made sure they had the paint I needed before the 45 min drive there. Arrived and told they don’t even carry that kind of cabinet paint that I specifically asked for the man on the phone.

They have a lot of hardware and plumbing parts. However Im a plumber and I can go in in uniform and they seem to think I need help finding fittings and parts I need. It would be nice to not have an employee follow me around like Im gonna steal something.

Overpriced and at one time was customer oriented when the past generations ran the store but the grandson has hired young kids who are rude and he evidently forgot where the family business made the money to build a business..…..the public! As for repair work, shoddy and slow and once again.....overpriced. There are plenty of shade tree lawncare repair men in Florence.
